When freshly downloaded, it works and has a lot of valuable license info like expiration dates and numbers all in one place. However, it stops working maybe a few days or weeks later. I have to delete it, redownload it and re-register. If it just continued to work, it would be great.
While you are logged into the app it is great! The only problem is that there is an option to logout with no option to log back in. Instead the app tells you to register again. Problem is that you can only register once per email. Therefore, if you logout you need to use a different email to re-register. From there you can get back into the system. This is a problem. They need to make it that either logging out wipes the system so you can re-register with the same email or there needs to be a login option. You shouldn’t have to create a new email every time you want to use the app if you logged out.
The app work for a short time and then out of nowhere it stop working. It no longer connects and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and it still does not connect. Sadly I can no longer use the app and it hasn’t had an update in over a year at this point, so it’s obvious they don’t care if the app works or not as phones and systems update over time and it’s apparent that NIPR doesn’t care to update an app that makes it easier for those that need it to work.
I was receiving an error message each time I tried to open every option on the home page. Tried logging out and logging back in, uninstalling and reinstalled the app. Now all it does is just spins and wont load. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to check multiple state expectations dates without needing to go into each individual state license search on their website. Which is not easy to do when your licensed in over 10 states.
Unfortunately, once you log off you have to re-register. But the app will not allow you to re-register using the same email address. It will not verify. Unfortunately again, you have to create a new or use another email address to verify registration.
I am having a similar issue that other reviews have stated. When I first got the app, I was able to register and see my licenses and everything worked great. But going through the menus, I accidentally logged out and there is no way to log back in. I am only given the option to register again but when I try that, I am left on a spinning loading screen forever. I’m guessing that’s because you can only register once, so there needs to be a log in option or work around.
It’s that time of the year again for license renewals and I’m now experiencing the same issue other uses are having. I am connected to the network and my phone works fine, the app seems to have lost connection and there is no way to re-connect. I have the latest version of the NIPR mobile app updates. I’ve restarted my phone and no luck. It’s a decent app, when it worked. PLEASE FIX THIS NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR.
This app has issues with updating and connecting. I had to install and uninstall the app with no success. Unfortunately I will no longer use the app and will be removing it. Hopefully some day it will be modified or updated so that it will function well.
I signed up and everything worked fine except for showing my FLA appointment. I figured that would correct itself in time. But there’s bigger problems with this app. When I got done, I logged out. Now the log in icon is gone. So I try to re-register, and it just churns; for hours now... I even uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck. If you get the app, Don’t log out. You’ll never get back in! Useless.
If you like sitting and waiting, I highly recommend using this app. The registration screen loads forever and stays on a white screen. I’m sure the developers are aware, but it’s been like this for over a year now, so I’m not sure if they have a fix coming anytime soon. Just use the website.
Is it possible I have to delete the app then to reinstall it again everytime because it says that ‘there is no connection on my phone’ , while my phone is connected to internet??? And more, is it possible I cannot have info about my license on the website ? Spend a couple of dollars to make this app right!

If I could rate it a negative star rating I would . Once you logout or get a new device there is absolutely no way of getting back into the app. It loads forever and make you think that it may possibly login but never does. **If I could rate it a negative star rating I would .**
I was able to get it to work ONE TIME. And after that it started blaming my internet connection. And this has been going on for a year! This is unacceptable and very lazy on the app creators part. There is NO WAY this should still be happening after all of this time. I absolutely expected better
It worked fine for over a year and then it stopped working. I have deleted it and reinstalled many times and still nothing! It’s so frustrating and annoying because it really worked well for a while.
I’ve never reviewed an app bc I don’t think they do much but this is the worst app ever. I would actually like to have it and be able to use it for me job but all it does is send a verification email (quite fast I will say) and that’s it. I log in and it doesn’t do anything else. It’s terrible and should be fixed. Everyone likes a good easy app to use
This app was perfect to see my licensing information. I accidentally logged out one day, and I can’t log back in. The only option is to register, but even if I try to go that route I am left on a loading screen that won’t move forward.
I downloaded this app a year ago and it worked just fine. A few months ago the app went through an update and was logged out. I’ve tried to re-register many times, the wheel keep churning but nothing happened. After more than 3 months, I am done, not worth the aggravation.
They spend 0 money updating this app. It could be so useful but it never works. Has a hard time connecting and just constantly loads. Just overall a terrible app made by lazy people who don’t care about making sure it works.

One day the app was not working. I tried to reinstall then logged out. Surprisingly found out there’s no way to log in again. Only have “register” button. So now it became useless. I am speechless.
If I could give zero stars I would. App completely does not work. Hasn’t worked for years at this point. No updates have been made or any attempt to fix. Just goto the website
This used to work well for a few months. Now lately, I have to create a new account with a new email address each time. It's only good for one use. The next time, I have to use a different email address. Does anyone know how I can access my license info in one place online, so I won't have to use the app?
The app worked originally and had me logged in whenever I opened it. Now it doesn’t work at all and won’t allow me to login. It says register but nothing happens after you enter in your info. Please fix.
I have had this app before and it worked well but when I tried to log in again it just keeps giving me the thinking wheel and not doing anything for about 15 I gave up and deleted the app again

The info is helpful for quick retrieval of your licensing but with one caveat - I have to delete and reinstall the application to get it to work almost every time.
This app worked while I was logged in. My phone updated and I was logged out. I am unable to log back in. The only option is to re-register which will not work.
Like other reviews mentioned, one email is allowed to be used only once. If you log out by mistake or for any reason, you need a new email to use the app again. Please kindly fix this issue.
This actually used to tell my my licenses but now here a few months later if doesn’t even give you that option. What a useless app! Mine won’t even login instead it just sits there!
The app just continually loads and never gets anywhere. By the time it takes me to load up the app I can complete most of what I need on the website. Needs major improvements!
This is a major concern to me when customers or companies ask me for my information I am now having go beyond the app & find Other means of collecting my info & licenses , what is the situation with the app why is it not working
This app has never worked for me. It would be a great tool to have but it just doesn’t connect to my account. I’ve tried it for years and im just frustrated.
As I write this review, it shows that it’s been nine months since an updated version has been available. Enough said. I really hope the app developers/programmer(s) resolve this soon.

For some reason, the app keeps prompting me to enter my name and SSN and telling me it doesn’t match. There is no FAQ or support function to troubleshoot this, and I’m understandably concerned about sharing this specific information on an app that seems to be having this much trouble.
I would give it zero stars if I could. It continues to say that I need to enter “parameter info”. But there is no place to enter any info except name and social. Deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Deleting permanently now.
App just quits or does not display info when selecting a section. I provided my details to register. Now this app has my information and weary about it.
