I think this app is kind of basic but honestly sometimes basic is better. I personally have partial hearing in my left ear so to be able to control the volume and play with the sound is a good thing. The only thing I don’t like is that when I was trying to adjust the controls for volume, if I did the left side the right side changed with it. Since only my left ear has the problems I would only want to be able to adjust the volume on the left side not both. Doesn’t really help someone like me but definitely can see how it would help others.
The layout of the app is simple, it's not bland but it doesn't stand out too much. It's comforting to the eyes. I enjoyed how quick the app responded to my requests, the controls were simple and it was very point blank on how to use the app. I like the options on customizing the volume and also that it has preset nodes. Overall, the app is promising and I'm looking forward to more additions, I'd maybe like to customize the appearance of the app like themes, have a creative mode in the app like be able to play with sounds and hear it in the hearing aid(not necessarily to the app just a little flair)
I would say this a good app for Nano Hearing Aids. The overall design is simple but sometimes keeping it simple is whats best. It’s easy to get around and the blue color scheme looks cool and inviting. Especially with the nice graphic of the hearing aid on the home page and the app picture itself. You have the sound control and hearing check options at the bottom you can use once you connect your device and a couple more options in the upper right hand corner and that’s really all you need. Overall a solid app.
This is a good app for nano hearing aids. The overall design is user friendly and simple. It is easy to navigate around the app especially the design and look of the app with the blue theme. You have the sound control and hearing check options at the bottom of the app that you can use once you connect with Bluetooth and more options available in the upper right hand corner. Overall, a very solid app functionality-wise.
Great app but Right and left shouldn’t change together. Also you can no longer turn your heating aids off at night to save battery power from the app like before.
This app is great for individuals with hearing issues. It’s even useful for those without hearing issues, but that want to test their hearing. My fiancé and I both took the hearing test and it was very easy to understand and complete while still being informative. This app has a great user interface that’s relatively simple and to the point and would be easy for anyone to navigate. Great app!
I personally feel like this nano hearing aids application is well constructed. The functionality of it is very straight forward. I like how you can adjust the volume controls of your device through the app. There are different band options in the app that you can adjust to your hearing as well. The best function would be choosing which mode that best suits the environment you're in. Great app!

I helped my grandma set this up with her hearing aides. She had trouble with new technology, but I taught her how to use this app, and I think she has the hang of it. You can do a sound test to make sure you are hearing correctly through the hearing aides. You can also set the volume! You can do different volumes to each hearing aide. I recommend this!
The Nano hearing app is a nice and simple easy to use hearing aid app. I like that I can select different modes for whatever scenario I’m in be it at a restaurant, outside taking a walk with friends or watching tv. I also think it’s super convenient that I can adjust my left and right hearing aids volumes independently.
Overall it is a good product. I wish I could hear my phone through the aids. Says battery last 5 to 8 days but mine only makes it 3 to 4 days. Their customer service is very good and friendly. I think they should give you 60 to 90 days to try them out as 45 is really not enough time to get a good feel for them
This app’s simplicity is exactly what my grandparents needed. They don’t know the difference between an iPhone and a laptop so the fact that they are able to tweak the settings on their hearing aids with ease is a saving grace. 5 stars for sure.
This is a great app for those who suffer from hearing loss and even for those who may not have a hearing aid, but who want to check their hearing. This is now easily done through a pair of headphones and utilizing the hearing test on this app. I was really surprised that my hearing in my left ear is not as good as my right ear.
I found this app really simple to use. It connected to my device quickly and it has a lot of customizable controls. It helps me to hear so much better! It’s a great app! I would highly recommend it to others.
Although I don’t personally have hearing aids my grandpa does and I think that this app is an amazing way to edit his hearing aids to his exact personal needs. Ever since I downloaded the app it’s been amazing for my grandpa and he enjoys it very much
The previous version of this app allowed users to test their hearing in a quiet environment, giving users the ability to completely customize their hearing aids. It also used to display levels of hearing loss in both ears. Those features are now gone--why? 🙁
Just like the title says. Pairs with Bluetooth and you can adjust the volume and select one of the four modes but there is no Band section to individual adjust the frequency. No hearing check section, no compression section. The manual states “on the sound control menu, you will find volume, modes, EQ(bands) and compression adjustment which is not there. These are very important steps in having these hearing aids work properly.
It’s not cluttered or difficult for an elderly person to navigate, as the older demographics will be the majority of users of this app. I really like the different sound mode options and that the bands are pre-set to the most commonly used hz.

Works pretty well with headphones, I wish it is possible to do it with AirPods, as I wouldn’t have to use a wired headset for the app. Overall pretty good app :)

This as product was faulty from day one. After 10 days it stopped working at all. I have called 3 times to get return instructions but have yet to get a response. I may have gotten a lemon but the companies response to the situation has been Dismal
