My iPhone 14 pro will not connect to the drone only wifi no camera at all I put the phone in airplane mode to see still nothing i connected to a android it works great

Supposed to get voice prompts about what the drone is doing. Take off, landing, max distance, returning home. But doesn’t work for me. Feature is enabled in settings. Volume is up. Also, half the camera button is cut off by the notch on my iPhone. Not sure who to blame for that though. Other than that. Nice app. Not too cluttered. Has worked well so far.

My Gim worked fine out of the box four months ago. I recently upgraded my iPhone to a 12 mini and now (with the Wi-Fi connected) it won't recognize the drone in the app? I can fly the drone with the controller by itself, but have no image or in-app controls anymore. I've deleted and re-loaded the app on my phone and it still won't recognize it. Anyone have any ideas what's up? The phone number on the manual is disconnected. And the website is down. Aaaaaaaaaagh!

So the number one issue is even though the remote battery is fully charged it takes a few minutes to connect because it thinks the battery is dead when it is not. Another major issue is photos taken in the app do not go to the phone like they were supposed to

Just got this drone today. App will not work with IOS 16 version. Can not get the camera to display from the drone to the phone. I realize this is not a high end drone but it’s not a cheap(price) one either. It’s totally useless. Can not fly it because of this app. Spend your money on something that has the app or another way to control the drone. Will be returning this and getting another brand.

I’m giving it two stars because other than this issue it’s a wonderful drone. However, this is a pretty major issue. I can’t get the controller to pair with either my Google Pixel (USB-C) or IPhone 15 (USB-C), but it works fine on my wife’s IPhone 14 (Lightning). This is a pretty big deal and it needs to be addressed with the next software patch.

Prior versions of software was full screen on my iPad mini. 1.4.2 will not go full screen :(. With bad eyes the iPad makes things much better

Drone worked great for the first few flights, but have recently had problems getting a signal. Also was flying it in Hawaii and the thing stopped mid flight and dropped out of the air. Luckily not over the water and landed in a tree. Wouldn’t recommend this drone

Would not recommend this drone simply because of the app. Any newer phone or iOS does not work with this app and will not recognize the drone. This problem has been here for months and no change or fix has been made to the app. Tech support for this app is not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this drone to anyone now

I’m not sure why so many others seem to be having trouble with this app. It works for me. Out of the box. No issues with setup or flight.

Is all a review on this app that says the phone doesn’t connect with the camera because it’s not compatible with ios 16 and I tried it out and it didn’t work so now I can’t even use the drone I literally just got today please make it work with iOS 16 because I think that’s what might be the problem

When it does get airborne it’s jerky. It constantly thinks the fully charged remote has low battery. The support pages spout typical, predictable, unresponsive ‘suggestions’ without even acknowledging the problem. If you are easily sucked in by Amazon’s suggestions and bad at returns, buy this.

At first the drone and app worked fine. Less than a week in and connection issues started. Rather than help customer service said it was my fault and made me send 15 videos of me setting it up! Ridiculous and over priced crap drone and poor customer service…

Works great when it works at all, but connecting to the remote is extremely hit or miss and in no way predictable. Can be very frustrating eating up battery while turning everything off and on continuously until it magically decides to connect.

Like the title says, it worked fine for months, not if looses connection after 1min to 5min of fly time. Won’t reconnect with my phone. Needs worked on. Makes your drone useless.

Is there a way to rotate the app as it appears upside down on my device. I rotate the iPad and iPhone but when I’m it’s case, that’s not possible.

This app as well as The Roku F11 GIM 2 drone is underrated.. it’s not perfect but a great competitor to the DJI 2 don’t turn your head away from either ..

Support never picks up and when they do it isn’t helpful. Kinda upset I spent 500$ on a now paper weight with less then 20 hours of flight time.

App crashes every time I get through the very annoying and unskipable video/short tutorial, I’m pretty annoyed to have spent $300 on a drone with a broken app

App does Not work like it should. After every return home you have to disconnect SMS reconnect. A real pain and poor.

For the price of this drone I could have gotten a better one. It never connects or when it does it disconnects. This is my 3rd one. I’ll be selling this piece of crap.

You cannot skip the videos to get to controlling the drone. The close buttons are broken on iOS16. App unusable until fixed.

Just bought this drone and it won’t connect to my I phone 14 pro.

This app needs to be pulled immediately. Version 1.3.3 does not download any flight data except distance from the drone.

I have a brand new F11 GIM2 wont connect to app. Tried several different phones with zero luck.Without the app this thing is pointless to me
