I have been with cricket before and haven’t ever been happy with their service before, so I think it’s pretty cool how they let you try it out for free to let you see if like it or not. That is something I don’t think metro could never! I remember when cricket first came out and it was only really available in Tennessee and Mississippi, I was a little happy with the service then until I moved to Va and then it sucked, but I know over the years they have have approved so much more. And I really hope this time even after my 14 days I might be even convinced to switch once and for all. Thank you for the free trial cricket! I’m definitely smiling 😃
I really wanted to put cricket wireless to the test I've heard pretty good things about their service however the small amount of data allotted for the free trial was way too skimpy. I downloaded files and apps to test speeds (which were good ) at different times before I knew it day two I received a text message the data had been depleted. Now while I commend the service itself receiving and making phone calls and text messages with absolutely no problems I think cricket should offer more data for the trial. I recently tried Verizon free trial for one month, their service was nearly flawless as they allotted unlimited data mostly at high-speed and I rated their service five stars. Verizon had me begging for more when the trial ended . Yes Verizon is slightly more expensive, however for me the price is worth the service with Verizon. My advice to cricket offer more data for your trial. I canceled your trial early because of this and went with a different carrier.
So i hit a rut, right? Needed a new phone plan bc 250/mo is a bit too much and i dont need the extra stuff. I decided to download this app bc i used cricket prior to using tmobile and i absolutely loved the service i received for the price and i didnt feel robbed, now i can rest a bit easier knowing i can have service with cricket and test the connection before fully going back. I already couldnt be happier with the experience and truly think cricket is the best provider ive ever used!!
I downloaded the app, set it up. I was browsing the homepage of the app. Accidentally clicked switch to cricket. It ended my free trial within an hour. I cant get it back. I just got a new job. My phone gets disconnected tomorrow so i wanted to try the free trial to see if i should pay my phone when i get paid next week or switch to crickett. I literally had the app for less than an hour. Now it says my free trial ended because i clicked on switch to cricket. No option for me to get my trial back or anything. I called customer service. They said they have no access to this app to check it out and see if i can get the trial back. Really needed them 14 days. SERIOUSLY. Could have been a life saver. Now im screwed
Love the fact that Cricket is give free trial with no train wheels. That send me a SIM card 3g data use on it to see how it will work for me in a real environment. In the day where everyone is just copy each other- they are do something different. Also show me right off the way it worked seamlessly a lot about it. So day 1 I try it out so far so good no matter made me fan already.
I was in a real bad position and my phone service with Verizon had so many fees adding up, AFTER I PAYED THE FULL BALANCE DOWN TWICE, and I recently got laid-off after having the “new” Covid and still trying to make the bills on time but Verizon keeps screwing me and then THIS APP CAME OUT OF NOWHERE and it turned my service on and now I can keep pushing to find a new job on Indeed. THANK YOU TO THE CREATORS FOR THIS BRILLIANT IDEA!
Downloaded this to test the AT&T network in my neighborhood, very pleased to see that i get 3-4 bars all around my house and neighborhood and even getting 5G+, but I unfortunately wasn’t able to really test the speeds of the network due to the 3GB limit as i run speed tests and would tear right through the 3GB limit. Hopefully there’s a higher data limit, or maybe even unlimited. Other than that, everything worked flawlessly.
Crickets 14 day trial has saved my life. My phone was off and I was indecisive on carriers because AT&T was scamming me for months and I was fed up and looking for new service. Completely free no credit card required great deal the only thing I wish though is that it only has 3GB of data so If you use it to much it will just send you at text that you have no more data and I wish that it was a unlimited so I could try it out more but besides that very fast reliable network and has great 5G coverage

I have been Att for 25 years. They've always been pricey but for years I couldn't find a better service provider. Then I bumped into this. I signed up for the trial period Calls and text were great but sending videos to my family was the blurriest ever on there end and vice versa😌 then when I was messaging with my phone settings i accidentally delete the eSIM and I couldn't get it back.
Never tried at&t’s network before, if it works and the price is right I’d switch but with only 3gb of data there’s really not much to test drive… Verizon gives you 50gb and T-Mobile is unlimited for 3 months on their test drive trials… I run speed tests using ookla and I can use 3gb of data in 10 minutes…kinda makes you wonder who decided on thinking 3gb is enough to really get the full experience on AT&T’s network…. I tried eSIM activation then it said uhoh at the end now it says activate sim and at bottom make sure sim is inserted. I was on eSIM but it didn’t work even after reinstalling app it stuck in same loop ugh
It would be awesome and amazing if they increased the trial days to something like a month. That would give people time to check out all the features!!
I’m on the Affordable Connectivity program, and I am trying to connect to the service cricket uses, but the second I try to, even though I have no service otherwise, cricket cut my service when I clicked ‘join cricket’ To try and add the connectivity program account to my roster. Now I can’t do anything and I have no way of calling anyone to verify anything
Installing this app and getting started were quite easy. Cricket found that my 14 pro max was compatible with their service and proceeded to set me up for the free trial. Once I was assigned a number and activated the esim, I received a message that my device is not compatible. Which one is it? Either my device works with your device or it doesn’t. One star for ease of app use. Zero stars for services rendered and mixed messages.

It was easy and painless took minutes including the download. Don’t add the # to apartment numbers it won’t take it fyi just put the number in address line 2
So, I downloaded the TryCricket app to give Cricket Wireless a spin but it constantly errored out saying to make sure you are not on a VPN or public WiFi. I was at home and on my home WiFi network at the time so I couldn’t quite understand why the exception was being thrown. I disconnected from wifi and it worked. I can only assume there’s something that my ISP is doing that Cricket/ATT doesn’t like. Just wanted to get this out there in case anyone sees the same problem.
The free trial is definitely worth is when you home and leaving is an inconvenience cricket make it’s simple to activate especially if you have a ESIM compatible phone!!
I was super excited to try cricket with the try cricket app. I downloaded it and installed the eSIM…or so I thought but every time I try to activate it keeps not working. I’ve done everything it says including turning off the phone and back on. I deleted the app and reinstalled but still no luck. Not sure how to fix this. Maybe someone can help me?!?
My phone is completely esim compatible and I tried to use that option last night but it wouldn't work, so I closed the app and figured I'd try again today. Now everytime I open the app it just says activate sim and make sure trial sim is inserted. I never ordered a sim and I haven't gotten one o just want to try out the esim.
Just went through the eSIM activation process got a number n text message confirming. So far so good,if it works well fr the full 14 days I’ll give it a 5 for sure
Deleted my number and wouldn’t allow me to port my number I’ve had spoke for over two hours on hold waiting for a human being to be told I can’t keep my own number or port it they wouldn’t allow me to use my number I had before them over a trial basically ruined my phone
Service works but some shortcomings compared to Visable trial which offers more. AT&T should at least offer what Visable is offering for their trial as Verizon does have a stronger nationwide network. I wanted to test the AT&T network on my unlocked Verizon iPhone 13.
Confused why the free trial would say I could use my number just to give me a different number. So I hit cancel thinking that I could somehow fix it and now it’s canceled it altogether but now it’s still showing up in my settings. Now I have no access to the free trial but I’m getting all type of text messages from cricket

Recently learned my cell phone company is going out of business. Got this to see if Cricket had good signal where i live. Many companies do not. I tried the sign ip process and it said my phone number is not valid and use a different one. Which i do not have
I received my trial sim card , installed it and it said 14 days free trial something like that on app then restarted phone and then came out that trial had ended…. That really got me upset .. so what was the trial …. Not happy about it .. tried calling support and no one awnsers … i really wanted to use trial .. how dissapointing this was . Not even a minute

I downloaded the app to try out cricket because a friend referred me to cricket. When I went on the app it said “Welcome (No User)!” And under it said 0 more days. I tried reinstalling it and got the same result, how do I fix this?
I put it to send me a card to me and I waited for 2 weeks nothing came so I went into the app and it said that my trial is over when I never had it I tried to see if it was Esim but it wasn’t this is not good I tried reaching out to you guys about it but no one responded
Trash won’t let sign up happen and says character fields exceed 50 characters when they don’t at all. Will be going with competitor if this isn’t righted today. I’ll try once more shortly if still no then we are gone and won’t be back.
