I want to say thank you for always being dependable. During the pandemic my husband was one of the casualties. He was unemployed for close to a year. Fast forward to 2023 - our PSE&G in the rears for non-payment - you did not shut-off our services during the pandemic - nor when it was lifted. We received many shut-off notices. We were grateful that PSE&G honored the pandemic guidelines and allowed our services to be kept on. We were able to pay our past bills and current bill in September 2023. Thank you again from my whole family.
I loved this app as it saved me the monthly early morning doorbell ring. And it seemed ideal during Covid. I could snap and upload to PSE&G photos of the meters from within the app. But with the latest update, now I can’t snap live meter photos from within the app! The only choices now are to enter the readings manually or upload photos from my Photo library. Ain’t gonna happen, too much of a pain. Please, PSE&G, either bring back the the live snap option, or send back the polite yet too-early-arriving meter readers. I trust they are well-compensated. This experience, by the way, reinforces the inadvisability of updating apps without a chance to know what are the features that are “improved”, i.e., deleted or broken, and no way to roll back from the damaging update. I fault the developers for deleting a mutually advantageous feature with no warning, and I fault Apple for not allowing rollbacks to prior versions.
I usually pay my bill by PSE&G text message and I was really happy to see they have an app. After much trouble trying to get into my account on the app, I was able to get PSE&G on the phone. They were able to rectify the problem and now I can use the app also. Meanwhile, I sent feedback to the app and it was responded to within the hour of sending the message. Kevin had info for me in it and I was grateful for his effort. Glad to know someone is on the ball. Good job everyone at PSE&G.
I used to look forward to seeing when next meter reading will be in the “Services” tab. Then it got removed sometime in early 2024. I even tried looking in website under my account. Now I have to guess when my next bill will be displayed onto the app
Downloaded this app to pay my bill online but every time I try to pay my bill and add a credit card or debit card to do so, I just get a blank spinning loading page that goes nowhere. I can’t add a form of payment nor pay my bill snd I’ve tried it with WiFi settings on and off . But I also only downloaded the app today because I couldn’t get in the website on safari that page wouldn’t load at all and just kept giving me a server time out issue - although I am not seeing any alerts anywhere that anyone else is experiencing the issues I am of that the website/app/ webpage is experiencing any problems- so I guess I will call PSE&G directly to try to pay my bill- 🤨
iPhone version work fine for so long. I’m not sure what happened I’m not sure if it was the last update but now it does not display correctly it’s all over the place terrible looking cannot function properly don’t even know how to use it buttons are everywhere it’s really bad unfortunately. You’ll just have to uninstall and go to their actual website. Create a shortcut from their website and save it on your desktop or on your homepage on your iPhone that’s the best solution until we know what’s going on with this app.
This app worked wonderfully during Covid, but recently, in the last few months, whenever I attempt to log in, I am met with an error message that the app is experiencing technical difficulties and my log in cannot be completed. I am prompted to visit the PSE&G website and log into my account from a web browser. Please fix the issues that make access to accounts much more user-friendly. The website takes too long to load and is not easy to navigate for simple information. Very disappointed.
This app is continuously allowing me to view pay my bill online without having to send in a check it reports power outages and keeps me in the loop on what’s going on around my area of the electrical hi I am glad that PSE&G decided to create this app it is very helpful
I can not log into the website. I tried setting up the app and after wasting 10 MORE MINUTES of my time it would not link my account that has been in service with good standing for over 20 years at the same address. PSe&G has ALWAYS had a difficult website to navigate and the app is no different. I’ve never had to recieve an e-mail, a text AND a phone call to ever set up an account for any other app, and then I’m told to call a 1-800 number to complete setting up an account. Screw that!
Like the design of the app but it does need some tweaking. For starters not everyone has gas power as the dashboard is set to (my building is all electric powered). Being able to change it to electric instead of gas or vice versa would be useful. Also please add the ability to photograph the meter from the app. Live meter reading translated in cost would be helpful as well as to assist with budgeting.
Without any warning, I went to pay my bill one day and suddenly had to reset password, set up two factor authentication, etc. This was not a good process and there was no “roll out” or warning. It was abrupt, confusing, and a month later when I had to pay my bill, I had to reset it yet again. Bad job. I wish they would have customers in mind and not just corporate goals. Feels like the customer is not even thought about.
This app makes it very easy and organize so that you can do what you need to do and it be done. I also appreciate that you can look at previous usage of your gas and electric. excellent app. Thank you Deborah Daily
PSE&G is the only institution that charges $4 per transaction for paying them online. That is roughly $50 per year. Whether you pay it through your pc or the phone it doesn’t make a difference. If you are paying with your phone, whether you use a web browser or this app, still no difference. Therefore this app for me is useless. If it costs them less to process the payments through checks, I will send them checks. It is cheaper for me, and it is really not a hassle to write 12 checks yearly.
I was expecting the usual corporate app from hell but instead I am impressed. Uncluttered and simple, it’s a very easy app to find quick feedback on usage or to make account changes. For more detailed information you still need to go into web browser. Well done.

Easy to use app at the touch of your finger you can pay your bills and manage your payment methods and stay in contact with them love this app completely. Wish I could rate it higher 😊
There is never a need to go on the computer and check my account again with this app!!! Easy to use and find all aspects of your account. I find the graph comparisons extremely helpful. Good job PSEG developers!!
I like having the app to view my bill but when the app doesn’t work it really doesn’t work. I can log into my account on my pc but on the app forget about it. There were issues before the latest update, but it’s worse now.
There were people who surveyed our house for usage efficiency last week. The technician took my email address so that he can send his report. When do you think I’ll receive the report. Thank you.

Doesn’t display correctly on iPad. Have to turn it to portrait mode as many apps that display in iPhone format on iPad. However the display in that window is off, too large within the window. I logged in despite that and got to some opening screen that was also oversized and I could not see anything to click to get past it. Useless!
I have been looking to a PSEG app for a while. It allows me to pay the bills over the phone. If I can make a couple of suggestions, please add the ability to export a PDF copy of the bill, and add the ability to pay via Apple Pay. Thanks so much.
Seems to work fine on the iPhone however the view on iPad is no acceptable. PSE&G app does not turn the form to landscape format and also display needs to be multiplied by a factor of 2 to cover the screen. Wish they can correct these issues and add full iPad functionality.
After last update a month ago new security three step after I get my pin via text it’s still saying error uninstalled that reinstalled still doing it have no issues going online please fix
This app is great when it works. Now I can’t log in at all. Says they are having technical difficulties, but it’s been weeks now. A quick email to users would eliminate any frustration.
Great app that is very east to use. Allows for quick view of recent energy usage, recent bill, and allows you to report an outage right through the app.
Its a usefull app once you finally get logged in but have to verify every time with a 2fa ? Email aka or a friend phone? I have done this a dozen times now many on my home network but yet I still need to wait for a 2fa sms that never arrives and the hate to wait for the system to allow for a resend to get it? Touching a hassle.
Great app overall. I like the layout and ease of use. My only suggestions would be to allow Apple Pay payments and for customers to be able to see recent payments on main screen.
This is such a great app. So much functionality (except for worry free sign ups). This is one of the best apps I have used. It always works and is very practical.
This will make life so much easier. The login was seamless and if you have Touch ID or Face ID it remembers you after the first login. Easy to see and pay your bill.
My home is out of power for four days. Everything in the fridge is broken now. Even we report outrage but no one care about us and fix it. The half of our community is still no power. I don’t know what they are doing. I never met any power issue cannot fix in 1 day. Now this record is renew in my life. And it is keep increasing.
My only complaint is I cannot remove checking accounts just add them. Which makes it hard when these accounts are closed and no longer connect to me in any way.
I’ve had this app for 2.5 years. Always worked well. Now it says technical difficulties please try again later. Trying for 2 weeks. I uninstalled and reinstalled it . I called PSE&G and they said they don’t know anything about it. A rep said it’s working on her phone. I’ll bet she didn’t even try.
