Split Screen - Dual Window

I thought this app would allow me to open any two documents like word and excel at the same time. However, it will only open two internet pages (ie, 2 tabs) at the same time by splitting the screen.

As if the ads weren’t annoying enough; talking about extra excessive, as in every time you touch the screen the ads pop up! I would just pay the $2.99 to make them go away, but this app just seems suspicious to me. It would be less suspicious if there were a way to drop any app I’m already signed into and use split screen instead of what appears to be a very basic web browser where web-based apps can be accessed with split screen. The catch is that the apps you wish to use will require you to enter all of your sensitive login information on this poorly designed knock-off web browser. A third-party web browser that doesn’t even offer dark mode, doesn’t offer a full-screen view, doesn’t offer PRIVATE BROWSING as an option!?! So how can we be sure all our sensitive login information isn’t being hijacked to be hacked or sold to the highest bidder? Could it be pointless paranoia or precarious probable cause for concern?

Great app! Although it would be great to have a dark mode. Some of your contenders have dark mode and it’s making me lean to get that one even though it’s more expensive at $7.99. Quite a difference in price and I still feel tempted because it’s such a nice feature to reduce eye fatigue, reduce energy use, and save battery life. If you added this feature and kept the price under $7.99 you would have the best app like this for iPhone hands down from what I can find.

WARNING: Once download and used 1 time, the App specifically says "You must give us 5 star to use this." This is after multiple pop-ups, which do not close even after the countdown, then will even open the ad link, which gives the advertiser false click- through data. (Scamming advertisers as well) Any developer with this 5 star requirement and advertisement tactic is a scam, and should be blocked by Apple. Hey developer- do this the right way and I would have considered keeping the app and even paying to upgrade. Peace out and no $ for you.

Initially I was excited that the app came out. It worked well, until it didn’t. I purchased the unlock and was using it daily until the upgrade caused me to have to remove it and then reinstall it. After that it was locked and when I tried to restore purchase it continuously failed. I emailed support and never got a response. I wish they would have responded and restored my purchase. Hopefully Apple will add this to the Vision Pro in a future release.

It depends on what you’re gonna use the app for. I have twins and I want to do split screen for the NICU camera but this app won’t let me as it is unsupported. But if you use twitter and other social media platform or google, it works great. It does have ads though because it’s free

It is insanely laggy now and it would be nice if by paying for no ads you could also add in a ad blocker for websites, and please stop resetting the slider to the middle whenever the app is closed or you check a notification setting on your phone, it’s annoying and laggy. A dark mode would also be nice.

It’s an app with a paired app inside of itself that allows you to view very little in split screen. But, if you wanna write a twitting while also writing a Facebook post well then….this is the app to do it. Honestly it does work well within its narrow parameters though .

It’s cool, i like it ... but say u go to google and search.. press a link and read then you want to go back to the listing you’re search came up with. You can’t! Why would you leave out a back button?

Paid for service to remove adds, then said I need to give 5star to use function. So here’s a forced 5 star review to keep adds off.

Split Screen let you utilize two windows so even if you don’t have a premium membership to play music you can still have seamless music nonstop in the background

Honestly it’s actually good functioning app but only two complaints I have is You can only basically only type urls. So the keyboard is set up for typing URLs (there’s no space bar) and once in a while I have to get out of the app and I get back into it. Try to unpause the video I was watching, and it won’t do it so 🤷🏼‍♀️ HOPE THIS HELPED BYEEEEE!

I attempted to watch a video that was on a site that also has an app. I was testing the functionality and all it would do is either take me to the app even when clicking webpage, or it would take me to a page and suggest I download the app. Very redundant if you ask me.

Simple to use, not to many ads! I would like to split between web browse and other abs like texting, etc! I would pay if more options! Is there a back option for each separate screen yet???

So far i’m liking the app! my mind wanders off a lot when i’m trying to sleep so being able to play my favorite songs and calming music at the time helps me fall asleep faster and more relaxed.

Very needed thank you for saving time and creating a tool tha t allows me to do task on my phone I couldn’t do in the past.

I like everything about the app and it would be more nice if you add a functionality which allow us to use other apps in split format. Thanks🙏

I have two separate Security Camers that use two different programs I would like to see both screens on one page.

I’m clueless to how this app actually works since I haven’t used it yet but since I have to give it a five star rating to be able to use functions I guess here it is have fun

Works perfectly with enough space on screen… also allows you to make size adjustments if needed

We enjoy this feature especially when viewing 2 homes. Comparing side by side is easy to do.

It passes app limit but doesn’t pass downtime but it’s still good and can be little annoying but it’s so worth

So far it’s decent, I don’t see any dark mode. The commercials start whenever you load the app or come back to it. I hate you have to re-login to all of your apps inside of the spit-screen app. A minor inconvenience. Apple make a split-screen native to the iphones please it’s 2022!

I love how it works on phones no lag and easy to move the bar around and is just a really good app and has a good search engine

It’s pretty good it’s just annoying to get like your dad random abs that I don’t have on my phone but it’s pretty good other than that

It splits the screen. It’s a little bit smaller than you would expect, but it does the job.

Can begin to say how user friendly this app is and the thoughtful functionality.

So I downloaded this app with intentions to watch videos and take notes but I couldn’t access my note or any of my apps other than that it worked pretty good

I’m only leaving this review because of the constant push notifications the app sends, even after paying for the ad free version.

I haven’t been able to properly try the app yet unfortunately.

Love this app for multi tasking, but two things i would love even more is dark mode, and maybe a third tab if possible

Works ok but I still haven’t figured out how to open 3 emails at the same time.

The ads are so annoying people wont buy the ad remover for like 3 dollars are you insane? Who wants to pay to remove ads they just do it for the money because they annoy us with ads to make us buy it but I’m already stressed out because every 5 seconds there’s ads might as well exit and delete this

This app is very helpful in useful in I only get an ads when I get off the app

I rate this a three star because after a while when your listing to music it will change it without you doing it right in the middle of the song

They REQUIRE you to give them a SHINING FIVE STAR Review in order to access some basic features. Too many alternatives to them to be strangled like that. How about just providing a great service and earning those reviews??? Or, even kindly asking users that IF they are satisfied, will they please write a great review saying so…
