I started at UCHealth one year ago and was introduced to the app and loved the convenience of being able to punch in and out on my phone. But about two weeks ago it just stopped working. I get a geolocation not working error and I have tried every trouble shooting technique at my disposal. I am very frustrated by this! I see the app was updated approximately two weeks ago and can only assume the error has to do with this update? Please fix!
I haven’t been able to check my email from the app in 2 weeks now. It was never a problem before. Also, the time clock function doesn’t work anymore. I used to be able to clock in and out, but now it never recognizes my location even when I’m in the building.
I get so tired of signing in every time I use the app. I understand signing in again when my password changes, but each time I use the app is ridiculous. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app but that doesn’t help either.
This app would be much better if the functions actually worked. The screen to punch in and out only loads about 25% of the time. It also has me sign in ALL THE TIME no matter how many times I ask it to leave me signed in and the pins through duo and sms only work some of the time. This app has potential, but needs a ton of improvement.
When the app launched I was able to use it to clock in and out when in the building but this function is no longer working. The app now tells me geolocation is not working. I have checked and my phone does allow this app to use location services. This was a functional app until this stopped working. I hope this can be fixed soon.
Needs a whole lot of improvement. After the update, I have had nothing but difficulties, unable to clock in and out. I’ve followed the directions as directed and have updated the app when prompted. The app was working just fine prior and did not have any issues.
We still cannot access our full pay stubs, PTO accrual/ use logs or YTD information from this app. This is unacceptable for an organization of this size. We were under the impression this was going to be added last year (2022).
I keep getting no location found or geolocation cannot be determined. It’s frustrating because my privacy and location services are on for this app to use. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and redone the settings to no avail.
The convenience of punching in and out has not been working for a very long time on iPhones. I have been very unhappy with this app lately as I can not use this important piece. Please fix the issue.
The clock in and out when in the building is no longer functioning. The app tells me “geolocation is not working”. This app was functioning until it stopped working. I really hope they can fix the issues soon!
Since the update the app functions maybe 20% of the time. I can no longer use it to clock in and out. Makes me sign in every single time I use it. Very disappointing.
If I could give this a zero I would. It never works and it always glitching/not loading. I have to delete the entire app and redownload at least 2-3x a week: it’s honestly miserable.
