The software more or less works. However, I can’t begin to describe how poorly the menus are laid out. Have this installed on my iPhone and iPad and different features work in each. Motion detection is NOT PIR. Setting your motion grid simply doesn’t work. I exclude the street and it continues to alarm on cars passing by. I’m going to keep at it but I would not recommend this to anyone.
The app, as bad as it was has recently gotten worse
This app has never been great on an iPhone X. It has horrible UI bugs with text left on screen when you change views to buttons that overlap. Don’t get me started on viewing recordings in landscape and not being able to go back unless you rotate the phone. Recently though when I see I have a new Motion recording it will not let me view it. I try and it gets to around 30% loading and then says “No records found”, for every clip. So I tried using the save option hoping I could find another way to view it. That option, unfortunately, crashes the app Every time. Could you please just hire a decent programmer so we can enjoy your product? Do crappy app ratings mean nothing to you?
This app doesn’t work, it’s not supported. It. Looks like the last update is five years ago. I can’t even find the website. I can’t find anything, the product doesn’t work anymore. It is likely that the company is bankrupt. Don’t buy their products, actually can’t buy them anymore. They’re not even supporting sales of this product.
Camera works well but this app or server is slow as molasses. I run a NVR/DVR with this camera and it has zero issues and has a fast connection to it. This app or server takes forever to connect to my camera and notifications are hit or miss. It’s like being on dial up when connecting to this camera app.
The real time notifications I loved to receive as soon as something was detected at my frontdoor suddenly stopped working about 3 days ago. Now, my uniden frontdoor doorbell has become quite useless unless I go check manually the messages... disappointed.
Since iOS updated to 17 this app won’t work. Try and start app, it starts to load camera feed, but before it gets to 100% load, the app crashes. We have tried with every update thru 17.4 with same failure.
I’ve had this about a year and it jumps on and offline by itself it’s mostly offline. I recommend this to my mom and she’s having the same problem and my friend I will not tell anyone to get this. I’ve emailed the company no reply
The app is not receiving either call press or motion detection notification. Had to open the app to see if there were new motion detection events. That render this app mostly useless. Please fix.
