In the app, the payment tab shows the wrong account. When i login on the web, the correct auto- payment account is shown. This is wrong and dangerous - if app uses a wrong account for financial transactions.
The app would be better if it showed the last 4 digits of the autopay bank account. This is especially important if the customer had to change the autopay account!
Downloaded the new app to use to pay my gas bill. The app does not accept my Visa card through it however I can use my card on the web page. Would love to see this fixed.
I spoke to seven different people and not one person can assist me with auto payment so I have my bill paid electronically every month not one person I seven phone calls
Why can’t I use my visa on the app, I can use it every other way to pay! I was really looking fw to using the app to pay my bill. Can we please work on allowing VISA card payment!
