Love the app. At least until a couple of months ago. It no longer allows me to do dictation on it. Was really good when I could do that. Easy when you can’t type on it or when there’s no time. Please fix this issue.
I’ve been a shopper with Second To None for a few years and the selection and variety of shops has continued to improve. I am located in the Midwest, so it may not be a good option everywhere, but as a program participant, the addition of the mobile app has been huge. Prior to the release of the mobile app, I had to save my photos to my laptop and submit from there. With this app I am able to schedule or re-schedule my shop dates, submit shops, and track my payment statuses. The app is fairly simple and semi-intuitive, but it does everything that I need.
I see this was updated 2 weeks ago. Sad. Since these guys changed the name to CX, nothing works. App was demanding exact location now it just simply doesn’t work like at all. Sometimes when things change, they do not get better. Don’t get me started on the website. Also pretty useless with non functioning menu and a just stupid shop search interface. Is this biz run by old people who don’t know how to hire developers? Not to be ageist but I’ve seen this before. The upper management has no idea how apps work, is my guess. In short, all this hassle does NOT feel like helping out anymore with their low paying shops, most of which are drug screens!!! I take edibles! They’re bloody legal!
I downloaded this app last night . Assignment one pays $5 to shop at LAX international airport at the international terminal . Pays $5…parking for the first hour is $9. Two other assignments are drug tasting . Basically allowing my DNA information to be stored and use per the contract I will need to sign. One other assignment is 20 minutes drive, $9 allowance and $5 payment. So payment is less then minimum wage per hour and by the time driving and surgery is done and I will have to pay gas too. If you are downloads this app thinking you can shop for free, unless you are hungry and willing to drive one hour to get $5-$9 this is not for you .
The app doesn’t work and the website often glitches too. The customer service is not accommodating to shoppers and I feel like I was scammed, because they made me pay upfront for items which were not reimbursed due to unclear descriptions.
I had been working for this company for a good while now all of a sudden this Maranda came in changed everything pay went down, the amount of stores i would do went down and then the Scheduler , Maranda, is useless need to bring Stacie back
App does not load on my phone anymore. I even deleted and downloaded the app again. Still doesn’t load. Someone fix this. Otherwise the app is useless and I have to log onto the website.
If you make 1 mistake they will not pay you. You have to be perfect at all times. If you email to ask them a question, they will NOT help you and will say to figure it out yourself. Don’t waste your time. It’s just charity work.
I’ve tried over n over to signup for this app but it constantly says that I can’t sign up with this email. I don’t understand I have a gmail and it works for everything but mysteriously don’t work for this
It will not allow me to make an account..i tried my google account and its not even letting me put in my credentials..i even tried resetting my password and it keeps say “please try again”
This app won’t let me log in with a user name and password. It only allows me to log in with Facebook. Then it constantly crashes gives an error code 903. Everytime I click on find shops it goes right back to the log on screen. It’s annoying I haven’t been able to do anything with this app.
