I thought I had charged my phone battery so I attached the Omni. I hadn’t quite enough battery to finish the downloading, my Omni had become disconnected from my phone a couple of times, I didn’t place the phone and Omni in a stationary place so it kept getting bumped….I can’t say enough good things! I would recommend this for anyone with a busy life that’s crazy like mine. I completed the download the next morning in a shorter amount of time. I love that even interrupted it was able to download and finish my pictures!!! This is a needed item for everyone who enjoys capturing beautiful moments on their phone. I will have pictures to share from my Omni !!! Yay!!! Thank you!! Now I can know these photos won’t be lost- To the person who developed the Omni….Thank you soo much!! I gave Omni to family members at Christmas….I will make sure that they USE their Omni!!! Mary

I was skeptical about this product until I got it in the mail. My skepticism went away as soon as I used it for the first time. Photo stick was so easy to use that I was amazed! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this wonderful gadget. I’m confident that my favorite photos and memories will be safe now. I got one for myself, my wife and son! Thanks for a great product that does what you say it does.

I loaded the photos and videos and it took about 4-5 hours to upload. When it was complete, I followed all the instructions. But when I put the device back in, only the videos had saved. I reached out to customer service and after a few back and forths where they instructed me where to look for the photos, I sent a screen shot showing I was looking in the right place but the photos are not there. In response, they sent me an 87 page user manual. I don’t have time to reload the photos without knowing it will work this time and will not rely on this device with this level of support to store photos long term. I’m sorry to say that I will be sharing this in a one- star review to warn other shoppers. I was really excited about this product and very disappointed that it took so much time, didn’t work, and does not have a meaningful customer support structure in place.

I’ve been wanting to backup my photos for years. I bought backup thumb drives, but it was too complicated for this 75 year old. After a small snag that was ‘user error’ I contacted the company and they got me on the right track. This was easy and I’m very pleased to finally feel secure about my photos. I’m a happy Grammy

At first, I had a lot of problems getting my photo stick to connect with my iPhone 13. I finally resolved that. I downloaded the Photos stick app as directed. But cannot seem to get my photos onto the stick. I ordered a larger memory than I felt I needed to be sure that I would have plenty of room. but no matter what I do somehow, I cannot get the photos from my photo file backed up onto the photo stick. I tried getting help online. Their auto help was of no help whatsoever. I have since sent an email. I am awaiting an answer from them in the hopes that I can get this resolved quickly.

Overall terrible for the iPhone. I’m returning for refund ASAP! - I guess I got sucker’ed by the idea that a company might actually make this product. When you try to plug in the (very poorly constructed thumb drive) into the adapter, the USB part shifts back and forth, not allowing it to fit into the adapter. (When you think it’s attached it’s actually not all the way in b the adapter has somehow slid back into the thumb drive itself. I know this bc I bought two. The 128GB AND the 256 GB. The app never see’s any photo’s on your device but maybe a few downloaded items. Over all terrible for the iPhone.

The PhotoStick is a MUST for people who take tons of pics! In minutes over 4,000 photos and videos have been backed up so I can free up storage on my iPhone!! I used to try transferring things onto my hard drive and always ran into issues. This is so easy!! Love it!!

You will need to read the videos a couple of times, then follow the steps carefully then success. It is really easy a piece of cake! I back up all my photos from my IPad/ IPhone 7, very nice and clear and about 10 minutes. Great.

Very easy to use and was much faster at transferring files from phone to stick than I had thought it would take. I only waited a few minutes for over a 1000 files.

I am not tech savvy. Very clear instructions. I only had to look back to the video once. Thats a lot steps!🤣So I had to recheck it. That’s it. I easily followed the steps and all of my files are safely backed up.

I was a little hesitant because I am not a computer type person but I was able to download the app and then back up my photos from my iPhone. Thank you PhotoStick!

So far I think it’s great .i wish for the price it would have come in n some kind of little case . Plus I was very disappointed i didnt do my homework for they are very expensive here

The photo stick is basically intuitive to use, but it is slower than I expected. It reliably backed up nearly 26,000 photographs from my phone and it took about five hours.

I love this because i had 1000 photos i needed off my phone so i put them on here and it was so fast and easy!! and took nearly no space on it!! absolutely love and will recommend!!

I’m on a trip in Peru right now and have downloaded my videos and photos every night after a full day of visiting tourist sites. It’s amazing how fast the Omni stick uploads and it is so easy to use.

Once i figured out the directions, this was easy to use. It was fast snd saved all photos with no duplicates. I would recommend it.

I just completed my 1st backup and I’m about to remove most pictures & videos from my phone. Excellent product.

This product is so easy to use and is a wonderful way to transfer photos between devices.

This little device works as advertised. Just backed up my iPhone pics in about 10 minutes

I am finally able to back up the pictures on my iPhone so I don’t lose them. So happy to have something this simple that is compatible.

It was very simple to do they show you a video and you do what the video tells you and it works. Perfect simple

I forget how to use by the time I use it again is the only reason I say it’s a little tricky. I use it for my phone and my tablet. Stores a ton!

I love the fact that this device takes all of your photos and files and put them on one stick. The best invention.

Installation was easy after I found the trick to scroll all the way to the bottom to get to the next procedures. These procedures are not visible with the tutorial going.

I love the back up stick, I would like to had te ability to erase after all was down loaded, this gives me room on my phone

Thanks to a great tutorial, and well designed device, the photo stick is easy to use. I’m enjoying it as I free up space on my phone.

So far so good. I have 6000 + pictures on my phone I now have backed up. Now I just need to learn how to delete duplicates and organize them.

The Photostick Omni was easy to use. It took hours to back up 27,500+ photos/videos, etc.—but it’s all on this little Photostick. I am so happy!

Being able to free space but knowing my photos and videos are safe is having my cake and eating it too!!

I managed to get all the photos out of my phone but some clearer instructions for older adults would have been helpful. It is no as intuitive to master for us in the pre- computer generation.
