Amazing — I had a data entry error where I needed to update a drop-down for two weeks’ of work. I was given the OPTION to do the change once or across the board. Amazing. Thanks for helping me make changes so easily! Time. Saver.
A few months ago I would have given this 5 stars. Unfortunately something has changed so that’s no longer possible. The first time after installing I can set my domain and log in, but any subsequent attempt is met with frustration. Clicking switch domain and either selecting my previous domain or manually typing it in has no effect. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is the only way I can get into my domain a single time to enter time. I’ve also confirmed with coworkers that they’re also experiencing this unfortunate behavior. Please fix this so I can go back to easily entering my hours outside of a browser.
It’s a good app and works well. The only problem I noticed is when I put my hours in I scroll through the hours and minutes and it is very buggy. For example I will say I came in at 8:30 and for some reason it will exit out of the slider and set my time to some random time. Other than that it’s good.
The isn’t the most user friendly app available. It takes several steps to do anything. Not intuitive to navigate, especially the expense portion. Can’t enter in block time - must enter in each line one at a time and takes several steps and several minutes each. Not a great use of time.
I never used to do my expense report because who wants to scan receipts into their computer while you’re traveling. This makes it so easy to do in the moment and get paid. Thank you!

Nice, convenient app for recording time! But, sometimes it is hard for me to put time in, especially when the “hours” category is greyed out and I have to do it by time of day. Eventually, this started to work, so I was able to submit.
Great app - so easy to use and helps me create, update, and approve T&E on the fly. Nice interface too as everyone on the team has been able to use and adopt easily.
Obviously, I don’t have a choice in using this because my work uses it. When it works it works fine. However, it seems like every time there’s an update it breaks the login. I get an unsupported version error, and I have to delete the app and reinstall it in order to login.
Great app for when you’re on the go and need to input time from the field. Would be better with a display option for landscape orientation for iPad. Being able to the use the keyboard cover without turning my neck 90 degrees would be ideal.
I enjoy using the app. It has user friendly features that makes it efficient and easy to use. It is quite the modern app that creates an enjoyable experience for the user.
Currently, I’m concerned that there are no actual definitions that are provided to individuals. It is provided without without the guidance of either a video north, and in person instruction.
I get 11 notifications at once telling me to complete my time sheet - I also get it on weekends. Other than that great I have re installed a few times with the same results
The app works pretty well with only a few minor issues: 1) It appears to not support password expiration very well, force use of the web application to update my password, assuming i have not locked my account due to the lack of an warning in the application. 2) The app does not deal well with 180 degree ipad rotation. Not a killer but often annoying . 3) Accidentally submitting your time is way to easy, better confirmation would be nice.
A few months ago I would have given it a five. I was able to use single sign on without a hitch, enter my hours and be done. Lately after an initial use after install it seems to forget I use SSO to enter my hours not allowing me to sign in. I have to make deleting and installing as part of the process on using the app.
It’s absolutely incomprehensible why companies still elect to use Unanet. Maybe it’s cheap? I have no idea. But once again, it’s clunky and convoluted. It’s crazy to think it, but somehow the app is even worse than the browser version and that’s really saying something. I’m not sure I could make a worse system if I were trying to on purpose.
App is pretty much useless. Logs you randomly and then when you want to use your companies domain in the previously used domains, it doesn’t work. Then if you manually type that same domain that you were previously using, the app says it doesn’t exist. Dumb app. Do better. Learn to program you cheap xxxx
Notifications are being sent on non-notification days (schedule ignored). App support goes to site which requires account login so worthless for the end user.
Or at least prefill the project and task. It is very annoying to select each project and task every day. I end up just using the website on my phone because it is so much easier to use. And yes, I have “auto fill timesheet” selected. Doesn’t seem to do anything. Also, would be nice to custom set the reminder time instead of just 4:45 pm. Also, I turned off timesheet reminders, yet I am still getting the notifications. Not sure why this app is rated so highly.
