I am usually against reviews, however, I am taking time to leave one this time. Let me start by saying BRAVO ZULU to Josh and Ashley for their commitment to my concerns/issues, and basically to the entire team. I have to admit that I am surprised with the customer service provided. When this company took over from old management, I was expecting things to be sub-par at best as a result of a total virtual means of communication. However, I am greatly surprised (so far) at the professionalism, timeliness, and dedication in resolving any issues presented. I have had a couple of incidents and the team has responded above my expectations. Thank you for making me feel like you really care!! God bless!!

Just got unit and Debbie is an amazing person and asset to your business. She is professional, and very thorough in explaining all terms & procedure in renting a unit. She was even kind enough to stay over after closing time to get me in a unit. She is adorable and has a great personality, even at the end of a work day! Now where do you find that nowadays? Thank you Debbie for your time & help in getting me into this unit at the last minute -look forward to having this unit in your facility! Hope you have a great relaxing evening and day off tomorrow! I’ve travel from my home state to Florida, to the Midwest, now here to Maine, and have used many storage facilities. I found Bluebird storage here in Maine, and I am amazed by their technology they have in their buildings. From the entrance, to unlocking your unit, to the security. It’s all done on your smartphone and it’s quick and easy. The staff are amazing and always pleasant. That’s why I give Bluebird 5 STARS and I would hate to have to use anyone else.

I am mindful that this review is for the app only, and not for the storage facility that is using the app for access. That said, I’m immediately downgrading my rating of the app because it forces users to use insecure passwords. The app does not implement iOS Password Auto Fill, so I can neither create nor access a saved password in iCloud Keychain or a third-party password manager like 1Password. It’s also not possible to paste my password from those stores into the password fields. As a result, I created an easy-to-remember (and type) password that makes my account an easy target for brute force attacks.

I’ve used storage facilities in the past but nothing like StorEase. There facility uses high tech, easy to use tools to manage access to the units. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help when you need it. Could not ask for a better place to use for my temporary storage needs. And the staff in Birmingham is amazing over the phone.

Our experience with Delano Storage has been perfect. App is easy to use and make everything way more secure. Everything is super clean and it has been an easy process to move in and get our things settled. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great storage facility.

After coming back outside from your unit To your Car to either drop Off your goods moving out or to bring in another heavy load during Your “move-in, it is EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT TO HAVE TO KEEP PULLING UP THE STORAGE APP JUST TO GET IN THE FRONT DOOR! Aargh! Other than that, it is extremely easy to use And was well thought out for security as well since you also don’t need a lock, either, due to the convenience of having it all on your (you guessed it, SMARTPHONE!!) just keep it in your pocket at all Times and don’t leave it inside your unit! It’s crazy hard trying to bring it in your hand and pack up your stuff, too.

We were unsure able a self serve facility that was housed in a former hardware store. This is a wonderful idea that works seamlessly! We love the smart phone access to the facility. The storage is clean, and climate controlled. It is a great place to store the things that need special care. Well done Cube Storage!

If you’re gonna have a service that doesn’t have a on-site staff then you should have 24hr support. Loaded a truck on the weekend WHEN MOST PEOPLE HAVE FREE TIME TO DO SO, and the Bluetooth would not pair with the door. Tried everything and nothing worked and of course no customer support available. Had to go back home and unload everything so it won’t get stolen. Bluetooth option sounds nice until inevitably the technology fails.

StorCo is by far the best experience I have ever had with storage. The building is secure with motion detectors, heat sensors, motion detectors, and is monitored. It is temperature, and humidity controlled, which means no mold, no leaking roof, no uncontrolled access. The phone app is easy to use, and they have a truck available for customer use. I give StorCo a huge thumbs up. 👍

The app is simple and easy I pulled up. It’s connected to the gate via Bluetooth. I press the button the gate opens if I wanna pay my bill, I click make payment. This app is sugar-free gluten-free no additives or preservatives and no animals have been harmed.🤣🤣🤣

Been using it well for a few weeks. Added a new unit and for some reason the app gave me an overlock error that neither th facility nor I could figure out. Only happened one evening after hours.

Great place and very convenient. Safe place to store your belongings and you can enter at any time you need early morning or late at night. It’s automatic bill pay so It makes it easy also

Really like this app. With the modern storage space I’m using, the entry and exit is really easy. Able to share with friends too when they need access!

Has always worked every time, makes things easy and secure. This is a great place as well never had any problems.

Easy to use as long as you remember your password. Customer service was able to help us out to regain access to our unit in a timely manner and walked us through the process

This app is the truth they help you get back into everything you need if you ever loose your phone and can’t figure it out trust they take care of business

The only thing that would make this app better is if there was CarPlay integration. Just drive up and click open on your screen.

Tiger Storeage has been an incredibly great place to use. I love the prices of the units. They do not overcharge. They keep the units clean outside of the units clean and all the employees are very sweet and super friendly.

We’re straight 99% of the time usually it’s human air or people don’t know how to use a smart phone to get in the gate

Unless my storage facility is particularly bad at managing its customers and their data with the app, I have no idea how this app is so close to a 5. I consistently have problems with this app loading, connecting to my facility, and sharing my facility connection with family members. This seemed like a convenience at first, but has been nothing but frustrating.

Appreciate all in one solution for entry and payment. Has continued to get better and better over past two years.

We all just want a place to store some stuff and be able to get to it easily. This is the way.

I’ve been using the app for entry/exit for over a year without issue.

We have had a unit since October, and every month something happens to the app so that we can’t get in! They were updating it, then the whole system was locked out, and now all the app will do is crash!! It won’t even stay open long enough to get in the building. I am getting really sick of this.

Very clean good customer service never had a problem. I definitely suggest to everyone I know.

This app opens doors, gates and locks very well. Would recommend for any and all specific door management needs.

Great idea but app doesn’t work consistently. There also no support by phone when it doesn’t work and you can’t enter your unit. Was also unable to to log out and log back in. Spoke with other tenants in my storage unit who’ve had similar issues. I can’t recommend any business that uses this app until they work the bugs out.

We keep our RV at a terrific storage Facility and they started using this app at the gates much easier than trying to get close enough to the key pad!

I keep hearing that will be able to pay for Dash in my case storage through the app – when will that happen?

This lets me access my storage unit without having to look around and remember where I put the key!

I have a storage unit here and I was able to get it online with no issues, and what I like the most is the keyless entry.

Very clean and safe area! Staff is very friendly and easy to work with as well!

No need to contact a person, or work during 9-5 hours. Very easy, slate operational.

I have been using this storage for a year now and I have found it to be the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff you can deal with. Your prices go up drastically without any reasoning every 3 months. The staffs response is they can do it. The only good thing is the app to get in n out of storage.

I am very comfortable and feel very secure whenever I am in the facility. It is well lit, and very clean. I appreciate the automation and easily accessed units.
