Once the app loads, navigation is simple and easy to pay a bill. Seems like the app takes a long time to load. We have great Wi-Fi and other apps load just fine.
I love that I can pay my bill, viewing my bill, including requesting extensions on the app, but to earn the the full 5 stars, the app needs to be able save my card information. I hate having to enter my card number every time to pay my bill. I don’t mind having to pay the fee. I like my bills coming out right away instead of using my checking account/regular mail & having to wait a few days for it to clear. As much as I have to pay for my bill & the card fee, this app should be able to store my card number.
I love being able to access an app to make my monthly payments and see my usage amounts. One thing I would change is on the payment section add a option to change the date you want the payment to be applied.
When I tried to change my billing method the system would not accept my State. I continued to receive an error message! I typed in the abbreviation and then I tried to spell the whole state out and it still would not except it!
It is a struggle to navigate the website. Everytime I try to pay my bill on line using my account number it tells me the information cannot be validated. Not a great experience
The app is very slow as far as loading. It could be cleaned up and graphics flatten to speed up the functionality of the app. Not very easy to pay from an outside source. Apple Pay would be a great addition. Stop charging for paying online that is the way of the future to get you your money faster. Don’t charge people for being efficient.
Still slow, still locks me out every time they “update”
Despite numerous “bug fixes” the app is still borderline useless. It takes far too long to load when you make a selection, sometimes minutes to load a new screen. Furthermore, every time they release an update I end up locked out of the app and have to reset my password. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
This website is incredibly slow and I don’t understand how the app doesn’t have a way for you to save all your information on the front page so you don’t have to type in your password every single time I’m sure you don’t have an issue with people wanting to pay other peoples electric bills get a brain figure it out
I love the option of paying online but the app is incredibly slow and half the time, the Face ID option doesn’t come up and you have to shut down and reopen the app numerous times before it shows up. Switching between accounts is very slow.
I do love having an app so I can view and pay my bill, however the app is the slowest app that I have on my phone and it is at times irritating to say the least
App works ok, extremely slow but has good info. Needs improvement by adding a feature to select the date payment is made. Currently you can make a payment on the current day, you can’t choose a later date.
Great app very helpful and easy to use. Only complaint I have is the length of time it takes between logging in and ACTUALLY being able to look up my information takes a really long time to load!!!
I always pay online but it says enter state and city I do and keep saying enter it so I always have to go back out of the websit and re enter everything
I miss the days when I could put my check in the drop box. Now I use this app so they can get their money at Lightning speed and they charge me a fee. Lol.
I’ve used the app for years since it was released but now when I try to login to pay my bill it says the username or password is incorrect. And even when I manually type them in I get the same message. Finger print does the same thing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but no change. I went in after a Google search and through the website to login and that worked. Guess I’ll have to do that every month.
I’m not sure why my debit card cannot be saved. I have to enter that every time plus then I have to re-enter my address when I’m already in my account that is such a waste of time I would think with the technology now days that could corrected.Thanks

Supposedl, paying via an app or online, is an instant electronic transition. But there’s a three dollar “ convenience fee. I know it’s common for utilities to do this, it’s ridiculous. How can it be more expensive to use my credit card, and a paper check? This out to be a criminal practice. You’re a public utility, Nebraska public power district. Shame on you for using an outside source that charges customers an extra fee just to give you money.It also takes longer to pay this way, typing it all my information over and over again with my finger, then to write a paper check. So this isn’t convenient at all. Shame on me for being late and using this service, but it is hardly convenient.
