I was able to plan several trips and really like its approach to not “pushing your Tesla” to barely making your destination. It allows contingent settings so you can confidently reach whatever destination you choose. In next few months I’ll have a better idea for my best consumption settings, based on my TeslaFi data. Oh, it is very easy to plan your trip. Give it a try!
I am excited about this app. I am so pleased that you can plan out your trip and know how far away you are from your next Supercharger. I will be using this soon for our next vacation. Great job and looking forward to seeing more Superchargers in the future.
This app is great to show my family and friends who has never ridden in a Tesla and worry about depleted battery on long drives. It helps them realize that it is possible and very easy to take EVs on road trips. Also, it helps me see how many super charger stops I need to visit on the fly for road trips. Awesome!
This app is exactly what I was looking for!! Extremely easy to use. You plug in the Tesla model that you own and you can tweak charging levels for arrivals and departures at superchargers. Also, you can add departure and arrival charge levels. Absolutely fantastic.
Always had to cut it close with my charge whenever I got to a destination. This app lets me plan ahead and make sure I have stops along the way so I don’t find myself stranded from the nearest charging station! Finally!
Pro: it’s very simple and straightforward to use. Con: It makes you preselect a single arrival and departure charge level that it will use at every charging stop on a trip. This means that the app tells you nothing about how to optimize your route and charging plan. ABRP is much better in that regard, although it swings to the opposite extreme in maybe being a bit *too* complicated and data-rich.
Seems to do what you want compared to the in care navigation. It would be helpful if it would store recent searches and favorites, like home address. Also, it really needs to include charging time at each stop. Feature request - show other alternate super chargers along the route in a lighter shade.
This is a rare gem and not all apps are the same. I am surprised the developer offered his valuable time and effort to create such a great app. Kudos from developer to developer and helping accelerate worlds transition to sustainable energy!!!
The app is intuitive and definitely removes tediousness while planning my route and battery life. I trust it to get me where I need to be and back. Cheers
This is great for planning things one way, but when you need to return (with a limited charge) this is where this app fails. Otherwise very easy to use, and they can fix that one thing it would be a great app.
This app is very limited. It doesn’t allow you to input any information such as battery kw to provide data based on the range of your car. Also I entered route information for Myrtle Beach, SC to Asheville, NC and it only showed one Supercharger location. There are multiple Superchargers along the way.
Love it! It works really well except for one thing I’d like to see: tell me my estimated range at each super charger like my Tesla does. I’d like to know if when I get to the SC, what % it is expected to be at.
Nice simple interface but I don’t know if I can trust it- it doesn’t take your vehicle model into account. No idea if it’s assuming I have a model 3 standard range or if I’ve got a model s with 100+ miles more range.
Replug is a route planner for Tesla vehicles using the Tesla Supercharger network, similar to what's inside Tesla vehicles. Enter a start and destination and Replug will calculate an optimal route with any necessary charging stops along the way. You can configure options such as your vehicle model, consumption, and state of charge at various points along the trip. Besides route planning, you can also browse all Superchargers around the world inside Replug, and see relevant information such as number of stalls and charging rate at each location (powered by the Tesla Superchargers API). Replug is great for when you want to plan a trip while you're away from your vehicle or computer.
