Why even have an app if it isn’t going to work at all. I get an error message every time I try to log in “Authentication Failed”. I have double and even triple checked that my user name and password are correct by logging in to PrimePay via their website. At the moment this app is 100% useless. Please fix this right away.
I am able to use primepay on the computer but the app doesn’t even let me sign in? It say authentication failed even though I’m using the same login I do for the computer? What’s the problem? I all read for this app is bad reviews? When will it be addressed?
I am an admin for employees but I am not allowed to submit a requesy for help/trouble ticket because I don’t have a log-in for Salesforce so I am unable to submit a trouble ticket in the conventional way - My employees are unable to clock in for their shift on the PrimePay app upon arrival (between 6:45-7:15am).
Authentication fails. Choosing PrimePay reflects poorly on a small business and shows disrespect for employees. PrimePay offers outdated and poorly maintained systems. Their web apps and this mobile app are prime examples.
No account recovery option on this app. Not even direction on how to reset your password or recover your username. No link to the website where this information might be. The point of an app is to make life simpler this is just a head ache with extra steps.
Clocking in has gone digital. The PrimePay Employee App lets you quickly punch in and out, no matter where your work takes you. Punching can be tracked and reported with a picture caption or based on location with a Google Maps integration. But that’s not all: Now you can also review your schedule and time cards, submit and check the status of time off requests, view pay statements, and your Forms W-2.
