I absolutely love this great resource. Thnks is such an easy tool to use and so convenient and my colleagues love receiving gifts from it. It’s such a great way to be able to instantly hate gratification with someone on your team or a client or for a friend or family member especially when you can’t deliver in person! I absolutely love it!
Since App support is not found, I am posting here. I have enjoyed using this, but now I can’t send a gift in a text, like I have many times in the past; I don’t know what gives? 🤷♀️ I also noticed recent new contacts are not found in my contacts on this app. One thing I wish I could specify the $ amount. I don’t know, isn’t it kinda weird to give someone 10$ & some random amounts of change? I noticed the larger priced items are rounded up. 🤷♀️
I was hesitant because I saw some reviews that talked about hidden charges but I did not see any unusual charge added and sent several thnks already. It’s an inexpensive and easy way to show someone that you appreciate and think of them

I was pumped about this service. I tested on wife and daughter at Starbucks and both didn’t work at the counter. They both had to end up paying for their order. If this would have been a client it would have made me look like a fool! Customer service responded quickly but offered no refund just an excuse and apology.
Incredible app. Love sending my gf gifts and sending out gifts to friends. Incredibly user friendly. This app will change the industry and set a new standard for ease and efficiency.
Don’t be fooled by these reviews I think they are bogus , I signed up and the placed an order on this app I was charged and shortly after I can’t access my account anymore and I messaged their customer support and no response, so technically take your money and lock you out .
Not sure why I get so many charges from Thnks when sending one gift? I sent one gift for 11.15 and was charged 3 separate times. Another 14.98 and again at 5.78. So 31.91 for one coworkers 11.15 dollar gift! Insane. I love the idea but I do not understand these hidden fees.
