This app is very user friendly and has amazing functionality, but why are we not able to create and edit documents on the app? Using an iPad Pro (which is bigger than some laptops) and not being able to create/edit documents on the fly is unfortunately inconvenient. - adding this would really be awesome!!!
I’ve used this ap for years on a daily and weekly basis running my landscaping company. We’ve had issues nonstop. I pretty much run my company from my iphone, and my office prepares the proposals and I review and approve from my phone while on the go. I’ve had issues receiving and viewing and approving regularly, also in going to existing proposals or signed proposals, they disappear or become expired and also somewhere in between where there is no message but can not be viewed from my phone while on the go. Constant hiccups and no fluidity of steady flawless functionality. I would love for this application to work for me after we’ve developed the multiple templates and processes, it continues to cause issues.
I’ve been a paid PandaDoc subscriber for about two years. The service is great and saves my company a lot of time, while giving a professional image. The app, however, is not as useful as it could be. There are a lot of features of PandaDoc that aren’t included. Simple things like deleting a row in a table can’t be done using the app, forcing me to just use PandaDoc via Safari on my iPad Pro. If that’s the case, why even have an app at all if users need to use a browser for full functionality?
I’d love if this app/program worked consistently. I’m constantly having to restart the app bc it either white screens and I can’t see my document or it “something went wrong “ when trying to create a document. I use this to send contracts to my clients. I have three versions of contracts that are in my templates. It shouldn’t be this hard to just send a document to someone. For what I pay a month on their service I’m highly disappointed.
PandaDoc offers an incredible value with everything it has to offer, and I really appreciate that there’s a free version for the folks like me just starting out. Super functional and easy to use. As I grow you bet I’ll be upgrading my plan with Panda and it’s way more reasonably priced than the others out there.
My company recently signed up for this service. I manage an outside sales team that needs to be able to send documents quickly while they are out in the field. I creased templates of the most used agreements my company uses. In order to sent the agreement through the app you have to assign each field manually by clicking and assigning the person. The only option to assign all fields at one time is to yourself. Some of my agreements have 30+ fields that require some information. Really makes this useless to me.
This version of the PandaDoc app is pretty awesome. I can quickly view all my document, their status, and check on the analytics. Of course being able to sign documents is great too! All the updates these guys have been doing have been helping me and my team send the best documents imaginable. Love PandaDoc and love this app.
Works great online but on mobile, not good at all. Slow, clunky, and signatures look pretty bad (pixelated). Worst of all, it does not allow you to import any document from your mobile for signature. For instance, if you would like to say, sign a PDF that was emailed to you, you cannot import it on your iPhone/iPad and sign on the move. For some reason, you cannot sign your own documents in-person either. Very strange. Truly not mobile ready.
PandaDoc is serious software with a playful name. I use it to write contracts for our performance team. With it I can easily create custom contracts, track all interactions with the client and get paid either by credit card or echeck directly into my account. It just makes it easy! I love this software!
I’ve been using this app more than one year and most of the time I have a hard time to load documents. loading speed is terrible and I don’t know why they don’t fix it. so if the loading speed won’t be good, it doesn’t make sense to use the app. If you’re planning to purchase a PandaDoc App don’t rely on the app just you could use the desktop version.
This app is not ready for prime time and has limited features. Want to leave a comment to sender like you can in full browser? Not gonna Happen. Need to zoom in to read small text on a page? Well too bad, it’s going to jump back multiple pages and freeze up so you can’t navigate the document at all. I have developed a general dislike for PandaDoc and a particular loathing for the app.
Great update to the app. Easy to search documents and pull up contracts which are frequently viewed or of top priority. Addition of "Timeline" is a great way to see content I have been most recently working on and need to stay up to date on while on the road.
I use PandaDoc for all my contracts. My customers love the convenience and I love the professionalism of the digital contracts. I would recommend for any business using contracting. I plan on using PandaDoc as I grow my business for years to come!
Finally PandaDoc has updated their old mobile application. I'm very happy that you decided to focus things which matter on the go. It's so much easier to stay on top of all my documents with a new timeline!
We have used PandaDoc for 5 years. We use it everyday and has sped up our sales process and close rate. We love it! We even have a lot of clients who have bought it after using it with us. Highly recommend it.
Tracking on the go, comments, reminders! That’s pretty much all I need. And yeah, the new timeline is great— hope to something similar inside of the web app as well. All in all, great Pandadoc’s addition for managers like myself who are not always in the office
The updated app includes some great additional functionality. Specifically the analytics visible on the mobile app are useful. I’m excited to continue to see additional updates!
This version of PandaDoc's mobile app is a significant improvement over the old version. I'm happy to switch between different workspaces. Looking forward to the ability to send docs from within the app.
I’m already a PandaDoc customer so the app just makes my life that much easier. I love that when I’m away from the office I can still get a proposal to my clients in mere minutes. Great for those who are always on the go!
Nice improvement over the old clunky system. Two major issues: 1. Can’t write proposals 2. It only seems to work in portrait mode. No landscape mode, which renders it useless if you have a keyboard. I’ve tried to lock the rotation, and that still does nothing. I don’t understand why the developer would do this.
The new and improved PandaDoc app is a fantastic improvement on the previous version. They built out something with a great UI and tremendous easy of use. I wouldn't use anything else to draft and send documents!
…is nearly useless. You can’t easily add fields to a document or auto fill a pdf with fields from the app. You can’t zoom in and scroll around on a document. The app is just full of bugs and it makes the service nearly impossible to use.
Let me start by saying, I LOVE this program and it makes my day so much easier. However, the app is HORRIBLE!!!! It does change when the screen is flipped, so my keyboard is pointless. EVERY contract I write is custom and I need to upload each one per client. I can not do this on the app, I can only use templates which is impossible for my line of work. I am deleting the app until they fix this because it is POINTLESS!
I use PandaDocs on my PC daily and love it. The app however is missing some functions. Smart content doesn’t work, will not let me choose blocks. I also get an error message every time i try to send something. I’m sure they’re working on it. But as of now. Can’t use it for what I need
App isn’t working/loading. When you receive an email suggesting someone has completed a document you sent them, and then you click on that email, the app shows up as a blank page and never loads. Very frustrating - esp when you’re without your laptop. Would give zero stars until this useless thing is fixed.
The app would be great other than 1 major flaw. There is no ability to use this in landscape with a keyboard. It really defeats the purpose of having the app. I may have to find an alternative APP as our solution as I use an iPad Pro as my main work device. I also recommend allowing for HELP in the app. I had to come out and go to the website directly for that. I love PD but this is a deal breaker for me.
What's the point of having the app if you can't use it for the intended purpose of the software. You can't create or send documents for signature?!?!? This app is useless, I already get all of the notifications in my email. You also don't need an app to sign the document. I like PD as a software, however this app is still decades away from being functional or useful.
I love using the desktop version, but the app needs a lot of work. Constantly glitches while trying to make any changes to your pre existing template. Super inconvenient.
Easy to use, clean interface, real time & audit trail! I use PandaDoc for everything from business contracts through personal documents such as lease signing!
Tried to use PandaDoc to generate a modeling release form for an important deadline. Would not load pdf file when connected to 4G or WiFi. Caused a lot of frustration and looked very unprofessional when the document would not load. If I could give less than one star I would.
app is much better than previous version, but for a contract app, you can’t create and send contracts. Pretty baffling. Also, approval is nearly impossible unless on wi-fi; the proposal never loads.
Non-existent customer service. The service itself was okay when we used it, but it really wasn’t any better than DocuSign. We no longer use the service, and were charged for another calendar quarter. I explained this and politely asked for a refund. I was refused. Twice. No, I don’t work with companies who don’t work with their customers’ situations, and neither should you. They will ignore your concerns and leave you out to dry. Use a different service.
Improve this app for use on a phone and ill edit this review — until then, users should know that this app is basically useless for creating proposals from your mobile device. Also — when people receive the proposal, it’s just as useless for them to view and sign from their phone. Otherwise this platform is fantastic on desktop. Thanks for hearing me out and please make this app more mobile friendly.
I would love this app if you could turn off the snap grid feature. I can’t move the boxes around free form. Epically frustrating… I’m contemplating deleting the app. It’s basically unusable.
