Incredible app

Working with Poured has been absolutely amiss journey! I got to meet so many amazing people on a way, as well as always have job opportunities and strong supportive team ready to help with any question! I see the bright future and huge potential for the app to become one of the biggest hiring platforms! Nothing but appreciation!

Flexible Work, Reasonable Pay

I started with Poured because I need a flexible schedule to support my lifestyle as a creative. Poured came through with great time slots with interesting companies. I am happy with it. My 4-star rating is for some app glitching and inconvenience. The timecard portion of the app is difficult to navigate because it only allows you to log in EXACTLY when you are scheduled. For instance, if I arrive to a 9am shift at 8:57am I am not allowed to clock in until 9am on the app. But by 9am, I am already actively working and can’t discreetly pull my phone out to clock in or I get caught up in the work and forget about the app. This results in clocking in late and can be a pain. With some app updates and a way to block double booking, I think this is a winner.

Terrible

This app has had glitches since I’ve first downloaded it. I would get massive amount of texts saying I have job offers that didn’t exist. I worked my first shift on the 28th of February and still haven’t been paid because my on boarding was a whole entire mess. Then I was told I accepted a shift I never accepted, then on top of that without even discussing with me to get my side I was told I was removed from the app. I had proof I never accepted the shift and the app is a faulty mess and of course after sending proof POURED has yet to reach out to me. Now I look bad to a company for something that was out of my control. This app is a mess all around !!!

Good, but can be improved

I love that we can now use the app to book jobs and clock in and out. Some improvements to consider: 1. Allow the ability to see your clock in and outs 2. Give a total hours worked daily and/or each pay period 3. If we forget to clock out we should be able to adjust our clock out time back to an earlier time (the time we left) 4. Enable the ability to save log in... almost every time I get ready to clock in I have to re-enter my email and password. 🙄

highly recommend it

I’ve worked with Poured for almost 3 years. The app gives you a lot of opportunities in the luxury retail business and ways to grow in the companies. Also, for those who have something on the side - it is a great way to make extra money and meet new people in the industry.

Unimpressed

Have been on Poured for a few months and so far I have not booked any work. I get emails from the management to apply for positions and when I follow up there’s no response. The last straw is when I supposedly booked work and needed to reply by ‘EOD’ and I respond within a reasonable time only for them to tell me the spots have already been filled. It’s extremely unprofessional for them to tell people they have booked work only for them to fill it with other people. This is not the place/app to look if you are looking for consistent part-time work. You are better off looking for these positions on your own.

I love poured

I’ve been working for this company since it launched and it’s been amazing. I love the staff as they have been more than helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the app. Still now, I am having issues logging in. Error message keeps popping up and I can only log in once in a while. This really needs to get fixed

Waste of time if you’re not from LA

Ive had poured for 3 months and have not been booked one time. Submitted my personal video multiple times to be within the guidelines and even lowered my desired rate as low as possible. Still nothing. The weekly emails are a little helpful but still unreasonable with only one specific week availability. Isn’t the whole point of this app to be flexible with school schedules? If you’re in school then how will you have time to work one random week that Poured chooses? Waste of time waiting on job openings. You’re better off looking for a regular job anywhere else!!

Highly Recommended

I love this app! Poured is such an awesome company that provides some of the best high end luxury retail jobs in the industry. Their app is extremely efficient, smooth & fast running, and consumer friendly. The app makes editing my profile, schedule, and my bookings for jobs very easy! Highly recommended.

Frustrating app

I’ve had everything set up but they haven’t approved me. I have actual brand ambassador , sales, and greeter experience. I actually use to hire people like this in my last few jobs. So I’m like why is it so hard for their chat or customer service to reply. Then I get so many text messages from it to work but I can’t. I replied to the email in the text, the one on the app, at this point I don’t think I’m going to get a hold of anyone but all of these jobs are literally 5min away from me.

Beautiful

Smart product and even better team. I have tried looking in the past for work like this. Wonolo, shift gig / none of it is the work anyone wants to do. Poured gives you greater access to the best brands with the best pay.

Great app!

I used Poured while I was in college because it is so flexible. I worked two shifts at a small boutique in Los Angeles through Poured and it was a great experience/way to earn some extra money. I highly recommend using this app!

Amazing freelancing option!

I love using poured, and I love all of the people that run the company. They really care about placing you and making sure you get work. They pay on time! It’s an amazing way to make sure you keep working while chasing your dreams!

Signing up with Poured was easy. The account managers are extremely helpful. They reviewed my first introduction video and provided great feedback to make my video exceptional. I’m excited and looking forward to working my first assignment!

Great for brands and associates alike

This is the future of staffing for luxury retail period. I enjoyed being on call and being able to work with more than one brand. The staff is very warm and direct, a refreshing culture for the industry.

App doesn’t work

I’ve uploaded my interview questions about 5 times and it hasn’t been working. It keep giving me an error message and just keeps loading and then I have to start the process all over again. I already made an account but I don’t remember the password that I set up with it and there’s no option for me to reset it. So there lies a problem as well.

Don’t Bother!

this app just gives consistent excuses as to why it wont load up any opportunities at all… throughly convinced the reviews here are all bot driven and written, don’t even bother signing up id find an alternative route to finding new opportunities.

Not giving me work

I got in, keep my availability updated (3 days a week usually) and have emailed Poured as well. They just tell me to keep my availability updated and I am. I’ve been in this app for over a month and have had zero offers!!

No password retrieval???

I signed up with Poured, but when I tried to log back in, I could not remember my password. They don’t give you an option to retrieve your password, so now I’m locked out! Amateur programmers! Amateur app!

Based on appearance

Rejected me without ever even seeing my resume. I have lots of experience and answered the interview questions well, with answers that have gotten me hired at other places. Guess they didn’t like my look...

I enjoy the app but I feel frustrated for people who also want to be a part of this community and cannot only because they do not have an iPhone/iPad. This app has been created long enough for them to not prioritize getting it for the other phones.
