Saved Search errors

App glitches out regularly when modifying saved searches and trying to update saved search. It shows “Error #1027 Invalid format for variables “location”: “Invalid location”. I’ve called multiple times about this problem over the last several months and still no solution… every time I must recreate a new saved search for each client. I fail to understand why this can’t be fixed or explained.

So many features needed

Love that Navica is mobile however the app is lacking so many features. A quick example would be all the documents you upload from other sources. The commercial section of the mobile app doesn’t show alll the info either. Needs a major update.

Suddenly buggy!

Traditionally this app works great if you want quick access to listings. However, lately the app either loads endlessly or says I don’t have signal when I have full bars on cellular and wifi.

Soo close to being awesome

I love how listings look in the app and the ability to communicate with clients is cool. This app would be so much better if it could send out listing notifications to prospects.

Fantastic tool!

This is a really great tool for agents, with personal branded marketing, calculators, etc. It’s easy to use.

Accurate Info

This app does not have accurate and up to date info. Sold and new listings take days - if not more - to up date and populate. Horrible mobile app

Great For New Agents

This app has been great for my real estate career. I can quickly retrieve my listings when I get a call about them and I don’t have the file in front of me. As soon as I get a buyer, I send them my personalized app for them to download on their phones and it makes their search so much easier. I haven’t tried the new Facebook tool, but I have a new listing coming up, so I’ll see how well the integration works!

Won’t publish to Facebook.

This app used to publish to Facebook. It won’t do it now. Customer service can’t fix it and they don’t understand what’s wrong.

CRASHING

I’m on an iPhone 15 running vs 17.1.1 and i cannot do more than 2 clicks without the app crashing. PLEASE FIX ‼️‼️‼️

Thank you for making it easy

I was able to set up my logo and colors in less than 1 minute. I was also able to connect my listings directly to Facebook. Great app, very easy to use

I've been waiting for an app like this forever!

Great app! I can see all my listings in one place quickly & ALL the other agents in my MLS as well! Easy to search! I love the one button Hot Sheet, I check new listings more often now! The only thing it's missing is a way to search for a pond on the property! Maybe you could add that with out a lot of headaches! Thanks!

Better before

For some reason my app has never allowed me to do any of the great things it shows you on the tour. Before the update the subdivision was on the feature sheet, now it's gone. Please put the subdivision back in the next update. It would also be nice to have the ability to request showings through the app.

Yay!

Simple and easy to use. Easily gets information that is needed right to you through an intuitive interface. So far I love it!

Could use some work

I think the app should also include your appointments for your showings and also you’re able to give feedback from your showing from your phone on the app. It would make everything so much easier

The biggest problem I see is you can't just do an address search, you have to put an area in there. If the listing doesn't have the correct area the address won't come up causing frustration and people won't use it. My members complain that there are too many clicks.

Needs Refinement

Properties have been moved and mapped correctly using Navica on computer. Properties in this app do not show changes after several days. Needs a " go back" function. You leave a place and return and lose all data. Not a rock solid app, but headed in the right direction.

Pretty good app but would like to see improvements

I do appreciate this app but I have found it hard to post directly to Facebook. I use the option to have Navica post for me but when I want to post something specific it's not as user friendly.

Almost perfect

I love the app but have trouble getting to understand. It takes time to figure out its best use. Should have a beginners tutorial.

Great App for on the Go

I have it on my laptop and there are a lot more features but this scaled down version is perfect for on the go.

Issues

It would be helpful if all of my contacts and prospects from my Navica on my computer were in this app. They are not. The hot sheet is not current with what I see on the website.

Buggy lately

Not pleased-had to reset up my branded app and it’s sending me through an endless loop. Shouldn’t be this difficult to use-time is money and I’m tired of wasting it on something that’s not producing income and stealing precious time. Fix it!!

Search won't find properties

At first I thought this app would be great, but it never can find properties I know are listed or sold. It also won't show when I check something, it is non-responsive. Super disappointing.

Maps glitch

This app was awesome until the update and now whenever I click on the map feature there is no way to exit from the map without clearing out the app and restarting. This was the best feature of this app.

Lacks important features

Mobile app is weak and lacks important features that the desk top app includes. Especially important to have the full features when you are mobile and need them the most

Sometimes drops the work you are doing and not so easy to get clients to download and use. Limited to only the MLS you are assigned to and our area we have different MLSs.

Unless I am blind, this app does not let you schedule showings!!! Kinda worthless when one is a buyers agent and not near a computer!!!!
