truck stop is literally the worst app every single week I have login since I started my account June 19 and I have been on there line every week I switch from them before because I thought it was just me having the issues but now that I have came back it’s worse you can speak with anyone but sales they customers service number give busy signal then when called the Sales number the first thing it asks are you having login or billing issues press 1 it hangs right up, I called back to sales spoke with some one right off advise I have login issues the line disconnects…. It’s impossible to remove your credit card number to keep from being charged and they will not refund if it’s does when you can’t use the service please stick with DAT….
This is by far the worst App you could possibly ever download. This company makes their money off of lying, manipulative, deceptive business practices and stealing money from their customers. When you speak to customer service, they give you a runaround and lie to you. My money was stolen out of my bank account from multiple months and when I reported this issue and cancel this subscription, they still continue to charge my account when I brought it up to them they told me that they were going to look into it and reimburse me and then they emailed me back and told me that was my fault and they were going to reimburse me. I’m going to file lawsuit against this company do not ever get sucked into their lies. If I could give zero stars, I would.
In your search filters why don’t you have the following two: Minimum distance in a maximum distance; Minimum and maximum dollar per mile; How can you miss such important filters for the mobile app? As soon you have these filters added I will change the amount of stars in this review So far user experience research team needs to improve a little. When the user sets any value for the minimum or maximum $ per mile please make sure to give him the option do you include or exclude any loads that don’t have the price posted, this way if the users set a minimum of two dollars a mile he’s going to see all the loads with two dollars a mile and the ones that don’t have a rate posted if he chooses to do so
While this new app works considerably better than the old one, there are features in the old one that are missing here which would be extremely helpful and make the app easier to use. Being able to set default filters for all searches and save favorite searches are the 2 big ones for me. Also I have seen others saying that they miss the maps which would also be helpful. Additionally, for brokers posting loads, things such as weight, rate, commodity, and tarp/securement requirements should be mandatory fields.
It should be mandatory for brokers to put the authority time they require. I’ve seen way to many brokers hook you on a load, negotiating starts and they tell you you don’t have enough time. It wastes everyone’s time. Put it in the load description and it solves this issue. Truck Stop please make this happen. Please make the brokers pull down the loads if they are already covered. If you don’t have it make an easy reporting line to report foul mouthed disrespectful brokers so people know who they are dealing with. Thank you.
The app is nice design on the other hand you don’t have the same features the old one had. For example when you clicked on the cities in the old one it would pull up maps showing you exactly where the city was located. Now you have to get out the app go into your maps and look it up manually. I do like that it tells you when a new load has posted and you can click it and it takes you up to it.
Hello I am grateful for this app but theres a major issue. As it stands, it is helpful. I use the rate insight and load search on this app but the loads that I post are not showing on the app. When I go to my load board on the app it says that I don’t have any.i have to exit the app and log in online to see my posted loads/edit them. That is the major issue I have.
After this new and latest update the whole app was just ruined. Why fix something that wasn’t broken? The filter feature is just messed up and just isn’t even possible to find a load anymore. If I’m searching for SD and SDL loads why is it also showing me FB only loads. I call them and just for them to tell me it’s a FB only load. If I set it for max 45,000 lbs it also shows me 48,000 lbs. it was perfect before this update. Now I have to cancel my subscription with this loadboard because of it.
Brokers should be required to post ALL relevant info!
As a Carrier Pro subscriber for 14 months, Truckstop should make it mandatory for all brokers to post relevant information pertaining to the loads they’re posting. $150+ and I’m still having to waste time calling the broker for the dimensions of the load, weight and average price for negotiations? Carriers already have it bad with the endless restrictions running an active authority, so how about facilitating a broker requirement to post all relevant information regarding each load they post. If they fail to follow the rules, their subscription should face termination. That’s more than fair to the carrier, thus avoiding wasted time booking a load from endless phone calls and be on time for pickups. Consider carrier feedback, no one else seems to be on our side these days. -Carrier Pro Subscriber
still no dark mode, white screen is way too bright and still showing loads from 3+ days ago so the filters are useless if the “posts are stuck”. When trying to copy certain info with long press, it’ll copy the entire post and not just an email or phone number - which is a headache in itself. It’s an ok app, nothing to brag about.
This is definitely one of the better apps available but it’s frustrating having to constantly refresh to get updated loads. There needs to be a notification sound when new loads show up on the board.
Overall good, but limited in search features. Compared to other company load boards, TRUCK STOP doesn’t have a way to filter mileage. There are days I don’t want to drive 1500 miles, and I want to have the option to limit the search. Other than that, I enjoy it
Needs to be able to sort by weight or be able to add the range of weight to filter out. Also the brokers need to have the rate posted or they should not be able to post the load unless they do. Other then minor things like that the app is good
I’m not to happy with the new app. You can’t put multiple states in, so you have to go between states or locations. To me it doesn’t have a nice user friendly business format like the old app. I’m sure I will get use to it but so far, not impressed! I want to add this app is horrible. I wish truck stop would go back to the other app. Thank you!
Definitely better than the old app. A few things That should be added. Max weight, and the ability to be able to see the location on maps. Check out your leading competitor, Thier map system is Awesome!
If I could give them a zero I would! I didn't receive any other loads from them that I didn't get from DAT! After I tried to cancel it they charged my card and on the same day I called and ask for cancellation and a refund. They did not give me my money back after they said it was a flat rate and I only paided 79$ the first time and they took 160$ the second time. Do Not use this app it is terrible! Go to DAT and don't waste your time and money!
The only thing this app or the web version need is to force brokers to enter a rate for any load posted. That would save a lot of time for carriers and also brokers. Other than that I love this app!
After the update logging in became a huge trouble (they say it's more secure lol) The new month I paid my full bill but couldn't log in, tried for 5 hours calling and emailing customer service but no one responded. Hopefully no drivers are sitting at truck stops because of this trash app. Not worth the price at all. If it was just $20 a month I wouldn't have any complaints lol
Please fix the search in dashboard. Each time when we edit the search it opens the new search on top the current search and that is annoying. Because if i need the new search tab I'll open the new search. Please change this attitude🛑🛑🛑
Not worth the money. I reported a broker for nonpayment but it took them closed to 2 months to contact the broker. I was unsatisfied with their service so I scheduled my Truckstop account to be cancelled during the dispute with the broker. Truckstop concluded that they would not move forward with the case because I placed a cancellation on my account even though my account was still active at the time
This does not show you all of the available loads. I tried it and compared it with old and there were some loads that was showing on the old app and not the one. This catastrophic to truckers. I didn’t have any complaints with the old one but this one is not it. Since I started my business I was only using Truckstop but I’m forced to use other apps so that I don’t miss out loads
How is it that when you down load the app there is no way to sign up I just spent 125$ for my dad to look at loads and there is no way of signing up and when you go to sign up it takes you back to spending money for the monthly options Dat board is wayyyy easier to use now I’ve spent 125 and no way for my dad to look for loads I want my money back if I could give 0 stars I would
Don’t go with them they will charger you . If you don’t like it’s also impossible to cancel you can’t reach anyone you go online you could do everything but manage subscription. Hmm I wonder why . But no worries just call your bank and put a stop pay on them and report them on fraud . The more people do this the banks will make them change.
Best app for ease use and quick access to load board I hope the add headed miles to drop off from city or state choose to deliver, it shows pick up deadhead miles but not drop off other then that it’s best.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THE SUBSCRIPTION. I purchased my account and simply cannot access it I’ve changed my password 3 times(each time told me I can’t use my old password so I wasn’t wrong) and still cannot access the load board it will not let me log in and when I call it takes me through options and options until it hangs up. HORRIBLE SERVICE/PRODUCT
I love using this app. On the old app you could click on the cities and it would show you on the map exactly where it was at. You can’t do that on this one
Have been using the app since they made it the mobile app on the 30th. Before that i would check between the old and new one and the new app wouldn’t load all the current loads and have consistently had trouble being able to log in. Good platform but needs the bugs worked out.
There are too many fraudulent brokers, a lot of brokers from other countries, especially India book loads then double and triple Broker them trying to skim every penny possible. Also they tried to steal your MC information along with insurance and drivers information.
What is wrong with your guys app ??? Sow mini times freeze 🥶 and slow very slow;(( But today it’s not even showing the loads for today only from yesterday:(( Why wee paying sow expensive for this app and having sow mini issues:((
This app is good for finding loads no doubt but getting help over the weekend is poor you pay for service I think someone should be on call or have a way to help you with the failure of the app letting u log in
Can’t set equipment preferences anymore. I could specify I had a trailer and each search would use those same settings. Now we have to go to those levels of details every search. Used to be able to search by regions or area. Now it’s either a city or state. Every time you have to go back and sort by your preferred methods. Seems you’ve really gone backwards Truckstop. Glad I no longer waste my money on a premium package.
Can’t set default search parameters. Won’t show all the loads that are posted on the website. Will be going back to the old app, until the bugs get worked out on this one.
The ability to filter by weight and length is missing which is crucial. Some loads are not appearing on the go app. Many bugs and features missing. So far it's disappointing
