My organization recently had us start using this app for work calls and overall, it's a decent app. Except whenever you dial numbers, each button makes a very loud and stereotypically obnoxious beep - like dialing on an older landline. There is no way to turn this sound off. Silencing the phone makes no difference and the button sound will often stick in between numbers which produces a longer, drawn out beep. The only thing you can do is lower your volume completely anytime you need to make a call and then turn it back up after you start the call. It's inconvenient and time consuming at best. I have to use headphones to make calls for work and can't always just turn the volume down. I can only make calls in smaller bursts because of the ear aches and increased anxiety caused by this shrill and otherwise useless feature. It is so bad that I literally took a break from making calls to come here and write this review. If you need to use headphones, don't want to take extra steps anytime you make a call, have anxiety, or are prone to headaches and ear aches steer clear. Update: randomly when I answer calls, the app will just decide to log me out of the app a few words in, hang up on the caller, and then force me to log back into the app before I can even attempt to call them back - and half the time, the calls don’t actually go through. They just ring to nowhere

Absolutely worst upgrade and I only gave it two stars because I can make work calls from my office line on my cell when I want. The previous app version used to allow an off feature for accepting calls AND still allow notifications for messages. Why was this changed? Now the only option is to silence ALL notifications. This is not business friendly. My office is missing text messages because I do not want cell phones ringing when we all have a desk phone. I do not want business calls going to my cellphone or my employees cellphones ringing when a client calls while at work when we already have your service on desk phones. Your app was great to facilitate messages. Now it’s inconvenient.
I always wanted to have a Canada number for Canada clients, and iPlum was something I was looking for. The app is pretty user-friendly. However, the best part is its customer support. I was facing issue in making call to a particular Canada number, which I reported the Customer Support team. They were extremely professional in handling my request. Kept me updated with the progress and went beyond and above to make sure the Issue was resolved. Although I was facing inconvenience, yet the way they handled the issue was marvelous. Extremely satisfied by the app so far!

To be honest I hope this app gose exactly the way it was right now ,it's super cool and smooth to use not expensive even in Nigeria here was able to talk to our family and friends in the state , the customers support is super cool, when my texts was disabled I thought I lost my contacts and the money I use to do the subscription but after I got a mail from that to fill a form some hrs after I fill the form i got a text back that tells me that that my number is enable for texting,,,I love the app
I've had this app for years. I love this app because it allows me to give a number to people i may not want to have my real number and when I'm done i can simply log out. It's been really helpful. I was in between jobs. My phone was cut off. I had no one to turn to. That's when I got the idea of free phone service app. iPlum saved me.
So far so good. A very simple app that does what it says and what you expect it to do. Interface is simple but customisable and has all the features you would want for an app like this. Will edit this review if something changes with an update. Good app simple and easy to use
it did do everything, it is great. It's a Dependable phone number so that I call with my partners. I get texts I get phone calls I think there is not limitation for some apps like what's up possibly. I am satisfied for the price of my number every month.
I never have to worry about running out of minutes. In conclusion, just a great app and should be on everybody's phone. Sometimes my connection is bad and I have to restart the call because I'm not heard well but overall this app is excellent!
Being able to separate my work and personal calls is extremely helpful in addition to using the app when traveling or outside the office while remaining connected to the office.
Best over all reception out of the current top five.I know because I tried them all. it works pretty good. I think it's awesome that u can get a phone# and call and text with no service. All u need is free WI-FI and ur good to go. Thanks so much for this app!
Net2phone has two problems that are a deal killer. First, if you have it on your work phone and your personal phone, when you login on one device, it logs you out of the other phone. Second, if someone includes you in a group text, it separates the message to not be a group text in Net2phone, so you don't know it is a group text, and your response only goes to the original sender.
I have had so many issues and so many missed calls with no notifications . I have to refresh my text messages just to get updated messages . I am paying for a service that doesn’t work on the back end . I have made my decision to leave at the end of the year .
My work calls now ring on my cell. On the old version that could be turned off. Removed app until that ability returns. Also it forces you to allow it access to your personal contacts. Some of us like to keep work separate from the rest of our lives!
The phone functionality works but SMS messaging is garbage. You can’t see replies until you swipe the app away and reload it causing you to miss them. Happened on the old app and the still occur in the new one.
Horrible phone service and even worse customer service. It is extremely difficult to cancel service within the 30-day window and they will stop returning phone calls and emails once you try to cancel.
This app never loads. Calls ring through and when you try picking them up nothing happens it keeps ringing. Open the app and try to tap on ANYTHING and it’s instantly frozen. Older version was better. This app is unusable.
I can’t stay on a call through their app. Anytime I move my phone slightly it hangs up. I have hung up on more people than I care to admit. App is awful, features are clunky, not recommended
