Great app

Very easy to search and book loads. Keeping track of my active and past loads is simple and it’s easy to see my todo items. I love being able to upload my POD right from my phone.

My kind of App

I love this new and improved version. It makes everything pretty easy to work. Can’t ask for a better design. Way to go Transfix!!!

Upload pics

I just used this app for the first time to deliver a load. I took a pic of the BOL and sent it to my dispatcher and emailed it to my payroll department. There’s no function to add the photo to the app for proof of delivery. I’m forced to take another photo. Seems like a basic feature. Please add it.

No working load board

I’ve seen the load board actually work once or twice. Does not work as I would like, the “search page” will not allow me to change locations (start or destinations) even with the pre placed location I cannot get a result. Cannot change search radius either.

Easy to find loads

Pretty easy to see shipments nearby, and can filter too. Simple, easy to figure out.

App freezes up

App keeps freezing up by scrolling up and refreshing. Keeps you from searching or even logging out. Have to sign out of tablet in order to log in on it again. Then, freezes up again when searching.

Not good

All the time waiting on the lumper feed core for 2 hrs all the time. Time is money why they don’t put the fee all ready like u can save driver more time and not kip them waiting for 2 hrs

Location Issues

After installing and setting location on “always” brocker still doesnt see where i am and keeps bugging every single hour. On app i can see current load and all the pu and delivery info. Guys you do have to figure out the location issue as i will uninstall the app after curent load i am on and will never install it again even if you request it as there is no point of having it - you do call to update location with or withought app.

Overheating Issues

I noticed this app is over heating my IPad. It happens when you have it set the tracking to always. I was worried it would mess up my device. I had to change the setting to “while I use the app” to avoid overheating. Compared to the other load tracking apps, this one is not the best to use. I hope they fix this issue because I do like to use the app. For the developer, I avoid using the app on the iPhone if the issue going to happen. It’s best to leave the setting to “while use” to avoid overheating. I do not have an android device. I ‘m hoping you can fix the issue.

Doesn't even work

Saw the news saying this company got a lot of venture capital. Downloaded and it doesn't have any functions except a lousy map.. Called several times and it went to some personal voicemail!
