Great to have access to your text conversations while away from the desk. Keeps you plugged in when you only have your phone at your disposal. Have yet to find a feature missing from the browser experience. Only gripe is that I wish it was a little more responsive when returning to the app after time away. Seems to lock up or load slowly on occasion. Easy five stars if that can be remedied.
I use TextRequest for all 14 of my franchise locations. It is convenient for me to be able to text from the same number as our landlines. I am able to login to my master account and toggle between different locations. With my enterprise level account, I also get great features like SMS Chat (the “live” chat feature on websites), keyword texting (example: text HIRE to apply for our open positions), and form fields in my texting templates (example: “Hey, [first name]!”. Highly recommend.
I love the ease of use with Text Request. It is user friendly and has many features that make it an amazing software! Keywords, templates, scheduled text messages, sending and receiving photos, and more! The Champions Club is also a great way to complete fun tasks to earn points! Those points are traded for actual gift cards. The price of fair and affordable. I would highly recommend using Text Request for your business communication needs.
Definitely helpful, could be better with some minor changes like improving the search feature and the preview showing the most recent text, etc. but its been super helpful to us.

Text request is a great tool as most people prefer text. In the hospitality industry, we don’t always want to call guests when they are on vacation. A text is so much easier for both of us. Paired with the chrome extension text request really optimizes my work day!
It nice to never miss a beat especially over the weekend when we are not at the office I can check my app and make sure I’m not missing a message. Our buisness is 24/7 and text request has been the best with keeping our communications open and prompt!
We have been using this App for our small business. As a business owner I can check in on communications from the comfort of my home—or on the go—without having to open my computer. It’s a awesome service.
Overall the app works well for most functions, the one thing I wish it did was shift to landscape to enable easier use on an iPad with an attached keyboard. I tend to use my iPad when going through large volumes of messages, and lacking the ability to use the app in landscape makes the text request app significantly harder to use.
I’ve used multiple text providers for my small biz. TR is far and away the best! Wonderful customer service, easy to use, stable platform and all messages go through and receive without issue.
I use the text request app when I’m not in the office to communicate with candidates and employees for recruiting. It works great and I don’t have to worry about sharing my personal phone number.
We’ve been able to integrate this tool into external and internal communications to further our voice in operations and marketing. Great if you are looking for another option in your belt.

I will mention three issues, from most to least important: 1. On iPhone XS, the app header does not appear properly: the app overlaps with status icons and symbols, and the notch cuts out part of the app, making it nearly impossible to select either the contact name in the middle or the menu in the upper-right. 2. When login information is auto-filled with a password manager (e.g., Keeper) the login attempt is thwarted by the error “enter password.” The workaround I have been using is to then place the cursor into the password field, add a space, and delete the space. However, the app should recognize the auto-filled password without doing this. 3. For the contact, the “custom” field is called “email address.”
Our office uses Text Request regularly to communicate with clients! You can even set up templates to make replying to texts even easier! I would absolutely recommend!!
I am on the go quite a bit during the work day. I find the app very convenient to send and receive texts with our customers while I’m away from my desk.
The app constantly has issues. They tell you one thing and do another. Constantly have to force close the app just to get new messages. They sell you a dream but it’s nothing but lipstick on a pig. Do not recommend this app for any business. You can find something cheaper and better.
This is so frustrating!!! Half the time the app won’t open. You have to manually end it and restart it. It’s like I am playing a guess game... let’s see if we can access it this time? Meanwhile, there are clients who are waiting for answers. Very poor job with this app. It needs to be a lot more fluid...
Always says error. I’m using an iPhone 14pro Max. Notifications don’t alert when they come thru. Badge counts won’t go away. Wont send messages have the time. Pictures are distorted. What’s the point. This app has one job. And it fails miserably. Wish my company would use something else
I have an iPhone and husband has android… it glitches and we need to download over and over… it works but is annoying and if you are in a hurry, go to the desktop!
Text request is a great service in general. This app is sub mid. Every time I try to open it the screen is blank. And the messages won’t load. Our business uses 3 lines to communicate with our customers and the app should be a godsend but instead it’s just a source of extra frustration. I have to force quit this app a couple of times a day. and before the dev hops on and says I need to update iOS or the app, I’ll mention that I’ve done both and have an iPhone 15pro running the latest iOS version 17.4 as of 3/19/24.
