This takes too long to show whether your punch took or not. Also, there is no ability to approve our time card at the end of a pay period. It’s a bit limited in many ways. I would like to be able to access from home to download pay stubs and also add new direct deposit accounts without having to use a paper form.
As far as it being a great app, it displays relevant information in an organized, concise manner. The fact that we can also access tax forms online for recordkeeping is another great feature. However, a pet peeve of mine is that the app keeps signing me out at random intervals with no consistency whatsoever. I might open the app one day and not have to pull up Google Authenticator. And all of a sudden, the next day I have to sign in and do it all over again. And then it asks me if I want the app to remember being signed in, along if whether I want to use Face ID for future sign-in requests. And some unspecified days later, I open the app and am greeted with a big orange "SIGN IN" button, thereby rendering any of the aforementioned features useless. I do like using the app when it works as intended. But when it doesn't, that's when it becomes a little irritating to keep having to do this. Therefore, +5 stars for being a great app overall, but -3 stars for non-functional features that are bothersome to handle when they don't work as intended.
Our Company has used this for the 14 years I’ve been here. Was great when the APP came available. Notice the comments want the information on the APP that is available from PC or by going to website but it’s not necessary. Never had any issue logging in or with functionality. Guess I’m just smarter than the equipment I’m operating. Great on the go information. Looking forward to your information updates. Thank you for the service. Greatly appreciated.
The company I work for has been using this service for several years, and it has been the most frustrating experience I have had since I started. The self unlock process is a complete joke. Even if you use the correct security answers, your login still fails. And even if you remember your password later on, you can’t log in, because it keeps taking you through the endless unlock cycle for your password. Honestly, I rather go back to paper pay stubs than use this useless site. Atleast then, I don’t have to jump through a hundred hoops, and hours of back and forth with our payroll manager to get an account key to get into my account.
This app will allow you to punch in/out, and say you did so successfully, but then you’ll get a message from your boss the next day asking why your time card shows you didn’t punch in/out. It only actually works about half time time. The other half, you can’t even log in. And if you can log in, it’ll ask if you want to “remember this device,” at which point you’ll get excited about not having to go through that process again, except it doesn’t remember the device.
About all an exempt employee can do in the app is view a pay stub or make an accidental time clock punch. At a minimum, the ability to request leave should be added. And I would suppress the ability for an exempt employee to punch the time clock. Extras would be the ability to project PTO available at a future date. Schedule a sprint, RL
My company just switched to this and I downloaded the app and it won’t even open, it just freezes and then closes every time. I have removed it and reinstalled it several times as well as rebooted my cell. Still nothing, also the website does not let you put in the actual time of arrival. You can only punch in in real time which doesn’t t work if you are already at work and need to turn on your computer open the site, log in etc.. not impressed!
The app does not appear to be mobile optimized. The labels wrap, and the data is not lined up. It provides the basic needed information but not in a clean, easy to view format. Maybe it’s a setting or something, but I’ve never had to do anything to “adjust” an app before.
Everytime I open this it crashes on different pages. Even if I close it and open again it will still say “oops something went wrong” I have to close it and wait for a totally different time/day. Frustrating when it’s an app about one of the most important things to keep track of in your life. Wish my job wasn’t using this. Last update was 2years ago? Hello?? Someone should be working on this.
The job I work for uses this to see our paychecks. The website is never working, yet my internet works just fine. I thought well since the website is always slow and won’t even upload me to the page to login maybe the app will be better. NOPE! The app as well is glitchy and worthless. This company is terrible for not letting people view their paystubs. Employers who use this are not intelligent.
I have downloaded the app unable to access certain things it appears the viewing is too large for my cell phone it only lets me find information about the amount of my check but no other information is provided again the layout is too large
My company recently went to this, the website doesn’t work most of the time. I seem to only able to view my pay on the app. Would really like to be able to print from the app, especially if I’m receiving my W2 this way also.
Little behind the times...should allow employees to update their own withholdings...could be easier on the eyes. But I can see my paycheck so that’s good.
For weeks now, when I log in, I can’t check on anything under “employee.” It just says something went wrong and try again later. Unacceptable. Fix your app please.
Not user friendly, line items, such as YTD, fed taxes, aren’t displayed in a flowing manner. My companies back office management seems to focus on cheap, thoughtlessness and inexperience. This payroll system fits the bill. But hey, at least I don’t have to go pick up my paystub.
I’m not sure if it’s an app issue or employer issue… my app works great gives me my deposit amount by Wednesday to be deposited on Friday. But it does not give me my accrual for vacation time nor sick time at all
Why on earth will this app not show the pay history from both churches that pay me? I linked the accounts. I named them. The app won’t let me select just one of them. No matter which one I click on, it will only show the oldest. St. Boniface comes up but St. Ann’s doesn’t.
It seems like each time I log in there’s a new issue. All I want is to be able to view my pay stubs. Apparently, there’s even more features on this app that I’m not privy to access. Figures… employers choice 🤷🏾♀️
No pdfs for stubs, weak. Doesn’t format with apple well either
This site is haggard at best. You can’t print PDFs of your stubs ,I can’t look at my direct deposits because it’s not formatted correctly in my phone cut it off. Really terrible app,the worst in fact
Occasionally it works but 95% of the time it redirects you to the website. Are they just collecting login and password data? Pointless to have the app it doesn’t work.
Opened the app, entered my credentials, requested a 2FA pin, entered that, and got an error message. “Oops.. something went wrong.” Tried entering the username/password again, got the same error message. Did a forced restart of the app, tried to log in and got the same error message. Unusable.
The Payentry mobile app offers individuals access to their employee information, and provides employers with a cutting edge time and attendance solution for employees to clock in and out on a tablet in their workplace on the kiosk clock. Individuals can view all of their employee information in one place. Pay history is available by year, and paystub details are displayed in a graph so individuals can see the allocation of their pay check. When enabled by their employer, individuals can clock in and out using the Time Mgmt capabilities and view their tax forms, such as 1099-M, W-2, and 1095-C. Individuals can view their contact, status & position, accruals, direct deposits, and deductions. When using the kiosk clock at a business location, individuals can clock in and out for their work shifts. Using a clock ID and facial recognition, the Payentry kiosk clock helps businesses reduce wage and hour fraud. Individuals are able to send a note to their manager and clock in and out of different departments and jobs when applicable. Once an individual has saved a time punch, they’ll immediately see a large message indicating success.
