WArning consumers don’t get the Total Adblock
I have tried to get my money back only to be given the run around. They tried talking me into keeping it. I told the rep I don’t want it and she became rude and told me I had to keep it for a month. I replied that I didn’t want it for not even a day. She told me she was sending me a form to fill out to my email. Never received. I sent 4 emails stating I didn’t want it and received only one reply to go to the App Store and fill it out. Since I couldn’t get assistance I went to the app and tried to fill out my request and couldn’t find where I could get my refund. Frustrated I tried again to get hep to no avail. They charged me 2 charges one for $39 and one for $29. They actually stole my money. I went on Facebook and let everyone know how I was treat and lied to. Next I’m going to the Bstter Businesd Bureau the BBB to complain and not stopping there. Frank Olivencia

Fairly Decent Service
I purchased this software tool back in the summer of last year around about July and I really liked it and thought that it made a huge difference and helped my webpages to load faster. I appreciate the huge 80% discount that I received to try the product initially the first time and to receive it again to return. My only suggestion would be to have one pop up that includes all service offerings instead of having them separate for users to click through because it will come off as the business trying to get more money out of the customer and that Is the easiest way I believe these days to lose the customer all together. I always say if you get one your in the running for potential long-term commitment if you do a great job with getting the customer to understand the initial offering, how to use it properly and how they can monitor and witness tracked changes of their systems or personal development over a span of time.

Ripped off
I was offered this at $2.99 a month when i got a new phone. The next month it went up to $9.95. I didn’t notice until the next month. Figuring out how to contact them was very difficult. I finally chatted with someone and was offered the $2.99 again, for real. I thought I’d try it. I was refunded the $6.95 for the 3rd month. But the next day, my bank showed another charge for $9.95. Although PayPal showed the refund my bank didn’t. But I have 2 charges in my bank of $9.95. So back to the site to try and contact someone, finally did with a chat. I asked for a phone number but wasn’t given one. I knew I couldn’t play with this company anymore. I tried to follow the cancellation process but it kept taking me back to chat with someone. I think I’m finally canceled. Now as long as I don’t keep getting deduction for Adblock with a canceled subscription, I’m glad I got out of there with only $20 loss so far. Getting support is bad. The service itself I can’t say since I was so messed up with getting billed I cancelled before I really used it.

Total Adblock
Deleting Total Adblock. Dealing with them is a nightmare. They make it very hard to contact them. They don’t respond to emails. I don’t have it because I deleted it. I have two notifications from them that it has expired. But I’m still being charged monthly. They say I have to take care of this on Apple. I can’t find a place to do that. Apple is different on a computer, so that may be a problem with finding a place to deal with this. I don’t have a computer. I do everything on this iPhone. My advice: DON’T SUBSCRIBE TO IT.

Refund
Zero review I paid the $1.99 they took it out of my account. During the set up process they tried to get me to sign up for more expensive plan. I turned them all down . Never make to set up my account so now that I am requesting a refund they cannot verify my account. Now they are saying cannot cancel because the account was free. My bank says otherwise. I have taken snap shots of all the different reasons for not being able to cancel. From no internet connection I am on 5 g so that’s not true. It says no account, cannot connect because of no internet, oh and this one a problem has occurred with our system , please try again later. I am almost 40 mins in . Not sure what they mean by later. Not stupid I have downloaded ad block ads before they were even completely free and never a problem. I will continue to try and get what is a small amount back but it’s mine and I want it returned. They want me to rate it but I get put a zero in so I’ll have to hit 1 but I really think zero

Does NOT work, unable to contact support
Installed this , enabled every single filter the product has I still get ads on Facebook watch, all browsers. Configuring everything should cover at least something. It does not. Tried contacting support it does not exist, you simply get stuck in a loop of tutorials. Found online a company which somehow is able to get reviews and comments to the UK based company. Wrote a detailed description and sent it off - not heard anything in 2 weeks. I worked in software development for 25 years so I’m not making newbie mistakes. Install, reinstall, reboot, delete reconfigure , latest version - I’ve done everything, if I developed software like this in my career I would have been fired on the spot. Don’t know how they remain in business. Not able to give zero stars would if I could. Deleting right now , apparently I’m on a free trial , will figure out how to stop them auto charging me the first month - not sure how to report to the apple App Store but this product needs to be gone

No Adblock protection provided & shady subscription
Got this app for my phone. Ads were not blocked, app was geared towards pressuring me to subscribe monthly, so deleted app & used a different application. Some weeks later I get autobilled for a monthly subscription anyway, and in looking into this learn that you can get the app for free but the free version is designed not to work-presumably on your phone. Customer service repeatedly refused to cancel the subscription instead trying to persuade me to keep using the app with different subscription options. Had to go ballistic with them before the subscription was finally canceled and a refund issued. A basic ad block feature that can be paid for once or with a small fee is one thing. But this was a pricey subscription that I didn’t want. The app itself is adware bloat. Why is Apple allowing this on their App Store? My adblocker on my old phone worked well but is no longer available in the Apo store. Instead I get this crap. Thanks a lot Apple.

This app has been taking money from my account once sometimes more than once a month. I have tried to cancel, they tell me they can’t find my info and ask me to send them all-of my info to them in an email. None of the email addresses seem to match, but they have emailed me at the one I set up with the account. They still say they can’t find me in their system, but yet they find a way to get my money. I have gotten nowhere with them. I was able to get into what is supposed to be my account and it did say I was on the free account, but then they charge my card $9.95 every month. I keep disputing it and have deleted my card from my phone and got a new number and changed my password like Apple told me to do, but they still keep charging me. Don’t sign up with them or you will regret it. This has been going on for a year now.

This Company Will Never Stop Billing You and Drafting Auto-Payments
I was disappointed with the performance of this app and requested a cancellation of my subscription from the apps company. Instead of cancelling my subscription as I requested, they sent me an email saying they were sorry that I didn't like their app and that I should contact them for help with the app but never cancelled direct billing my card for auto-payments. I again requested cancellation of my subscription but they failed to respond and continued to direct bill me and draft auto-payments. I had my card cancelled but the company then reached out to Apple for my new card number and continued to take money from my account. This is apparently something UK companies can get away with with their off-shore customers because Apple is of no help, at least not at the moment. AVOID THIS APP AND ITS COMPANY.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! It doesn’t work.
I was going to begin what I’d hoped would be a troubleshooting series of emails from ’customer service’, but decided to check the reviews first. It turns out that their ‘customer service’ either doesn’t provide much ‘customer service’ or ignores you completely. I really really prefer to write positive reviews, however sleight I feel like by confirming that the product is good and reliable I’m helping some people out. But this app is just fluff for the purpose of making money from people. If I’m wrong, I can be contacted through any number of means - including ALLLLL of the contact information I’ve provided during the purchase process - and someone can show me what I was doing wrong: I’ll rewrite this review Immediately. If you still see this sentence, ah well, then you know how it currently stands…

Do not get you will be repeatedly charged even when cancelled
App does not do anything what it says it should do, and I canceled way back before march of this year and I have been charged three times a month since. I have not gotten any response from the app and am waiting to hear from apple about insufficient funds they keep charging me for the app I do not have . It is a SCAM!!!!! I’m already in process of clearing my credit from past fraud charges with a law firm and it’s like a revolving door , I clean up my other issues just like this and now this pops up . If this is not cleared up by this company and made right I will add them to my attorneys list of bad businesses and have them deal with them . After reading the last reviews I know I’m not alone in this . Save yourselves the headaches and avoid at all cost!

They refuse to let me cancel. They ignore requests.
I got this app. When I went to look at it the “standard” version was selected but was never activated. They hard sell all of the upgrades. They are so confusing I quickly decided it was not for me. I chatted with customer rep and they tried talking me out of canceling app. Then said they’d send Elmer an email to complete the cancellation process. Never received the email. Went to their support page and left a very clear message to cancel my app. The emailed back and wanted to work something out so I wouldn’t cancel app. I replied that I wanted to cancel app. No other option would do. Haven’t heard from them since. I was able to go and cancel automatic payments though so they only got me once. I would definitely not recommend. It feels like a hard sell scam.

Sad sight indeed
I’ve never seen an app with so many bad reviews, people mislead newcomers with 5star reviews to get their attention that youre app is a complete scam and you yourself are thieves who make it impossible to get a refund. Add the description of your purchase steps; purchasing every perk separately till you get to the end and find you’re paying $80+. I think I’ll wholeheartedly avoid you. To the unwary newer-comer, read all the reviews there’s no good ones with a decent description. Only paragraphs you’ll find are complaints about this obvious scam. 5 stars to get this app removed.

STAY AWAY! DONT DO IT! Avoid this app.
Their services aren’t as promised on whatever social media ad you saw it on and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. There’s no cancellation button to cancel, just to delete your account, which still keeps you subscribed to the service. Then, when you finally do reach a chat with a person, they won’t let you cancel. When you have finally told them “absolutely not,” they tell you that you should receive a link in 30 minutes or less. They won’t talk to you after that in the chat even though you are still online with them. Why can’t they just send the link in the chat? ITS PERFECTLY DESIGNED TO GET YOU TO NEVER UNSUBSCRIBE. Plus, I think you start at $2.99, but that’s only the first bill or the cost of the app, it goes up automatically to $9.99. STAY AWAY.

Walk away while you can!
This has by far been the most frustrating ap experience I have ever encountered. So first of all, this ap doesn’t work, whatsoever. Then when I attempt to cancel the ap, it doesn’t even show up under my subscriptions. Therefore, I attempted many times to contact these scam artists to ask that my subscription be cancelled. I have yet to be able to contact anyone and they won’t respond to my messages I send. I am so angry and to top it all off, they charged me $29 last month and $39 this month!! A complete scam that I can’t get rid of. I finally reported the fraud to my bank and I’m hopeful that this will end. However, I reported it a week ago and it’s still on my phone!! These are horrible people, so do yourself a favor and walk away.

Tried tons of times to cancel!!!!!
I’ve contacted customer service numerous times only to be given sales pitch after sales pitch trying to persuade me into purchasing an annual plan meanwhile I never intended to purchase the subscription to begin with. I have a toddler and she is very smart and already knows how to use a phone and tablet. I explained the purchase was accidental so many times and wasn’t given a refund instead I keep getting charged. I am a single mother and I need the money I make to support myself and my child therefore it is imperative that I have my money refunded especially since I don’t even utilize the app. Nor do I need it. I have McAffee which comes included with my phone plan along with it’s many useful features. Please refund my money. I’d greatly appreciate it

Total ad block did not work. Nowhere on its website does it allow you to cancel your account. They make you jump through multiple hoops, including chatting with a representative who tries to upsell. After five offers and when you finally threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau then they will send an email with a cancellation link, the email never comes and they tell you to look in the spam folder. It finally arrived in a spam folder and is unclickable until you transfer it to your safe email. Think twice before you download this absolute con. Sadly, it’s standard operating procedure. Keep the customer farting around until they get sick of it and then charge their credit card again. Apple should reconsider this company.

Decent App, Sketchy Business
I liked the app well enough. I paid for the premium subscription but realized that the premium features weren’t worth the cost. I read some reviews and freaked out over the customer service horror stories. They did the dance when I reached out— giving me “exclusive offers” and such. I was actually able to get my subscription cancelled within three emails— didn’t threaten to report them to the BBB or anything I just kept sending one sentences replies confirming that I wanted to cancel. They weren’t rude like other customers have unfortunately experienced. It’s a shame they try to make it so hard to cancel. The service isn’t bad, there’s no reason to be sketchy like this.

Horrible Customer Service
This app has really poor customer service, I had an issue where I was using the free trial and it hadn’t activated for over 24 hours meaning I lost a whole day of the trial and still couldn’t use the service. I went to contact support which they said they’d transfer me to technical support (they didn’t) after ten minutes I asked if they were still doing it to which they finally did and then the guy they transferred me to was no help and he ended the chat with me because I didn’t respond within five minutes of him asking me for details and then after going back in to try support again they just wouldn’t respond to me at all even though I was in a chat with an agent and I was actively typing to them.

Rip-off DON’T BUY
I am currently trying to cancel my subscription and cannot find any phone number to contact someone to cancel subscription. I clicked the link in original order confirmation that said it was to cancel account. I sent the email, got an automated response that the email address is not monitored with another link for customer support. In the categories listed, NONE for cancellation or a phone number. I’m contacting Apple to help me w/ this issue. I see now why some app developers didn’t want billing to go through Apple. They want to be able to scam you out of your money and make it next to impossible to cancel. From now on, I will only deal w/ apps who allow billing and cancellations to be handled by Apple.

i don’t usually write reviews on things but this experience was so annoying i just had to do it. i needed an adblocker for just a little while and decided to use this app. after i no longer needed the app i decided to end my subscription but i couldn’t figure it out and so decided to reach out via email to these ppl. we went back and fourth with them trying to sell me the app until the agreed to cancel my subscription. however, come the next month i was charged $10 for a service i didn’t need. i emailed them about it thinking it was an honest mistake and they didn’t respond. come another month and i’m charged yet again for a service i am not using. at this point i’m frustrated and still haven’t heard back from them. i ended up figuring out how to cancel it myself through a browser instead. there was 0 support or guidance and they quite literally stole money from me. their service wasn’t even that good and i’m sure you could find better anywhere. i don’t recommend them at all just cause of how difficult they made this situation

So when you read the review by ad blocker, they make it sound effortlessly simple to install It’s not Between their pop-ups selling you upgraded versions of what you already thought you were buying with at least four opportunities to upgrade and flipping between Apple Store download and link in Ad Blocker, confusing You only have two options to pay; Apple pay and PayPal. Once finally done you don’t get a confirmation email to say hey you’re all good at it is working exactly in this moment. The reviews a read about pathetic customer service, will be interesting with a seven day free trial stops and rules to the if I’m unhappy, how easy it will be to cancel with 100% refund

I’ve re downloaded this app several times. I still get ads EVERYWHERE. I’ve tried to cancel this and I’m still being charged. I sent an email from my iPhone as instructed on a page to unaubacrib, several months ago!!! What else can I do to UNSUBSCRIBE??? Fixed income and can’t continue to pay for so many ads anyway!! No ad blocker apps really do enough without paying more…. Back again!! Still can’t get it cancelled. Funny how developers jump on here to “fix” thing but not this!! Thief’s!! Today is 3-6 and still the app is charging me after I’ve cancelled. This app request the company be contacted by email. I have done so!! I continue to try to cancel with no luck!! It doesn’t block any ads on your phone at all. Ittells your subscription information to change is available in itunes. That makes no sense since itunes is music and media not apps. I checked my subscriptions through apple and there are none. Found it that because I paid with paypal that Apple has nothing to do with the subscription. Took me over a month to get the support part of the app to get me into a chat. Where after telling them i want it all cancelled they tell me all about the features. This is a complete scam. They take your money and only way to stop is to block or cancel card payment is linked to then they close your acc.

I subscribed to this app for $1.99 per month. A month later my account was charged $9.99. I did not received any notice of increase of monthly cost. When I saw this, I decided to cancel the account as I realized I rarely use Safari so I would just use another browser and put up with the ads. Unfortunately the instructions in the app on how to unsubscribe did not link to any useful locations and I ended up having to go to the card charge company and put in a claim to get the charged reversed. The card company representative who assisted in the chargeback transaction stated this was not the first time/claim he had handled regarding this app.

Blocks promoted ads on twitter
The only reason i paid for this is to block promoted ads on my twitter timeline in safari. It works. It’s the only ad blocker that does. None of the free ad blockers i tried work. As long as Total Adblock keeps blocking those ads i will pay for a subscription. I started with a free trial then a paid sub of $7.99 ($8.82 w/ tax) per month. But if i start seeing ads again, i will cancel. So far, so good.

After so many annoying pop-up ads, I am grateful to finally have an app for my iPhone that blocks them all. As fast as technology is advancing it won't be long until the companies figure out how to circumvent this helpful app, but I am hopeful Total Adblock will stay ahead and continue to offer this service. Run far run fast
Just say no to these crooks. I was unable to find any difference between before and after installation. There was no change in the number or type of ads on my system. I notified the customer service reps and was sent from one “help” link to another. I am waiting for the next link to no where as they haven’t responded to my emails with anything more than a “not this office” link. All within the introductory period. I believe this is a dishonest group of folks or even just one person that thinks they are clever. Just don’t get sucked in. They don’t deliver but I can’t give them a negative star score.

They won’t cancel my subscription
Just don’t get this app. Back in May, I reached out to their support team after filling out a cancelation request form. I explained I had issues with the app actually blocking anything in Safari, that I followed directions on their site. I received an email telling me to make sure I’m using Safari. I reiterated what I said before and asked them to cancel. I received an automated reply stating someone will respond and not to send multiple replies since it would delay a response. Well, I didn’t write back after that as that indicated to me someone would get back to me. I waited. Never got a follow up e-mail.

I do NOT recommend this app. I did not realize that I signed up for a reoccurring monthly charge. Once I noticed the charges on my account, I had to re-download the app to find information on how to cancel. The information is not easily found in the provided options. I had to go to Terms and Conditions and select Cancel. I was then routed to a chat service where the agent continued to try and provide new or lesser services and would not provide me the information to cancel. I had to threaten to report the company and provide a review (negative) of my experience with their product/service before the agent agreed to cancel my subscription.

My Last Hope
I really thought this app was going to be a five star app, but unfortunately it turned out that I have had to remove it and reinstall it several times in order to get it to work properly, and still I can’t get the VPN to work or even get it to work in Real Time. This app was my last hope as I have a cyber stalker that just won’t quit. My accounts have been compromised with the app running. So I’ve given it two stars because some of the features work when I can get the app to stay on. But really a one star app for me.

These people are fraudsters
These people are crooks. In a weak moment, I thought I would take a look, immediately determined at the software was of insufficient value to me to pay $9.95 a month. Canceled, or I should say, tried to cancel before the end of the trial period. Good luck reaching them by phone. They don't respond to or acknowledge written communications. After six months of repeated irritation, they stopped billing my credit card company. But after three months, they surreptitiously started up again. Apple should put an end to their use of the App Store. I must have led a charmed life because I have never had such an experience before.

I was charged $9.95 for a service I never requested. Initially it said for $2.99 a month because of a special but I never upgraded. I have a screen shot showing this is a free account. I did not want your service because at the last minute I did not feel secure enough to provide you the access you required in order for your app to work. Now I’m being charged? This is ridiculous and you have no links anywhere on the app to connect up to support. Not even a phone number. I am calling my bank and placing a block on your company to void any fraudulent payment requests going forward.

I downloaded the app and tried it. I had another ad blocking the device already. I decided that I didn’t need it. I deleted it from my mobile phone I was charged $2.95. I assume because I downloaded it. However I really didn’t expect was the $10 charge in January. This was totally unexpected. I thought I had unsubscribed from this application. There does not seem to be an easy way to deal with this. I suggest anybody who download this will have to pay the full monthly rate even if you wanna look at the app. It’s not clear how to unsubscribe. They only say that it’s free for us and then you get in there and you have to pay seven dollars after you’ve downloaded 1000 things and then it’s seven dollars a month after that it’s just a scam to get you into their site because then it makes it impossible for you to unsubscribe and stop paying them they give you the runaround when you try and unsubscribe so you end up angry and you give up and you just keep paying for something that you couldn’t even stand in the first place because it doesn’t work half the time and it just keeps wanting to charge you more money

Unreal trying to cancel.
When I went to cancel my subscription to Ad-Block it was unreal. They would not take no for an answer. First off you can only cancel it by contacting them by text and I had to tell them 6 times to just cancel it. The guy repeatedly kept coming back trying to get me to stay. It was the most aggravating thing I’ve ever tried to cancel. Just not worth the aggravation. He refused to take no for an answer. There’s no reason it should take 30 minutes texting to cancel a subscription.

Big mistake!
I subscribed to this app and didn’t get the service I expected. I tried to cancel after the first payment which turned out to be a bait, but the automatic charges continued for months after many requests to cancel and refund charges. We’ll see, I think I finally stopped the payments by turning the automatic payment button off in my Paypal account app. I was not given this option when I contacted PayPal and my bank about stopping the charges. I always use the PayPal payment option because they are very reliable. I expect to get a refund after the investigation period ends.

WARNING!
I downloaded the free app to just check it out. Once in the app you can’t do anything without subscribing. I deleted the app only to find out later that they charged me $1.99 on the day that I downloaded the app and $9.99 for the 2 months following the FREE app download. I did not subscribe to anything. It also does not show up in my iTunes subscriptions and in the app is tells me to go to iTunes to unsubscribe. There is no way to unsubscribe because it is not in iTunes!!! Advertised for $2.99 charged me $119
I guess I used the trial version. Per their own site, they are required to notify you of your trial’s termination and offer you a subscription. But that didn’t happen. Total Adblock is garbage. It doesn’t work and they run you around despite language about their refund policy “ If you do choose to cancel your account within thirty (30) or fourteen (14) days (as the case may be) of registering for or renewing your Services and additional services, you will receive a full refund of the payment made when you request a refund.” If I need to call the BBB or FTC to get my refund, so be it.

Total Adblock does NOT block any ads — Waste of time and money!
Biggest waste of my time. First I signed up for one year at $39 for the Adblock. Then they charged me $39 two more times. Once was for additional licenses and the other was for their VPN. Both of which I had clicked “no thanks” to during the purchase. Charging me for a service I expressly declined is fraud. Called and they immediately refunded the charge for VPN. Said I had 14 days to cancel the additional licenses and 30 days to cancel the base subscription. Going to cancel everything now. I’ll update this review with how the cancellation and refund went.

Don’t pay or you’ll be sorry!
I purchased the trial for $.99 cents. When you purchase, no subscription comes to your phone to cancel. I found my $.99 cent trial changed to $9.95 without my knowledge. I look at my purchases through my Apple credit card and found unauthorized charges all year of $9.95 from them. I looked into my subscriptions and it wasn’t even there so I disputed this charge to Schwab and slowly they are finding that there is no subscription and every charge is being looked into and being credited! This company should be Removed immediately for money Laundering!

Deceptive pricing and almost impossible to cancel
Hooks you in claiming to only cost 2.99 per month for blocking ads on all devices and browsers…. Which turned out to be radically underestimated. I’m pretty sure it actually costs $23 per month for it to actually work as it says (on desktop and iOS) but honestly I fear it may have been more money, I initiated cancellation within a few days (the Adblock isn’t even good.) However in order to cancel I needed to be really forceful with customer service rep as they tried to get out of it every which way. Nasty company strategy I really feel glad to be free.

Terrible Company
False advertisement got me to click on the link. It said free with apple. I didn’t see the lie until it was too late. I have been trying to cancel every sense. I cannot reach anyone and they will Not stop charging me for a service I DON’T want and have never used! I have done all I can think of to get them to stop taking my money and canceled over and over. I have even reported this to my bank! All I can think to do is close my bank account. It’s not the $10/mo it’s the fact that they are Stealing it from me!! This is theft! I want them to stop but they refuse! Do NOT OPEN OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is pure, unadulterated evil! It company has designed its website to make it practically impossible to buy just the $1.99 introductory offer. They cleverly designed it so that you inadvertently buy three, four, or even five of their other apps—at $40 each. And they automatically sign you up for automatic debiting of your account once a year for all of them. The only way to stop it is to close your checking account and reopen a new checking account with a new account number. Otherwise they will keep debiting your account forever.

Useless and at least $8 PER MONTH
Blocks nothing and is super expensive subscription. Just check can you block it dot com with it on and off to see that it won’t block even the most obnoxious full screen interstitial ads. Nord vpn has Adblock free but it doesn’t block ads on iOS. The only working solution I’ve found is to get a cheap raspberry pi and install pi hole on it. That will let you block ads on every device on your network. It’s not hard and is a one time cost of about $50 for the raspberry pi hardware, which can be used for a lot of cool free suffl with minimal power consumption.

100% Scam
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. In a moment of weakness I thought this might work to keep spam down. In 6 months it never blocked a single ad. That didn’t stop them from charging me, though. Btw, canceling is not easy, and it doesn’t show up in your active iTunes subscriptions list. Maybe that’s the only thing it blocks? Regardless, even if SOMEHOW you think it’s worth keeping this app and subscription, if you can manage to navigate to the unsubscribe section, the first thing you’ll see is an option to pay 80% less. At least do yourself that favor.

Don’t download this app!!
If you download this app for their free trial you cannot get rid of it. An internet search for contact info or how to get rid of it just gives you an AUTOBOT option and eventually I looked into the “fine print” at the end of their the terms and conditions to find out how to even reach them! I have asked at least 4 times for them to cancel auto renewal and each time they offering me more options at a lower cost to keep me… they even activated free VPN without asking if I wanted it saying if I’m dissatisfied I can send ANOTHER request to cancel my subscription.

Total Scam
I bought this app because it was only $1.99. But then I got charged $9.95 a month later. So when I saw the charge on my credit card I tried to cancel my account, which you can’t do without talking with someone. They kept saying they would change the charge to $1.99 for the second month and I said I wanted to cancel my account. They kept saying they would give me a discount instead. Finally the rep said to check for instructions in an email that I would revive in les than half an hour. It’s been 2 hours and I never got an email. Complete scam.
