App does what it says regarding viewing of paystubs and the ability to make certain changes like direct deposit info, viewing of w2, changing address, etc. However, it would be super convenient if we were able to use Face ID instead of having to log in every single time! Also, it’s annoying that we can’t print a PDF version of our pay stubs; instead I have to screenshot it, then edit by cropping it just so I can print a good copy. Smh
This app is absolutely trash you have to log in every single time you use the app but once you log in close the app then go to log in again you have to create a new password but the password can’t be any of the last 5 passwords so get ready to have 6 different passwords and have to change it every other time you use the app then get ready for the random lock outs after you reset the password yes this app will make you change your password then proceed to lock you out your account this app is more frustrating than it is helpful so do yourself a favor and don’t download or use this app it’s crap
The app frequently logs-out the user, even soon after a log-in event. Content layout does not seem to be for iPhone screen. It does not allow the user to save a PDF of a Paystub, only view a Paystub. There are many improvements this app requires, the above are just some of the things
Trash & completely unsafe employees are forced to use
It should be illegal to make employees for companies use anything but the most up to date apps secured and updated on a consistent basis. Even video games are updated more and they don’t require personal information. This app is the biggest joke I’ve seen tied with their employee clock in app that just redirects you to a website. Why should any of us trust you know a single thing about tech when you don’t even update your apps? Refuse to use if you are able to.
The app and the company whose service it allows you to access are both so frustrating to use. You have to sign in every time you go to use the app. If you forget your password and try to reset it without a phone number approved through the account already, you receive an email to the linked email at the earliest 45 minutes after requesting the reset link. Just infuriating to engage with at every turn.
Trying to use the “app” to enter time sheets via ‘time clock’ is worse than not having an app at all. Using the default browser on my mobile device is less painful than this app (still painful, but not as bad). Trying to enter time inside the app is an requires constant zooming in and out and moving the screen around. Embarrassingly bad.
I don’t think I have ever written a review however this app needs one. First of all you can only download half the files you really need because you are not prompted for how to save the rest of them. Second of all a lot of pages have the button you need to press tucked safely outside of the screen! I think this app needs an update quick.
I was very excited for this because I was tired of having to go to the website on my phone but it’s pretty much just a link to the website unfortunately hopefully an update will come
All bots no people to help you out at all. Blame any problems your having to your company and expect them to take of you 100% resetting your email or password is impossible. Done it over 20xs and says sent but never sends email to reset anything at all. Dont waist your time with this load of garbage
The app doesn’t save login credentials. Always have to manually type them In. When using it daily to clock in and out. The login credentials would save time.
You have to log in to your account every single punch. so that’s 4x a work day. there’s no face ID so it’s time consuming to clock in. I don’t understand the options for start meal, start break. just clock in and clock out.
I hate it. It’s very inconvenient to have to log in each and every time. No face recognition, no way to save even my user name. Nothing. And it’s super glitchy. Sometimes you can log in and sometimes you can’t.
This is not an app. I’m actually disappointed Apple allows these still. If the app doesn’t offer anything the website can’t do then it shouldn’t exist. This literally just opens the website…
I had this app on my android, and it worked well. Now I’ve switched to an iPhone. I am unable to save my paystub’s asPDFs. All I can do is take a screenshot of them now with the android I was able to download my paystub’s as PDFs and store them on my phone and upload them to the cloud. Now all you can do is take a screenshot plus the app does not prompt you to save your password in the iPhone keychain a fix nice.
Well first off it is ridiculous that you have to sign in then go to your email to retrieve the code and thinking once I type this is I’ll be signed in. Wrong!!! It requires you to sign in again. Sometimes you need to repeat this process twice and retrieve 2 codes before signing in. It’s 2024, it would be nice if you folks dabble in Face ID or fingerprint sign ins. This is 1990s to early 2000s stuff. Time to get with the times! Once there is a Face ID or fingerprint login my stars will go higher then just 1 star. 1 star is how behind the times this app is.
Can’t even get to sign in page. So how am I to sign if I don’t have the qr code or access code and how do I enter it? I’ve got no problem signing in on my computer
There is no option to save at the very least your username. Frustrating, but I can use my phones password storage. But having to do that every 2 minutes because the app times you out while in the middle of viewing documents? C’mon. Just lazy programming. Or more likely, cheap programming. And if you use cheap programmers, your whole system is very vulnerable.
