This app is better than trying to use the website that refuses to let me log in because it hates my browser. However the store search is showing stores all over the USA and I cannot buy a SIM which is why I installed the app in the first place. So three stars because it hasn’t crashed yet. Well now it’s two because it just says “there’s a problem.” Yes, the problem is your app isn’t working properly and your site doesn’t work well either.
The worst don’t use this company for phone service!
1) This company customer service couldn’t do their job if they tried. They are so rude. 2) The company messes up your credit card payment for auto payment all the time to get you give you your credit card over the phone. Nope don’t do it! Make them get you on the Internet site to pay. 3) They expect its ok for you to be stuck on the phone for 3 to four hours to fix their mistakes and be happy about it. Not a fan. 4) If you give a bad review on the App Store they have ways to delete the bad review. 5)This company knows how many problems they have and don’t teach their customer service people correctly on how to handle anything.
Don’t let the poor review of the app lead you to believe that Page Plus Cellular service is also bad. I just finished an online chat session with the customer service rep who was very helpful. My problem is with the app. Despite the fact I am able to sign into their website with no problem, I can’t get signed into the app. The credentials that I used to sign into the website should be the same credentials that I used to sign into the app and they’re not working. This bug needs to be fixed.
This review for app only. I have removed and reinstalled. I have restarted the phone. The app will let me log in but then will not open. Shame as the phone service is great. Hate having to call every time to make payment.
App don’t work. Website works but app won’t let me log in. And when checking password the email prompt won’t send me an email so I can change my password Frustrating
This company is so dishonest. I was charged twice and then THIRD time for one legit charge then told it’ll take up to 30 days for my refund! Hmmm you steal my money in seconds but I have to wait a month for a refund. I am cancelling after this month and reporting them to AG. Fraud and Theft.
App does what it needs to, but why do I need to re-enter my username and password EVERY DARNED TIME I want to check my balances? How hard could it be to enable Touch ID? Come on, Page Plus... make it happen!!
March 2022 iOS app not functioning, Android app gone
IOS app won’t take my credentials, the same credentials that work on the web page. On both iPhone and iPad. The Android app flat-out disappeared from the play store, too. Page Plus is owned by Tracfone, which is now owned by Verizon. I hope service improves. They have good plans and reception for our needs. I use PinZoo to refill Page Plus, to avoid dealing with the web page or credit card mis-charges.
