This app works-However, a white screen comes up when opening to a new screen. I don’t have time to wait for the screen to change and can’t wait until or if it will change back from the white screen. I have to turn my phone completely off and back on just for this to be repeated. This is the only app that my employer uses for our schedule, time card and to request days off for vacation, doctor appointments, or events. I hate trying to depend on something that does not work. It brings me much anxiety. Please fix this or upgrade this one. Thank you, Lisa H.
The app would be a great app if it can be fixed. The app keeps crashing, keeps logging you out. Have to constantly reset password over and over every time I go back to the app because it’s not saving the password. It started out great but it’s horrible now.
Everything about this app has bugs. signing in, staying signed in, punching in and out, location data laggy, time never seems to be correct and sometimes the punch time does not match up with the clock (a minute later or before), many blank screen issues which is not fixed by stopping the app and reopening. some bugs workable, many bugs require deleting the app off the phone and redownloading. these all seem programming/server related. really poor performance overall
I use this app for work. To clock in/out and to also view my work schedule. This past week has been a lot of issues opening the app. When opening the app, it goes to a blank white page. I’ve tried turning my phone off/on, doesn’t work. I’ve tried to delete the app and redownload, still doesn’t work. At this point the app is not working at all on my iphone12 mini. Can you please look into this.
Since my company started using this app 3 months ago, it has been one big headache. notifications of schedule are 1–2 months old or a two month early. I can’t get work scheduled thru app causing me stress, because I don’t know when I am working. I can not get shifts scheduled thru this app. I end up having to call facilities to request a approved schedule. ☹️
Haven’t been able to properly use the app for a week now at least. Keeps going to a white screen. Have deleted and reinstalled app, restarted my iPhone, everything and nothing is working. Now I can’t even login into it. I put my credentials in and the option to log in doesn’t even light up. Very frustrating and it needs fixed. I used this app all of the time for work.
The app is functional, but buggy. Sometimes the “Punch In/Out” button just disappears. Sometimes the app won’t even work and it opens to a blank white screen. When it does work it works well and provides a good breakdown of pay.
The app literally works for a few weeks then all of a sudden I’m signed out and when I tried to sign back in it tells me to use the email address my “former” boss has on file…the app was working when I was at work and now I can’t even login or change my password
On my iPhone I keep getting a pop up to review the app and it doesn’t let me review or exit out of the pop up. I’m force to uninstall and then reinstall the app every time after using the app just once because of the pop up.
I just downloaded app for my job I can see everything except my paystubs is there a reason for that. Also when you click on the shift hours it just circles.
Keep having issues with the app. Keeps logging me out and not loading when I delete it from my Home Screen and then add it again. Even tried turning my phone off and then back on again that didn’t work either. I don’t understand what’s going on. When I open it all I’m seeing is a white screen?
I Can only see my coworkers schedules when using the department schedule tab, my schedule doesn’t show. The same is true for my coworkers , I have to ask a coworker to screenshot my schedule and text it to me. The my schedule tab is always just empty days.
Latest update is working great. Has a lot of features. My schedule and pay stub. Shift swaps / open shifts. And I can customize my dashboard for what i want.
Great app! Was a 5 until the annoying demand to write a review on the App Store froze me out from using it. Hopefully this will kill that stupid blocking ad and let me use the app again. Otherwise it‘s a -20 rating.
Every time I open the app it goes to a white screen. I rested my phone to see if that would do anything and it didn’t. The screen is white when I open the app. This needs to be fixed. I have to use this app for my work schedule and I can’t see my schedule if it just shows at white screen.
I loved using the app, it was so convenient until today I went to clock out and it’s just a white screen when I click on the app. I tried everything, redownloading it and shutting my phone off but nothings working.
I liked the app until they took the time card option away. Now I’m not able to calculate my hours each week. Please put the option to review time card back.
When I open the app on my smartphone I get a pop up to review the app. When this happens I cannot click on anything, including the rating. I must delete the app and reinstall every time.
I’d give it no stars tbh! Even if you ask the app to keep you signed in each time I need to go on the app I have to keep entering my credentials and each time I have to change my password even with having the right password entered.
This app is so useful because I like, need it to clock in and out and get paid. But it’s also so infuriating because it freezes everyday begging me to rate the app. So here we are..
I also have same white screen issue, this app is more of an inconvenience than a benefit. I am tired of deleting to re-install, all information to log on is correct-even resetting same exact pw multiple times- fix the bugs
I only have a white screen now. I have restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app without success. I use this app for work daily and haven’t been able to for the past week. This is making more work for the payroll office.
I set up my account and then one day I got booted. It wanted me to sign in and when I go to sign in it tells me I’m unauthorized. My employer uses this app. I went to HR they haven’t heard of someone having this problem. Somebody please help me out that’s how I get my schedule and pay stubs
My place of work is smallish, this app is my only window to paid time off/my paystubs ect- after my I-phone 12 updated abt a week ago all it loads is a white screen. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading- still white screen
Since the update a week ago, all I get is a white screen! I have tried turning off my phone, uninstall and reinstall….etc and still a white screen. Needs to FIXED! Frustrating to say the least!!
The password won't stick with the account. I always have to reset it every time it logs me out randomly. The punches won't go through 12 AM or even change. The app mainly is kind of glitchy.

This is the worst app. You will be late, can’t clock out for lunch, clock in from lunch or clock out. My company has used this since I got here, I prefer to clock in in a computer then with this app. It is aweful. It needs to work more then 75% of the time.
This app never opens correctly literally will sit with a white screen and not open for a few days makes it hard to calculate your hours which kind of defeats the purpose of the app entirely
