Crashing crashing crashing

I love the concept!! I absolutely want to be able to use my phone or iPad to log CME — have been begging for it for years. But lately the app crashes every time I go to log Cat I with an attached PDF. Sucking my time that it should be giving back to me…

NCCPA app on iOS

This app historically has struggled. Recently it logs me out every time I try to save a file to the documented CME events. Any certificates have not been saved, and I have to go through the hassle of uploading it from my computer and emailing, saving and sending it to my laptop. It would be way better if this bug could be corrected so I can take a picture or add a file from my email.

Useful upgrade

Find the upgrade to be simple to use. Love the layout and text that is easy to read, with simple navigation. Reviewing and logging CME is a easy. I’ve not run into any glitches. So far, so good.

Photos do not upload

I love this app in general. However, I have not been able to upload pictures through the app in months. It constantly just thinks and then the app crashes.

Crashtastic

It exits out every time I try to log cme. I came to look at the reviews and someone wrote the exact same thing 18 days ago. It’s the end of the year and we have to log by the 31st. So frustrating. Would be much more convenient than the website —if it was working. No updates available.

Can No Longer Log In

Unsure if there was a recent update or what changed but I am now unable to log in to the app. It tells me that the user/password is incorrect even when it is not (confirmed that I am able to log in via the website). Previously the app worked well

Bugs

I have used this app for about two years to log all of my CME. His work very well until the last week or so. I have not been able to log anything because the screen is blank. I am sure it has something to do with the updated iOS.

No thumbprint log in

Can’t use thumbprint to log in. Camera sometimes crashes the app. So I have to take pictures, then open app and then save them from photos album.

Can’t log in

Every time I try to log in a message window pops up saying “Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection”. This problem is not with my network. Please fix.

App crashing

It’s actually easier than the website to log CME except the app is now crashing every time I get to the part where I select the cycle, and I lose the CME I just logged

Site crashes

Site was working great on my IPhone, but for last two months crashes the second I try to save CME with attached photo or PDF for proof of completion. Very frustrated.

While it is nice to have the app to log CME easily but lately the app keeps crashing every time I try to attach a pdf please fix the app

Won't log

The app is a great idea and worked really well the first time that I used it, but everytime that I've tried to log CME, it just says that an error has occurred and cannot log it.

Haven’t been able to login in years now… we pay more than enough to the NCCPA to have a functional app!

An app that is supposed to log CME that does not even let you enter a correct date? Yeah, that is what this does.

Can’t log in on App

App will not let me log in. Constantly says error. I go to the web site and I’m able to log in the first time.

Will not save information

Useless

Can’t reach full dashboard from app. Can’t take pilot exam thru app. Can’t log CME thru app. What is the purpose of app?

Needs to work to get a rating

Everything was going spectacularly right up until it was the last CRITICAL step in uploading from my photos the certificate: the program CRASHES. I went through the motions twice. It is unfortunate that anyone had to waste their time because the App was opposite convenience saver.

Pretty Simple & Clean

Logging in requires the NCCPA number, not your new NCCPA Login ID. That should be corrected since we were required to change over (if we have to, shouldn't you as well, NCCPA?). It's clean and to the point. I think this would so much more useful if we could read the NCCPA news through the app. It's certainly a start, now build it into something people will come back to!

Great app.

Easy to use... except it crashes every time I try to upload a photo (and you lose everything that you entered). If you could fix that it would be perfect. Until that is fixed, I would recommend not even bothering with the photos.

Love the idea!

Finally an easy place to load your CMEs as they are occurring! I had trouble uploading the picture of my certificate though, otherwise I would have given it five stars.

Crashes constantly

Haven't successfully gotten the app to go past login screen a single time. Enter demographic info, press log in, and it crashes. Completely worthless at present.

Never works

Crashes constantly for over 3 months now and yet the NCCPA continues to come up with more ways to charge PAs more money for things that are unnecessary and/or do not work. Lack of support for this app is an #epicfail.
