I have not had any errors with this app as the others have stated. It has everything that TWC has without pop up ads or offers for premium accounts. There’s 10-day and hourly forecasts and it has future radar, lighting tracker and weather alerts. It can also be used in any location, not just Kalamazoo, MI.
This has been a decent if sometimes a tad inconsistent weather app. I'm not a fan of the recent change to put everything in a scroll on the home page. With the latest version it is now oddly difficult to switch to landscape mode. It used to start up in whichever way your device was facing. Now it defaults to portrait and you need to go through some gyrations to switch to landscape. Not a big deal but frustrating. Also the semi-transparent view of clouds or whatever it is behind the information makes it a bit difficult to read. Changes just for aesthetics should not hinder.
Just started watching Jeff Porter about six months. We moved from Gr to Hastings and love his show. Jeff is so cool and personable like the very best. No giddy silliness. Love this guy. Great dresser just a coool guy Great weather app. Great news. Deleting all the other news on my VCR. Please don’t loose these guys you’ll be sorry! Giving this old 77 geezer a GREAT MORNING every week day.
Always 99% accurate and gives a heads up if anything serious is happening. I dont trust any other weather app!!! I recommended this app to everyone I know
Last Friday I received the notification that there was a severe thunderstorm warning. But when I went to the app there was no information about it. It used to display at the top of the Home Screen and when you clicked it opened to show details. I rely on this app for severe weather information, very disappointing
Like the app but it seems like it started loading more slowly recently. Like the local weather but If the loading speed doesn’t improve I’ll look at other weather apps.
I used to love ty his weather app as all the information I wanted was on one page. With the latest update it takes longer to open, the area to see radar is smaller and I have to open multiple windows to get the information I want. Sorry to see the step backwards.
While it’s always great to watch Jeff, Keith and Colin live, when that’s not possible, having the Channel 3 Weather Alert Network App is the next best thing!
This last month I have been able to open the application! So I delete it and download it again and it works about 25 hours then stops working! What’s the deal?
It works when the app is opened, but if it’s closed, then opened again, nothing shows on radar for a very long time. Been doing this for a long time now. Had to get another channels app to see radar.
It used to be easy to tell what was going on with the map. Now it’s orange or yellow and makes no sense. Very disappointed with it now. On to weather bug.
The app is good for swing the weather map but aside from that it’s not. The hourly is not accurate at all and you can not count on this app to plan anything.
The app stinks now that they’ve taken the video forecast feeds off. It was the only way l can watch it. I deleted it and replaced it with WOOD TV 8’s app.
