This is total bunk! You’re selling products to Americans and all of your directions are in Chinese!? Then there’s an ad that Google can’t close to download, and seems like it is needed to install the cameras…the download is free, but after 3 days you are charged $6.99 per week!??! So you get no recommendation for this product, and if the ad comes up in my feed I will tell everyone that you are a scam operation, and there’s no way to connect the cameras to the phone without paying far more than a regular security service like ADT charges as an additional service, which is not even close to I was lead to believe in your advertising.

So I was getting this payments from apple services taking it directly from my PayPal without even asking to suscribe after "a trial" ended, every single week for over a month got charged 6.99 every single week, don’t download this garbage app that puts you on a subscription without asking.
I have tried to cancel my free subscription but apparently it can’t be done. There is no path to make a cancellation - either thru their website or thru Apple or email. I even tried calling their Cayman telephone number but the person who answered only spoke in gibberish. If you like their product, that’s fine. If you don’t, you could be paying $10 per week.
This is a total ripoff! Pay for the camera & get charged to use it - really? Reported this to Better Business Bureau- very misleading- and expensive. $9.99 per week to use this expensive little camera. Totally useless to me - I can get this service much cheaper. Shame on you for taking advantage of seniors and disabled one at that!
There’s no where to contact you customer service so the is my only option… stop trying to charge my card. I selected the 3 free day trial and you tried to charge my card 6.99 3 times, and 2 more times later on. So please stop trying to charge my credit card. Thank you and have a great day!
Do not use this APP!!! I must have downloaded it by mistake and I NEVER USED IT BUT IT CHARGED ME $7 A WEEK! I tried to have it removed and it took two different phone calls to get it taken off my bill. Plus I could only get a small portion of what I paid back. I am so angry!!!!! Who would pay $7 a week for a QR reader?!!!!!! AWFUL!

I’m 70yo, a retired teacher & I need HELP! PLEASE! Have searched everywhere & can’t find out how to cancel. I’ve read other review responses & tried that, but still can’t cancel. So it says that by downloading this app I’m giving you permission to track everything I do as far as the internet is concerned? Really?? Not going to happen! You track everything I do then sell it to advertisers that inundate me with their ads? Again, not going to happen!!!!
Never signed up for App impossible to stop getting billed

I did not download this app. It’s not visible on my iPhone. The only time I noticed is when I was checking my card charges! Customer service is unhelpful, that’s if you can figure out how to contact them. SHADY APP!!
It didn’t tell me about no subscription or have me sign anything then it takes $10 from my account and it keeps taking money out drained my account and over drafted it
Like others, I resist the unfriendly, greedy, republican way of charging fees for everything. I am starting to hate I phone! I completely agree. It seems that the frustrated left republicans are trying to cash in on everything. GREED is the only word they understand. With all “ free” iPhones now, this will really be interesting in the complaints department. Now you add AI and your money disappears in your bank account and the interest rate is unimaginable.
i couldn’t understand try for free but without a way to stop when it’s no longer free. The no longer free portion is confusing. says free but is it always free or is that portion of the app a free mod for the fee.
It says free when you download it then you have to pay a price very misleading. They say it’s in your iPhones yeah but you still have to pay what happened to the free one.

I was subscribing to a free app, and as I downloaded it, it was a free trial for two weeks and then 999 a month which I did not pursue I canceled everything. In the meantime they charge me 999+ tax without me consent to it. very poor..
I bought a DJI drone thinking it was a reputable company. I’m disappointed that you can’t fly the drone without buying the DJI app. Dishonest, sneaky, manipulative, unethical, wrong!!! Wouldn’t have complained if it was stated on the packaging or display.
Final step I had download this qr app which quickly tried to take a face shot of me and what looked a credit card. I really wish I could find the remote!!!
