Error

App updated but it will now not let me log in and says there is an error when I try to do so. So update must have had some bugs in it.

Can’t email

For a mobile app I cannot for the life of me find any way to simply email a quote or a sales order from the app. This is crucial for any salesman that is always out on the road. Something so simple to add. When creating a quote when adding an item; you also have no search function. I have to scroll through 12,000 part numbers just to add to a quote!! Why isn’t there a search function?? Makes no sense.

Does everything I need

Contrary to the lesser reviews of the app, I’ve found the NetSuite mobile app to be incredibly easy to use. Having had experience with the Salesforce mobile app in the past, this is worlds better.

Better than QuickBooks

Very easy to use and works well on the go. I’ve never had any issues with the app since I’ve began using it. Interface is clean and easy to navigate.

Sales roles

Helpful to use as a salesperson on the road - I’ve set up one of my dashboards to use for the mobile app when I’m visiting customers and works well.

Embarrassingly bad

I am trying use the expense reporting function. It is a joke. I submitted 6 reports and 2 of them magically disappeared upon submission. Gone! The receipts taken within the app don’t save to phone but to the report. No record of receipts. It looks and feels like it was developed in 1989. It fails to function. Reports disappear upon submission.

Very Weak Dashboard & Reporting

You want to check-up on your business using the Apple App? Good luck, no access to financial reports and almost all Dashboards you can access in the UI. Only supports a few KPI Trend graphs and Saved Searches. Really, users expect this App to support everything you can report on in the UI.

Why

You all run a computer software company, and charge a fortune. So, How are you unable to design an app that does what an app is supposed to do? Outside from the fact I get an “unexpected error occurred in a script running on this page” every time I try to do a quote through the app…. You somehow managed to make an app that is harder and more confusing to use on your phone then running the non-mobile website off of your phone browser. Maybe it’s time to hire a new developer.

NetSuite app never works

The system works great for our enterprise and from a PC but the mobile app is the worst it’s never worked now won’t even let me login. Why can’t someone the size of a Oracle fix the bloody thing

And I thought the website was confusing

While my company has only recently swapped over to netsuite (7+ months ago) its been quite the process learning the way around the web based version of the program. I decided to give the app a try thinking it may be easier than the web based and unfortunately it is the exact opposite. The app makes web based seem like a children’s storybook. I’ve learned to navigate the app from entering in a new client to saving and fulfilling orders and even adding payments from the external pin pad to clients accounts. The one thing that just doesn’t make sense to me is the fact that you CANT PRINT FROM THE APP. I can totally appreciate the idea of the app being the non paper/convenient way of keeping an eye on things. Using the app would be my preferred method of use on most days when I just need to add a payment or fulfill an order real quick. Not being able to print is a game changer though. App is totally different lay out than the web based version. Once you figure out the app it’s not too bad I guess but it’s so different than the web based that it’s like learning an entirely new system. I’ll keep the app for future use of looking things up. But even though it won’t be the first choice when it comes to accessing any information I need. Add a print button please. Or tell me what I’m missing and where to find the print button if it already exists and I’m simply missing it.

Useless App

The product managers behind this app need to look at the competition from Harvest and FreshBooks. It is almost impossible to actually track my hours using this app.

Useless

I was excited to finally use netsuite on my phone. Unfortunately I couldn’t even log in to use manager/technician account. Only my employee account on sandbox. Deleted the app.

High school standard UI

The generous interpretation is that it's this bad just to drive fees from third party app developers who exist only because this UI is so bad... 2-month update. Absolutely terrible.

Features Never Work

If I search an store, I cannot open that store. If I edit the Qty on a sales order, I cannot save it. The mobile app is useless.

Expense reports lost

Multiple times I’ve lost hours of work importing “expense rows” and no one can help. Zero guidance on best practices of using the app for expenses. Concur is such a more reliable expense solution.

Horrible UI

As with everything designed by netsuite, the user interface is almost unusable and you’ll need to hire a professional developer for a lot of money to make this app a little user friendly... classic netsuite move. For such a big company, you would think they would hire a design team that could actually make their product easy to use. For the cost of integrating with netsuite I would hope for a better mobile app. This is a lazy attempt and is pretty much useless. The only thing it manages to do is let you glance at a few report snapshots which I guess is useful. Try to do anything and you’ll find you’re better off on your computer.

Could use some work

There is no way to get the numbers from your reminders to show without clicking on them, I tried turning the screen and I see the fist number and dots, it that 300 or 3,000. I was truly hoping to at least get those snapshots. I was also hoping to be able to have a couple save search results visible on the home screen.

Camera for expenses is broken since the last update

The photo preview doesn’t match the actual photo after taking a picture for an expense report. For example, I receive a receipt in my email and decide to take a picture of my screen to quickly capture the receipt. I take the photo to make sure it’s in focus, after confirming the photo if I go back and look at it the photo is completely out of focus. Didn’t happen until I updated my iOS and updated the app. I’m wondering if it has to do with the “live” photos feature? Whatever it is needs to be fixed. Thanks.

Save your company!! Don’t use this app!!!

The company I work for brought this in to our existing busy work life to help us streamline out time cards and help us with better time management. The app is clunky there is no way to forward time for the next day without reentering all the stupid information again. Currently the app won’t let me edit anything so I have to delete the entry and start over to fix one thing. All in all our paper time cards were easier quicker and caused less stress. Don’t get this app unless you want to wast time and money!!

The only useful function is now broken.

I can no longer use this app for literally the only thing it was good for, entering employee expenses from my phone (taking photos of receipts on the go was a gift). I can get over how cumbersome it is, but not being physically incapable of filling in expenses in an expense report. Please QA your app, because I don’t have time to do it for you. I’m sure you will discover the flaws if you are more thorough. Off to import my photos from my phone to my laptop to upload them to each row in my expense report again. Thanks.

Able to work on the road

I love that I am able to log my activity while I’m on the road. I am able to look up my important contacts to either call or email with a couple touches. If I need more functionality I just log in through Safari.

Expense reporting

With the new update the app shuts down when trying to enter employee expenses. This just started with this version and is impacting multiple users throughout our company.

Constant issues

This app is constantly shutting down and doesn’t provide any recourse for employees facing app issues. For example, a password change was required, and after changing my password, the app will not let me log in-this is after deleting and re-installing, checking for updates, and being able to log in online. Would not recommend to anyone.

Overall convenient app

I really appreciate the ability to get a quick glance at my KPI‘s, and create tasks and make edits to transactions when needed. For some reason I can’t Save changes to Cases which is frustrating. Otherwise 5 stars.

Not designed for mobile

Recently added NetSuite to our company and like everything they produce this app is extremely cumbersome, clunky and does nothing well. NetSuite is advertised as a whole business solution. It is not. Please focus on the CRM side of this system and make it sales orientated on the mobile app. This is the worst CRM experience on a mobile phone.

Terrible app

For such an outrageously expensive ERP, it’s surprisingly bad. Much of the CRM and transactional records are not fully functional and lead to dead ends without even redirecting to the browser for web access. It’s actually almost unusable unless the User is interested in finding a customer telephone number or approving an expense report. It’s that bad.

Just use Safari and go to website

This app has limited functionality. The menus are different than what you will be used to on a normal desktop. Like many other things done by Netsuite…you will more than likely need to put an enhancement request in that will never go anywhere. For half a million a year…you still get nickel and dime to death. Can’t log in as admin Search function doesn’t appear to be global UI is to different from desktop UI Lots of wasted time looking for normal tasks

Need a lot of work

I thought I can organize calls and come to find out that more than half of the things don’t work. I finally had enough and deleted the app. My company should have never signed up for net suite because sale force is much better.

Cant submit time for an entire week

On the website, you can submit an entire week. With the app, there is only an option to submit time for that day. Please update the app so that time entries can be submitted daily, or weekly basis.

I can log into NetSuite through a browser, yet the app tells me “Access has been disabled for this role”, and I am an Administrator!

Can’t pull a P&L

This app is useless. Cannot pull any of the 3-sheet financials. Even the vendor view stinks and is slow as molasses. Thankfully we don’t use NetSuite as CRM... Pathetic.

Terrible update why change something that worked?

Terrible will not allow me to log in keeps jumping for 6 digit code entering screen to go to app store screen. Pathetic that a Fortune 500 company allows trash like this.
