Keep your business running smoothly and organized like a true professional

I have a lawncare business, I was very unorganized, it would lead to stress and jobs not being completed. After using a crm like this one it has changed my lawncare company better then I could have alone. I can give estimates from the tap of a finger, scheduled and complete jobs organized by the app, bill customers on a regular basis and send invoices for jobs all from the same place. It’s made paying taxes easier and more organized. All I can say is this app is better then all crm applications in the service industry by price and functionality. Mike and Justin really hit it out of the ballpark with this app. They listen to the customers (business owners using QuoteIQ) that want things added and changed, released videos and have done livestreams to help everyone understand and use the app. It has seriously changed the way I run my company, I can’t thank them enough for ever detail added and changed to make this app as good as it is. If you are hesitant about the monthly price just check out their videos regarding how to operate the app.

Developer removes critical reviews

After having Mike take my support question online to our phones, I pocket dialed him when in the grocery store and he proceeded to block me because he didn’t remember who I was. Because of how many negative interactions he has, he confused me with someone else that was trying to cancel a subscription. After he realized this, he petitioned to have my negative review removed because he was all over the place with his unprofessional and uncourteous response. If you need to measure sq ft for a job, Google can do it just fine and doesn’t charge you for that free service like this guy does. He considers himself very good looking (he said that to me) and his customer service is unhinged. You can see previous negative reviews point out the lack of support, and here he is trying to fix that but doesn’t have the temper or customer service skills to do so consistently and cannot stand honest criticism without sitting around trying to remove as many negative reviews as possible. If you want to pay for service that you can get for free, here’s your app. If you want to support a business owner as I’ve described, this is your app. But if you don’t like people trying to make a quick buck off new business owners that have an ego and bad customer service, then this is not your app. Can’t wait to see who he thinks I am this time and if you remove my review I’ll post another. People should know about your personality and u professionalism.

Great app run by great people.

Best tool for exterior cleaning

Quote IQ is a new and innovative way to conduct your pressure washing business all in one app. From invoices and estimates to saving customers data and receiving payment. It makes organizing your business and getting things done very easy and simple. I just started my business this year and people in the industry laugh at me and my 2.5gpm machine until I show what I am capable of. I have been learning from Mike and friends since I started and they have helped me a lot. When I receive my tax return from this year I will be investing in a better set up and also investing in how to wash as well as how to market and updating to the paid version of this app. But even the free version has been very beneficial. I also understand I have to grow with my business. Thanks for this app and all of the info you give us. I don’t think you realize how many ppl you help. Still a 5 star!!

Mike, I’m having a problem with the app. If I go too long without opening the app, say, a few hours.. when I click on it, it brings me to this stock photo screen of cleaning tools and such, but it just stays there. So I usually wait a for a minute, then just close out the app altogether, and it does it again. So I have to delete the app & then re-download it. It’s super annoying. But it’s still a 5 star bc the app itself is phenomenal!! You thought of everything. I know that little bug can be fixed. So please do fix it! Bc I just want to be able to click on it, do my stuff and move on. I don’t want to have to re-download it after every job especially if I have crappy service where the job is. I’m not sure why it’s doing it, or even if I’m the only person it’s doing it to. None of my other apps do it, so I assumed it was a problem on y’all’s end. Thank you for your help in advance!

Absolutely Love It!!

After looking at several CRM’s I chose QuoteIQ and so glad that I did. It is very easy to set up and use. I am still using the free version and that alone has so many features. All customer contacts in same place, easily search and see everything you have quoted, email estimates, see notifications when someone has viewed your quote and Shows when they have accepted it. Schedule job to the calendar and right from the calendar you can mark job as complete, quickly send the invoice, and get to your next job. You can set up general emails and texts for sending estimates and another pre-set for when you send the invoice. Also when sending the invoice you can have pre-set a brief request for a google review along with adding the direct link to your review page. ALL IN THE FREE VERSION!!! I am looking forward to unlocking some of the other features soon! This app is a game changer for me and something I could not operate my successful business without. The best part is the customer service. If you have a question, there is an AI chat bot that can often quickly provide an answer. If not, the developer will quickly contact you back to help, at times immediately! And the developers are constantly improving the program. I have been using it regularly for about 6 months now, I’m glad I chose this app and have no regrets.

Seems to be just what my Wash business needs.

My company Raleigh Pressure Washing, LLC understands the importance of a quality, CRM and invoicing system. There are many to choose from, and something that I actually know quite well from my past career. I spent 15 years in the electronic payments industry, working specifically with point-of-sale providers and business management systems. I cannot stress the importance of these tools to streamline your portfolio, invoicing, and collection process. I left corporate America at the beginning of 2022 and founded my pressure washing company. I have been using Markate, and while it offers a lot of good features, QuoteIQ seems to be dialed in with everything specifically tailored towards a pressure washing business. Very impressed so far and look forward to the future development of the software.

Almost Necessary to Get into the Service Industry

I Started a Pressure Washing company this last spring (2022) and my God, balancing work, school, my health, time with family/friends, AND my business has been almost impossible! Part of my problem with balancing my responsibilities has been a lack of organizational skills, I’ve been keeping track of everything related to my business in an old field book I used in land surveying class lol. Anyway, after creating an account and adding my business, one look over some of these features and I’m confident I can remove my business from the list of things I can’t seem to keep track of, thanks to these guys for making such a helpful app to the service industry, we need it!

Outstanding App

I recently started the process of setting up my pressure washing business. I discovered this app through some video researching and gave it a try. Wow at the simplicity. At first it had a few hiccups as any new app would but as of lately all the issues I was having have seemed to stop. Its on point. I am currently waiting on my trailer build to be completed from Southeast Softwash and with this app already have 2 weeks of jobs lined up. This app’s awesome and does it all but wash for you. I guarantee you try the free version you will be upgrading. Best part I can run it all from my phone, then in the evenings review everything on a desktop. Im looking forward to seeing where the future of this app goes.

Excellent Business Management Tool

With an amazing free plan and even better paid plans quote IQ aided me in my first real business venture and without the professionalism I was able to provide with it, I wouldn’t have landed so many jobs as a legit business. This app also has a super unique feature that I haven’t found anywhere else and that’s remote quoting by SqFt. While this is hard to do in my area (wooded areas) due to google maps having trees in the way, the places I can do it with saved me a TON of time and is so rewarding. You know that feeling you get when you buy a brand new piece of equipment that’s a major upgrade from your last one? This is what using quote IQ feels like.

AMAZING!!

As everyone knows starting a business is extremely difficult, but with this app it changed my business. I recently started a pressure washing business and it’s very difficult quoting people and tracking expenses and income. Quote iq Was so helpful in the beginning stages of starting my business. You can track your expenses you can track income you can track darn near anything you can think of. And it gives you graphs and data on stuff you’ve completed. But the main part is the quoting part quoting with quote IQ help me so much, especially when quoting is so confusing and a hard thing to do when starting a business. I would highly suggest them!!!

Love the app. Has bugs but it is getting there.

Everything is very easy to use but so far I have experienced a few issues that are not ground breaking but are annoyances. They are, when I am quoting a large job with lots of descriptions it will freeze the app on the final page and not allow me to do anything but close the app, another issue is that when my quotes are finalized and in pdf form they have run on numbers and it just looks off putting. Using the mapping feature and other features has been a nice addition. Hope to see everything dialed in soon. Also would be nice to be able to add multiple different mapped areas per service. Such as driveway, seperate sidewalks under one concrete line.

“My go to” quote app!

Starting any business isn’t easy, especially if your a local and not some big company with a big brand. But this app allows my customers know that I’m a serious business owner even if it’s small. The quotes it provides makes my clients get a fast and serious estimate. And little by little it keeps getting updates that simply are practical. The one thing that it’s missing for me is various language options for your quotes because my local area is all Hispanic. If you guys ever think of expanding your channels to reach the millions of Spanish viewers you let me know. I'll always be forever self employed. 👍

I am brand new to the pressure washing industry. I took the how to was course. In that course their was a part talking about quote IQ. I really liked the features that was talked about, so I down loaded it. I used the free version at first to get use to it. After I got my pressure washing equipment from southeast I went ahead and payed for the platinum version. I really like the mapping measurements and the 28 point check list that version had. Using the map measurements made it super easy to do my first quote and it makes a very professional quote for you to send to your customers. The way it keeps up with payments and expenses it also very nice. I would recommend this app pretty easy to navigate through.

Check this out!

Over the past year, I’ve used this app and it has helped me exponentially. In the beginning, I was a little confused on how to use the app after couple videos and my own personal experience I’ve been able to navigate through the app fairly easy. My business has grown tremendously and I feel like it’s because I’m able to track my expenses and I can specifically see exactly where my money is going. Amazing App 100%

I own a few Service Company’s and this app has been the the real Quote saver! As it is very easy to use and is not difficult to navigate through. The simple things that you would have to pay for are free right here in the app. There’s a lot of websites to keep stuff organized but you have to pay for them. This app…. Yes app no more opening a tab off of google etc is the easiest and most useful simple tool that I have used I prefer this 100% nothing can beat this! But to be for real out of the review. Thank you this app has been really helpful!

Exceptional Service

I’ve used this app for almost a year now and it’s been great! The app has everything I could think of needing to manage my business. It has invoicing, collecting payments, creating quotes, keeping track of scheduling, and more. You can export every bit of data from it as well as create and manage any category you need. I could honestly go on! The owner is a great Guy and super helpful with resolving any issues you have and genuinely cares that your experience is perfect! I would definitely recommend this app for any new or existing business!

Perfect app

I own a landscaping and lawn care company, previously I used yardbook, but doing everything manually was complicating everything for me, I used the 14-day trial and I loved the application, it has a bit of bugs and lag but I love it, although they should add other things for this industry in which I am, such as entry and exit times for my employees, the same but for each job since I charge invoices by the hour and add things to be able to arrive to more people in this industry, I am currently paying for the platinum version and I say that it is worth it

There is not anymore of missing contacts, no more writing every thing in a journal no more hassle with worrying about all these passwords. LITERALLY NO MORE HASSLE now that you don’t have to stress about handling your business on your smart device, you can work hard and always know you have everything right in your pocket on one app, now you can work less worried especially with the setting up payments as well. Exactly what I was looking for!

I am currently a nurse in a nursing home and I am quickly finding myself get burned out from COVID-19, short staffing, long hours and other life happenings. I have a family and have been scared to take a career change leap, but I know that I have to take this risk. The Perfect Tool

Next to your actual equipment this might be the most valuable resource you can have. Who would’ve thought a niche business like pressure washing would have such an detailed and thoughtful app to support the people in this industry. Some of the biggest challenges I was struggling with and worried about when it came to this business was put to rest with this app. The only suggestion I’d make is to have a free trail run for 7-10 days so that new customers can get a feel for what the app can truly do.

We’ve been using Quote IQ for our main needs of organization, analytics and easy structure. We love using this as one of our tools to make our lives easier on the job! It has helped keep the team organized and centralized which is what we needed! Some things can be improved like “adding notes into services” So if we are doing for example a screen patio, we use “house wash” as our pricing book but it would be nice to be able to add notes into it so we know exactly what the house wash is!

Has Helped My Business Grow

Let’s face it, the “image” of pressure washing companies or exterior cleaning companies is not what one would describe as “professional”. They’re usually stigmatized by guys showing up in cut off t shirts and rusted pickups. That’s why we need all the help we can get and QuoteIQ does just that. It gives the appearance of professionalism as well as help you as a company actually BE more professional with the pre-sight check list and all the tools available within the app. Highly recommend.

QuoteIQ give away

Hello, I have been using jobber for the first year of my business and now switching to quote IQ. Jobber yes did have great customer service but their program has some flaws. Moving this the quoting process all the way to invoice is confusing even after me quoting over 50 jobs and completing roughly 30 of them. QuoteIQ has a great price with also a simple but so effective program. Contractors are busy so a simple CRM is just what I need. I hope that over time my experience with QuoteIQ is just a good as it is now.

Details make the difference

QuoteIQ is the perfect app for just about any independent contractor. The app UI is simple and easy to navigate, you can set prices for all of the custom services you provide, and keep track of customer invoices. There is a subscription you can get to unlock more features, although the amount of value this app gives you for free is amazing. When I start scaling my business, I’ll have to give the paid version a try! tl;dr, This app is a great record keeper for those who are self-employed.

The best CRM

I’ve been in business for about 2 years and I’ve always struggled with finding a CRM. I’ve tried everything under the sun and they are always confusing, don’t offer good support, and are super expensive. I was recommended this CRM from a buddy of mine and I haven’t looked back. Best app for starting out!

I started my powerwashing company this last summer (2022) and took the leap of becoming my own boss. The journey so far has been insane. With this app, this speeds up my quotes, keeping my contacts together with all of their information, has a great calculator for SF or hourly rates, and overall deserves a 5 star rating. Game Changer 100%

This is my go to app for writing invoices! I’ve used the batch mix calculator and it too has saved me. Even to double check my math. But the ability to create contacts and send invoices on the fly, is perfect for my new business. And it’s working great! I know I would have more options if I had the paid version, honestly, because it has a free version, when more business comes my way, I plan on getting the platinum upgrade, just to say thanks!

This app is GREAT!

If you don’t have this app, you are missing SO MUCH! QuoteIQ let’s you do literally everything from one source. You can do everything from input your customer, look their property up to get square footage, send them estimate, invoice, and they can pay card from that SAME MOBILE INVOICE!! Much better than expected (beginner friendly)

As a beginner I thought the quote and invoice process was going to be a pain to get a professional looking format. QuoteIQ not only made it simple to do, but also made it look professional. The only problem I had was when I tried to put in the tax percentage the numbers I put in wouldn’t show up(but later showed up on the receipt). This is the first app I get for my business and I don’t see myself getting any more.

Close to great app

Discovered the app through Mike Vidan’s videos. Worked through some learning curves with the free version and have recently subscribed to a mid-tier paid version. There are a ton of useful features for commercial exterior wash businesses plus I like how professional estimates can be sent via email or text. I did have issues with with attaching photos and descriptions to the estimate. Was not able to load separate descriptions to each photo. Once I worked around that I was able to get the estimate submitted with no problem.

Game Changer!!!

I love this app. I plan on starting my pressure washing business in the next month and from what I can tell from this app it has everything you need. The measurement tool for quoting, sending invoices and just overall keeping track of your customers. This way you maintain professionalism as well punctuality and accountability. This will become my definite go to for my upcoming business and I’m happy to have come across it so early. To have this in my tool belt is as the title says Game Changing.

my honest review

I did pressure washing few months ago when did have any job in construction. rent a pressure washing machine mount it on a hand truck and went knocking door to door. got 2 costumers and the money I made helped me throughout the week. that’s what got me wanting to start a pressure washing business. Im still working in construction and im starting to use this app for scheduling and quoting helping my boss which is my brother to be organized. but want to start a pressure washing machine so bad not that a have a little truck.

Good app but nothing special some bugs

The tools are cool and serve their purpose but honestly not anything special the only upside that I get done more efficiently are invoices but other than that it doesn’t have to much to offer other than centralizing everything to one app Plus I’ve been dealing with a freezing issue with the app it will suddenly freeze and the app will not work sometime my app goes completely white screen and I have to close and reopen if they fixed the freezing issues and random bugs I would rate a 4 stars but it’s annoying trying to do a invoice and the app bugs out and you have to start over

This app is wonderful for keeping track and quoting everything you need for a job. They have put everything you need for your business in one app so you don’t get lost in other apps and paper work. Quote iq even goes out of their way to provide other additional tips and helpful information for your business when they don’t have to but they really do care about helping your business work efficiently. Take my landscaping Business to the next level

I’ve had my landscaping business for some time and I’ve been use to the old pen and paper when it comes to invoicing and heaving estimates. I was against downloading the app but my son walked me through it and I’m excited to use it. It seems so easy to use and should take the pain away from filling out paperwork when I can do it from my phone any time. I’ll update this review once I can I how this improves my business!
