It is nice to be able to check the location of our fleet vehicles easily and quickly on our phone or tablets, especially when talking to a tech outside office hours.
I assume that a company like Verizon who boast about superior cover, technology, and service would be able to deliver those things. Not only is Verizon guilty of hyperbole they continue to waist my time and that of my business, while I still keep my end of my contract agreement up and pay my bill every month. Not only is coverage spotty in my primary operating area the Verizon connect software harkens back to computer software developed back in the early 2000’s. In addition to all of these great anomalies their multi tired transfer to the next person based customer suit presents a motley team of internal employees and contractors who seem to be confused with even the most simple questions. I do not recommend Verizon as I am currently seeking better solutions for my personal and business enterprise accounts.
Verizonconnect reveal always has some issues. Ever since I started with them, I have been experiencing problems with getting updates from where the truck is, issues with the mileage driven by the driver. Driver’s having a different amount for driving miles, and on my back office I get a different number of driving miles. Issues are never get fixed and all I have been emailed is that they are working on fixing it but never. Every time you call, you get a different answer. It’s all messed up. And I am stuck in a contract. It’s madness.
This is the most unethical and awful GPS service with customer NO service there is! Trying to charge me $12,000 to cancel a service I have had for over 10 years.I have had 5 non functioning gps units on my account that haven’t worked for over a year at this point and still been billed like clockwork every month. That’s about the only thing this company can do right is charge your card. I’ll be canceling my 61 lines of service with Verizon wireless as well if they do t get it solved.
I just signed up for this service and this app doesn’t work. This is my first week with this service. Please fix app, it kicks me out after half a second.
Looses the location where van is have to refresh several times to find location had to reset password several times needs work before it was other software it use to tell location before van was to location right way Hvac
Verizon still has not produced a weather overlay feature like their competitors. For a multi location landscape company this feature would be very helpful.
Greet app very helpful, easy to use. Now, in the event you have issues or problems, you’ll never get someone on the phone or email back! I’ve had 3 different account managers in a year and none of them make an effort to respond to my issues.
At 5:47 PM Est on July 30th, this app represents that 66 units are moving and that 36 are stopped. We only have 57 power units in our fleet to move trailers with. Of those only 5 or 6 are actually moving today. Of course, dropped trailers could be moved by other trucks at differently delivery locations. Very disappointed with what we are seeing for accuracy at this point.
Having trouble getting the system set up and getting help from the person that sold us that told us it would do things and it won’t cameras are reading different than the trucks. We installed very unusual situation.
Really bad app can’t edit anything, customer service is trash with holds of 30+ mins and no solution just to call back in 24 or 48 hours with no solution. Need to have all my cars in-front of me to even troubleshoot anything not convenient if using for a fleet of trucks
Do not sign any contracts with these people. I should have known something was up when they wanted a 5 year commitment. This is like Amway. They are liars. The trackers are like toys you bought from ToysRus. Pitiful. Hit or miss. It’s like throwing a 10 foot rope to someone drowning 20 feet away. It’s a good gesture but they are still going to drown. Waste of time.
Useless app. Shows me the wrong readings from what my dashboard says (odometer, coolant temp., And DEF level). I can’t even assign my drivers to a truck through this app. If I’m the owner of the trucks and I’m on the go, I should be able to do everything through my smartphone. Fix and update the app to keep your clients satisfied.
I go on line while on vacation to edit one of my drivers HOS Logs as usual. The on line platform that I like and am comfortable with is evidently gone. Replaced with a message that says I must now download and use Spotlight. So I download the app. There is NOPLACE on the app. Where I can edit drivers logs.
We have 4 of these units installed on new vehicles. GPS tracker doesn’t track have the time, do not waste your money and get this program. Absolute garbage
This app is useless I like the old one so much better, why do you keep changing things why can’t you keep the good stuff that you have. Kind a useless this app is I want my old app back!!
