Going in the right direction, but…
The recent update is great because it brings the functionality of the website to the app finally. Being able to fully utilize the calendar is great along with the other features not previously available; however, is it possible to bring back the Face ID? It’s a convenient feature all iOS apps should have at this point. I’m hopeful it will be added back soon.

Needs Work
I’m a TS provider since 2019. This app crashes much more often then previous iterations. I have to delete and download on a regular basis.

App needs major improvement
As a provider, this app is vitally important to working with my clients. More often than not the app has problems with loading my rooms, updating chats in real time, and allowing me to function effectively. This app needs some major improvement. Within the last week alone, I have had to completely delete the app and reinstall in order for my rooms to appear. The app is just about as bad as Talkspace support!!

Needs a lot of work to be consistent
I’ve only been with Talkspace for a couple of months and already heavily need to use the apps for the mobile devices. It has been days since I have been able to load my rooms and haven’t been able to use it. Also noticing on the iPad version that it is not sending me my two step verification codes to my text like it was I don’t know what’s going on but it’s making my job very inconvenient

Terrible app
This is my direct link to my clients and it’s the worst. It’s no longer notifying me when my clients message even though I’ve uninstalled/installed it three times now. Sometimes it shows I have zero clients and I have to wait until I’m home to log in from my laptop which delays the client response time. I reached out to our provider help desk two weeks ago about this and I have yet to get a response. For as much money as they keep from client monthly fees take this should not be an issue.

They don’t care
I’ve been with Talkspace for over 7 years, and they just don’t care about when the providers have issues with the app. Thats pretty obvious, considering how many complaints there are about having to delete and re-download the app every couple of weeks just to see our rooms. And yet nothing has been done about it! These complaints have been going on for months, yet no resolution. This is exactly why I’m phasing out and going to another platform!

Not as I expected
Still have to use the desktop majority of the time to confirm my appointments. Does not quite help to rely on the App alone. Don’t also like the fact that it’s hard at times to navigate the patient’s template (Agenda, Case, Clinical, Notes) portion when getting ready to do a LVS on the phone. In that instance I have to make sure my lap top is open in order for me to view the ‘Notes’ or other data. At times there are also glitches where you can’t hear the patient but then they can hear you. Tried to delete the App and re-download. Not much help. Still awaiting further guidance from customer support. Talkspace needs much more done to improve overall quality of this App.

Should rename to crap app
I don’t know who rated this app with 5 stars but they must be in Talkspace’s pocket. I’ve had to delete and re-download this app at least 10 times in the last 3 months. I miss messages from my clients because I don’t get notified, and then they request different a provider. The video portion is crap and cuts out frequently (I realize this is likely due to the service of my client but doesn’t make it any less frustrating). Do better, Talkspace.

Dysfunctional
As a provider who always tries to offer the best service to my clients I find this app is totally dysfunctional and unsatisfactory. It does not allow me to respond to clients with the amount of flexibility. I need to look at the sessions and look at my calendar in the same time and confirm appointment from within the calendar in addition to many basic functional needs that any app should have this is a total disappointment to a great service we provide

The app is buggy
Unfortunately, this app is genuinely awful. It randomly offloads your chat rooms with your clients and the only way to recover them it to delete and re-download the app. It seems to do this every 2 weeks or so. The push notifications don’t seem to always work either, which is problematic given the nature of service you are trying to provide through the app. I haven’t had any issues on a PC.

Live Sessions
I purchased a new iPhone XR and now am not able to conduct live sessions on the app. I have to use my old iPhone 6Plus for the live sessions. Then I am receiving reminders of upcoming live sessions that are not even scheduled. Frustrated

Ugh talkspace
Can you please fix the bug that makes my rooms disappear after the log into my device period is over— every two weeks I have to delete and download again because my rooms won’t load. So annoying!

Update
I haven’t been getting any notification reminders for appointments and I wonder if my clients aren’t getting these reminders as well. Then I also have to copy and paste everything and it’s taking longer to do this in the new update.

Ongoing Fails
The app continues to need to be deleted and reinstalled, not merely updated. It is great in concept but reinstalling so frequently is problematic.

Constantly have to reload… Awful!
This app is so frustrating! Every 45 days it has trouble loading my room if you can’t find my clients and I have to delete it and start all the way over. I would not recommend this app.

Constantly need to be reinstalled
App about every few weeks won’t load rooms stating there is an error. Has done this 3 times on the IPad 6, once on the IPhone 11. App needed to be deleted and reinstalled to work.

Rarely works
This app is literally the app for my job. It’s almost impossible to use bc so frequently it won’t load my rooms and the interface is a lot of things but user friendly isn’t one. Ridiculous!

Talkspace Therapist
The update fonts are too small. It didn’t automatically create a draft or save what I had started writing on a client. Alerts for new messages don’t stand out as well.

Worst app ever
This is the 7th time the app has crashed and I have had to delete it and reload it. Very inconvenient for a mental health client to wait while i fix the platform again. Too bad these Uber rich folk cant fix this and make it right.

Mixed review
Been using this app for almost 2yrs now. It’s going downhill every time I TRY to sign on. I can’t load my rooms or see clients anymore. This has done on for way too long now. Completely unacceptable for an app based platform that mental health relies on.

This app is a disaster. At least once a month I have to delete and redownload the app to access any of my rooms. Yet again 9/23/22 I have to delete and update. I’m going to start updating this review every time I have to do it as a log. *Again there’s an issue 10/24/22
