The iPad has been around for 14 years. At this point there is simply no excuse for an app in the App Store to support only the phone screen size/layout. I gave this review 3 stars because I love Proposify. But is it a crying shame that I have to use it from a web browser on my laptop rather than my iPad that has a bigger and better display. Yea, I can use the web browser on the iPad, but why make me? I take an iPad to all my client site visits, not my heavier laptop. I should be able to create, edit, and send a new proposal from the Proposify iPad app in full screen, full resolution, and landscape orientation.

I’ve been using Proposify for 3 years and have closed thousands of dollars of business. The customization and pre-formatted options along with the ability to see ‘when’ a prospect views your proposal, how long they’ve viewed each part of the proposal, etc. is invaluable. This is one of the top business tools I use as a business owner. Great job supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

Awesome app, I use it for invoicing and estimates. Having auto fill for clients is cool too, i don’t have to do too much but numbers, which also calculate themselves on the app. Try it out first took me 6 months to fully be able to operate and create my own forms but templates are cool for temporary use.

App has limited functionality which I could deal with but I constantly get the “token expired” notice. Then I have to remove and reinstall the app as there is no log out or other option to refresh the token. As a developer myself, this is bad form for the user experience and makes me not want to use it. So most of the time I don’t now..

This app is so simply and organized that it makes everything easier. You can keep track of everything very efficiently and customize it to fit your business or purpose. Really wonderful!!

I love being able to see what proposals I have sent out, and when customers call me and I need to reference it and pull it up, it couldn’t be an easier. Keep up the good work Proposify!

I have been working with this tool for two months, all my proposals look very professional and it has helped me close new businesses

It’s good for reference only. Can’t make any real edits, can’t use the actually send feature through the app. Also, you are not able to access any archived proposals. Metrics are very limited as to what you can see and what filters you can run. I usually end up just logging into Proposify through my phones web browser.

App is not good. Eventually the login token expires but when that happens, you’re not able to log back in, the login screen just keep spinning and if you click to another page in the app, it just says token expired so you have to delete the app and reinstall it to log back in. I’ve done that 4-5 times and I’m not doing it anymore.

I love the desktop version. It makes my proposals look killer and I definitely land more clients. However, I’m super disappointed with the app. Almost no features work. I would gladly pay more money for an app that would crank out proposals like their web version does.

My proposals look amazing. I love they are hosted on custom domain. The mobile app just icing on the cake. I see the activity in real-time and react by messaging prospects when they are hot! 🔥🚀

While the app is great for checking status, it has absolutely no functionality. You can’t send emails the same way, you can’t edit, you can’t send reminders, you can’t change status if needing archived.

I’ve been using Proposify for over three years now, and love the software. However, the app needs work as I consistently have to delete download the app due to a token expired notification. been waiting for a bug fix but the last update has been over a year.

I want to love this app but over the many years I have used the desktop service, the app has only worked 10% of the time. It always shows that “token has expired” despite multiple reinstalls. Perhaps it’s just a little quirky, like the overall service itself but not particularly useful.

Proposify is a great time saver and really takes your estimates to the next level

The issue of an expired token after all these years still hasn't been fixed. So frustrating that I have to delete the app and download it again every time this happens.

Apparently the Proposify App needs “tokens” which causes the app to shut down if they are not “updated.” “Updated” means having to delete, reinstall, and re-login to the app. It’s a total pain and pathetically unnecessary. No other app requires a silly and useless token. Sheesh..

We switched from Word and PDF proposals to Proposify. The proposal look and the features are exceptional. Makes a create impression with clients.

This is a great tool to use on a computer. But I’ve never had the app work correctly over the couple years I have used the product. What a joke. You guys should remove this from the App Store.

The UX via a browser on a laptop or computer is pretty good, however, that goes out the window when I comes to the app. This app has a lot of bugs. For instance I am signed in but still can’t seen me dashboard.

Not only does this app do nothing, it rarely works even just to open it and check the status. If i try to reset password i get “401” so… it’s not even worth having … it just doesn’t work 😂

Fix the token expired issue and this would be a 3 star app. Add the ability to view PDF versions and send reminder emails and this would be a 5 star app.

If the login token expires, it doesn’t take you to a login screen to log back in. You have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work again. So sick of seeing the “Oooops...” message.

What’s the point? Can’t edit or create or send proposals. iPad doesn’t even have its own app, it’s just an iPhone app. Software is great, but only if you don’t want to use it on a mobile device.

Pro software with lots of integrations, and beautifully designed templates.

My company pays thousands of dollars a year for Proposify and unable to use the iOS app because it hasn’t been updated in 9 months and crashes on every open.

I’ve never actually gotten the app to work. I’m gathering that the company is going under and I need to find a better proposal creator option before I’m stuck.

I used to love this app to give me immediate notifications on proposal status changes. Now it doesn’t even work! At all! Really sad. I hope they fix it

The app holds decent promise and his helpful to keep an eye on proposal activity but the token issue is such a pain. It really needs to be addressed.

Tried to verify credentials with Google sign in, something I’ve done hundreds of times, and this stupid app literally gives an error message that says “Oops...” Not ready for prime time.

Constantly having to remove the app, reinstall, login, is a massive UX ugly wart on an otherwise beautiful platform.
