Really nice app

Love this app working great with my headless jdownloader2 on raspberry pi. just wish I didn’t have to pay to be able to change download speed

Good App (edited)

It’s a very powerful app to manage Jdownloader. However, my biggest gripe is that the app needs to reconnect to the server if I leave the app for even 1 second. edit: The developer responded that he will look into keeping the session alive in a future update. I read in his response to another review that he’s the only one who works on this app (this isn’t an official app). To be honest, based on that this app deserves 5 stars.

Great app, built in browser needs some work though

Awesome app. Happy it’s possible to remote into my downloaded with it being less pain in the neck. Really wish I could save my login for my debris services so that I could just click on each bookmark and immediately share links though

Great App! One suggestion though

The ability to change the color of the input text in the “or enter text to send to jdownloader” field. It defaults to black, and when creating a dark theme, the input text is hard to see.

Used to be a great app...

I used this app for ages and it was great. Now I launch it and it just pops up multiple ads and then sits there with a connecting circle. Update: Somehow it lost that I paid for unlock. Restored purchase and everything is back to normal. Updated rating to reflect.

Keeps signing me out

This app keeps signing my JD account out of the app and it forgot that I paid for premium. Going through the steps to purchase it again allowed me to restore the purchase, but thats pretty absurd. Would be five stars otherwise, love the functionality and being able to view everything remotely.

Works - Pricey

App works - and UI isn’t too bad. Little cluttered/bigger However you can’t add/edit links without a minimum $6.99 purchase. Little misleading to say “support as much as you choose” and only have 3 price points. Without laying you can basically just start/stop and see progress.

Flawless!

Latest update is a major improvement. No more connection errors for me! Everything loads and works correctly every time. And the full list of downloads is indeed now visible. Nice.

Works good... when it works

Cons - Notifications only work about 25% of the time. Can’t see entire queue. No “Select All.” Frequently can’t connect if captcha hasn’t been answered in a while. Pros - Captchas work great, just like answering them on a computer. Only real option for remote control of Jdownloader.

Too handy for so many task!

When you get so far behind and you try to operator all those buggy programs just to spread your bandwidth nothing compares to my jdownloader.

Bugged

Main page doesn't show any downloads and navigation is non user friendly. There's no indication to reclick a screen to make it go away. There's also some weird thing where I'm able to drag the main screen down to reveal the word "Downloads" but whatever is on top quickly just scrolls back up, seems to be the server list or something.

Was good before update

The update made it so JDownloader won't send downloads to the path you specificy. It defaults to a random path and even if you type out a path it reverts to the default path when you send the file. Please revert this update.

Ad watching broken on iPhone X

The app gives you free notifications if you watch videos, but if you have an iPhone X you can't. The video screen overlaps the notch and the close button overlaps the time and you can't tap it.

Great app

Great app, purchase to support development. Still got error when the app don't keep me signed in, logout each time a leave it!!!!

New layout is terrible!

So many clicks to get anywhere with this new layout. Home Screen is difficult to get back to for captcha’s.

Fun and useful

It takes some time to figure out and get use to but it is a great addition to JDownloader

Free version it's useless

I just want to download links to my server but you can't add links without paying so what's even the point of the free version of this app. Maybe I'm missing something cuz the UI is such a mess.

slow

compared to 1DM , this goes at a snail's pace. does well picking up links thoug, so it doesn't deserve to go below 3 stars.

New update to UI only improved a good app

This app is maintained, as far as i know, by one guy for years now. It’s a great app, I purchased pro and will tip because of the 2.0 update. The dev gave it for free while many devs charge for major X.0 updates. If you use jdownloader like me for terabytes per month… this is practically a necessity on ios and/or android. the recent update on ios brought some stuff over that android was doing better. good app, big QoL app for heavy users, provided for free.
