Minor issue

The app itself is great but the call-blocking feature doesn't work because it will not activate in the phone setting and is stuck with an external spinning wheel.

Scam company do not use!!! Read for details

Firstly, nothing is free, and even when you pay, the service is plagued with login issues and useless information. Secondly, if you try to cancel, as I did and many others have mentioned in this review section, you may continue to be charged despite submitting a cancellation request, even via email. Additionally, you might experience an increase in spam calls, as it seems likely that this company sells your information to spam companies. They won’t refund you unless you call and argue with them, and even then, they will only refund one month's charge. I encourage others who have had similar experiences to do what I did: file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and report to the Federal Trade Commission. This is not a company you can trust with your information, and there are better background check services available.

Garbage

The paid subscription for $4.99 is a gimmick. Complete rip off. Don’t waste your time on this app. You do not get all the KEY FEATURES for $4.99 very misleading information on this app and subscription. The developer leaves a lot of KEY INFORMATION out of the description of the app. Also if you cancel your subscription thru Apple store beware the app will start charging you multiple charges. I canceled my subscription the same day I downloaded the app because it did not live up to KEY FEATURES like it said it would. I was never charged for it but two days later The app or third party as you can’t purchase thru the app you will get charged multiple times. I’m still being charged thru this developer it’s charged me 5 times in a matter of 10 min two days after I canceled the subscription. Stay away from this app download the app lookout you’ll get what you pay for and it works great.

Must-Have App!

I recently discovered this app. I use it to find information about the contacts I already have in my phone, or search for a person by name, address, phone number, or email. I love the sleek and clean design. This app is perfect for finding a slew of data from just a name or number quickly. As a Realtor, often I come into contact with new people that I’ve just met. It’s essential that I’m able to verify a person is who they say they are, and this app helps.

Not worth it

I got this app after trying to search for marriage or death certificates for family members, I didn’t expect to see the certificates themselves, just an event of some sort verifying death, or verifying marriage etc. the data reported is vague, honestly you can google the information that’s provided here. I’m not saying that as a generalization, I’m saying that to say I got this app after googling information, and this app provided the same information google did. I also have another service similar to this one, TruthFinder. It’s not much better, but it at least provides more details than this does. Don’t spend money on this.

Just another lame piece of crap

The only thing this app is good for is relieving you of your money. Another shameless scam that won’t hide you what you to ink it will. There is nothing in the free download. The subscription fees will rarely work. And to tip it off you have to verify with your phone number (which they then sell for a profit to bombard you with spam calls). Steer well clear mi Padres.

Ain’t getting my service I paid for

I pay for the service and haven’t been able to get into my account since I paid for it. I can’t even change my password. I’m not getting the email to change it. Been like this for the whole time I’ve bought the service

Scam

Subscribed online for a $1 or so. I cancelled once j got the information I needed, I am still being charged $25 for something I did not want and did not sign up for. I have been getting spam calls constantly. They still charge you even after you cancel! Y’all are disgusting individuals

Fraud

This app have to return my money back. No matter how many times I cancel my subscription they still charge me. They don’t wanna let you cancel your subscription and they don’t provide you with accurate information. I will give a -5⭐️ if possible.

Not good app

I want to cancel and IdentityWatch and people finders keep giving me the runaround in the meantime they continue to take money off my card even though I have told them not to and I’ve notified my bank pure fraud in my opinion

Keeps closing

Downloaded app, paid for the subscription & the app kept closing. Also, Iphone XR would not allow your app to monitor contacts & incoming calls. Very disappointing. Hopefully, I won’t be charged.

Very Disappointing

I was using this app to try and locate a family member about a death in our extended family. I paid $20 and was only given old and outdated numbers for him and his spouse.

Says I need to pay when I already did

It’s a wonderful app don’t get me wrong but I had it for about a week l paid my 24.99 already I ended up canceling it bcs I just didn’t need it no more i did Pay my part though but it’s been almost 3 months and I’m not able to use my App Store bcs they say I need to pay on my subscriptions🤦🏻‍♀️

Concerned about free trial

I tried using this service to find my nephew, he lives out of state and we haven’t had any contact for a while, I was hoping to find a lead on where his current whereabouts were…….I used this 3 day free trial and cancelled (attempted) when I didn’t really find anything helpful. A few days later I got billed for 29.99, so I went on to cancel again again and somehow was billed 69.95 for a lifetime membership. I called to have this refunded and was told that this charge is non-refundable and was sent to the “managers” voicemail. I hope this shakes out well, because this is borderline predatory if not.

No Good!

I never made a decision to subscribe. I want to know why they charge me 24.95. I need my refund. this is a mistake Then I said Ok. They charged me, I go in to see what it is and see if it works and they want to charge me 24.95 again, it is an abuse. they return my money

Too many dark patterns. Subscription required.

Read a review online that suggested app could do reverse phone number lookup for $1.99 per use. That sounded fine. Nothing in app store page contradicted this. Downloaded app and tried it. It insisted that I create an account (why???) providing my email and name. Then I tried a reverse phone number search. Was told the only way to proceed was to start a $24.99 per month subscription. No option for per-use payment. There is no way I am going to agree to a large recurring monthly subscription fee for a product I will only use occasionally. This should been disclosed on the app atore page so I could have avoided downloading the app in the first place. I will be deleting this app and avoiding it and all other similar apps which use these kinds of deceptive advertising practices and app design “dark patterns” to try to get users to subscribe to expensive monthly services they don’t want or need.
