First Ever App Review
I felt really compelled to write this review. This review really pertains to the “Dashboard”. Let me start by saying, the idea behind this software is a great one and should be applauded!! This software has the potential to be great. I recently enrolled, and everything seems to be going great until the recent updates to the invoice, which in hindsight should have been left alone. Why do I say that....since the update, none of the saved contacts populates in the invoice, the invoice ID, does not populate either, even though, you have it saved in the “Invoice ID” field. What would be the essence of having all your contacts saved, if you have to re-enter it, at the point of invoice? My other complaint would be the customer service, which is a joke. You send a message on the chat, expect a long wait, sometimes, you have to send question again. This despite the advertised “under 10 mins” wait period. I was willing to overlook the poor response time, if things were working smoothly but now it’s all seems so glaring.....Again, great platform, with some tweaks and different approach to real customer service, this has the potential to be great! I am nearing my trial period end, I decided I am going to spend the next couple of days to shop around......On the other end, the drivers love the app, as do I:)
