Truckers review.
Ported my number over 3 months ago, no issues. Porter my wife’s number over this past month, no issues. I drive a truck for a living, so I tend to be on the phone quite a while. Was dropping 3-5 calls a day with Straight Talk and slow data. US Mobile, I’ve maybe dropped 3 calls total in 3 months and over 260 hours on the phone (per the apps usage). Data seems to be fine, not much dead spots. Will continue USM. Customer service has always been helpful, no long wait times for text/messaging help, never called them. The app itself, I think is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Keep up the great work USM.

Switched from Verizon Post paid account
I’m truly impressed by the data bandwidth speeds I’ve been getting. Yesterday I had 3 tests on Ookla that were over 1000Mb /sec and I have had great signal strength. Compared with the Verizon Wireless plan I previously had, possibly due to a dead spot for Verizon 5G but I was getting maybe 2 bars of signal and my data speeds were terrible considering I was paying $130/ month for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and my Apple Watch (Ultra 2) lines ( the warranty line was very cheap I must admit $5/month + $7 for each device for insurance coverage $14 total/ month just for insurance. Also I paid in full for all my devices so the $130 month was entirely for the service on my iPhone and watch service and insurance coverage. Admittedly I was disappointed to learn that my Apple Watch was not supported by US Mobile network even though it’s just leased lines from T-Mobile, I have been quite impressed by new carrier that is only charging $20 something a month for national unlimited phone and texting and unlimited high speed data up to 100GB a month before your data speed loses priority on the network and throttles your speeds as needed to maintain higher priority user’s speeds. Hopefully this is not a bait and switch and my quality of service will not change after the 30 day trial. Also I was wondering if they accepted lifeline and ACP benefits. That would be awesome.

Frustrating Network and Billing Issues with Useless Support
The US Mobile app has been a frustrating experience due to network slowdowns and billing issues. Despite being on their WARP 5G and 5G GSM networks, I've encountered frequent throttling to unusably slow speeds of around 1 Mbps. This seems to be caused by a bug that incorrectly counts data usage for two billing cycles as one, making it appear that the high-speed data allotment has been exhausted prematurely. Even after repeatedly explaining the issue to their support team through the app or by dialing 611, they have been unable to acknowledge or resolve the billing glitch. Instead of accepting the obvious bug, the support representatives argue and dismiss the concern, completely negating any supposed benefit of live phone support. Their inability to comprehend and fix this problem renders the touted customer service worthless. While US Mobile is praised for better customer service compared to other MVNOs, this billing glitch and unhelpful support negate any potential benefits over Visible, which operates on the same Verizon network without such issues. Overall, the app's performance, billing inaccuracies, and incompetent support have made for a poor experience, making it difficult to recommend US Mobile over alternatives like Visible on Verizon's network.

Horrible experience with international data; only recommended within the US
I have been a happy customer of two lines with USMobile for the past 1.5 years. Great prices for a great connection on the Verizon network, which is hard to beat when using the new pooled plans. However, one important reason for choosing USMobile were the international eSIMs as we typically (during non-covid times) travel abroad about every other month. Given the frustration and wasted time on my current Europe trip contacting the customer service more than ten times via chat (typically costs ~30-40min per case) or via email (typical response time 3-10 hours) because the international eSIMs simply don’t work, I cannot recommend USMobile to anyone, who wants to use it also outside the US. The issues appear on multiple phones (iPhone 12 and 13) in multiple countries (Germany, France, Switzerland) where local friends have a perfect connection, and the solution of the customer service is only to send you a new eSIM, that comes with the same problems that result in no internet. Have a look at USMobile’s Reddit page, many people are struggling with the same issues and it’s something you really don’t want to deal with on a business or pleasure trip abroad. Be warned!

Best rates and customer service for MVNO
What initially attracted me to US Mobile was the better deals offered over other carriers for limited data plans I needed. What has made me stay is the low price has remained and the customer service is superior. I came over from T Mobile and get the same cell service for a better price. If you have a problem customer service usually resolves it really quickly. I also love how they are just no nonsense as a company and pretty low key and don’t have irritating marketing campaigns. Additionally being able to get data plan going easily in foreign countries while traveling is huge for me. Really looking forward to the Dark Star network upgrade as well. Their website and app both very user friendly and engaging and this is a huge improvement in itself over other carriers if you need to change your plan or find something out easily.

Love it so far
Just ported to US Mobile from T-Mobile and it’s a good experience so far. It’s nice to be able to have live chat and to be able to use the US Mobile App because T-Mobile doesn’t let prepaid customers use their app or live chat with customer service, so this is a VERY nice change. I’m on the Verizon e-sim right now and about to add the T-Mobile gsm card as well for double trouble. One thing I’d definitely suggest is for you guys to tweak the hotspot data. It’s a little weird to go from no hotspot data, to 5gb, to 50gb on the highest plan. You guys should move the 5gb of hotspot to unlimited starter, add like 10-15gb to Unlimited Essentials, then leave Unlimited Premium at 50gb. It just seems like a more even distribution. Or have a way to have a hotspot add-on for the unlimited plans. But outside of that, you guys have done a great job with this service, keep it up!!

Customer Service Superior to Any I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY COMPANY!
Let me say that again for those of you who might not understand. I am almost 50 years old, and US Mobile has consistently provided me the absolute best customer service I have ever had — not just from a phone company BUT FROM ANY COMPANY OF ANY KIND and not just in my recent past BUT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! They single-handedly rescued my digital life when due to several factors I was Catch-22’ed in a 2FA nightmare where I couldn’t access anything because I lost access to one thing: my phone number. They came up with a solution out of whole cloth and arranged for a facial recognition combined with upload of my ID for comparison which granted me access to my phone number and still met their rigorous security standards and criteria. They didn’t have to. But they did. Bravo!!!!!

T-Mobile to USM porting
T-Mobile has a 5g upgrade that has been botched in Northern California, data outages, choppy audio, unusable service. Will take at least 1 year for T-Mobile to fix. We switched to USM which is working great. A+ to the developers who are working on the USM web portal and mobile app. The interface is clean, basic/crisp, and quick. Coming from T-Mobile portal which is bloated and takes seconds to load between pages, USM portal & app are very nice. The porting from T-Mobile to USM takes only a few minutes if you have provided the correct acct and pin. My only feature request, parental controls to restrict content by age (kids/teen) and schedule (block data usage during a certain time frame).

Excellent plans and service
I recently joined, and they ported my number from Visible in about one minute. It took some effort to understand all the plans and features, but after that everything went smoothly, and the support team was very helpful. The app offers detailed data about your usage. USMobile is always trying to improve: for example, on the Verizon network they added Wi-Fi calling, and now they offer prioritized data to users with 5G-compatible phones. This last feature is astonishing for an MVNO. I appreciate that they offer esims for so many countries at reasonable prices, although there are lots of esim services these days. I get excellent speed and ping numbers. Overall, highly recommended.

Way better than the big carriers
It’s very reasonably priced and it just works. US Mobile’s customer service is stand-out, which is a big deal when most other carriers seem to have CS that is beyond useless. Porting my number out of my old carrier took a painstaking 45 minutes across multiple dropped calls, repeating the same info multiple times, eventually requiring escalation to a senior agent. Good riddance. In contrast, I’ve done multiple port-in and port-out with US Mobile for me and family, and the customer support has been impressively efficient every time. Plus, US Mobile is one of the few carriers that offers network-prioritized Verizon premium data. My connection is solid wherever I go!

Amazing customer service
US Mobile is amazing. Im still not sure who I spoke with but today I was struggling. To is is a communications company. They have power. I asked the chat rep if I could just purchase data to make sure I get calls for work. I have two interviews scheduled tomorrow! My phone is off. They asked when I would be able to refill my plan and I let them know I’m just waiting on a deposit to hit and my plan will be paid. Tell me why this person turned my phone on. Not only gave me data but also unlimited talk and text. This goes to show there are still some companies left that value their customers. This person did an amazing thing and I am forever grateful. ❤️

Customer care is positive to sleep disorder
The service in general was rollercoaster, sometimes I receive txt emails notifications all in the same moment. Is very bad because someone need attention on the moment not one hour later. Then today I discovered that in my activities there are three devices logged in. I ask Mohammad what’s the reason, he said “ by our end is ok, don’t worry” sure I don’t care about you, I’m worried why there are three devices connected to my profile/line. With so many data breaches, better to ask. They answer back like they are selling you potatoes, is like: don’t bother me, just pay and shut up! Customer care supposed to be there to answer, but often this is what I found around. People busy with other stuff, not listening, or play the part to be interested but then probably they are at the grocery store, fighting with wife, running with the dog. Or maybe, is the lazy AI. NOT UNLIMITED
After 100GBs, it’s 100% game over. The speeds will be so terrible that it’ll drive you insane. You’ll feel like you have NO DATA connection whatsoever. I reached out to super and explained my use case and frustration and was tops there was nothing, literally nothing they could do. I was looking at going the entire next two months with out any ability to use my phone. No way. Unlimited is used as a means to hook the customer into thinking they’re getting unlimited, READ THE FINE PRINT. After 100GBs, you are 100% screwed. Overall, I had a pretty decent experience with US Mobile, UNTIL my situation occurred with the data. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I’m pro net neutrality. This company, is not. I came to US Mobile as a trial user. Glad I didn’t stay. No way would I contribute to the growth of a company who can’t help their customers in a tight situation. No. This is not how you do business. NO. Avoid this cellular company.

The phone provider for this century
I never loved or cared for any phone provider and was always amazed at how bad and expensive providers were in the US compared to the rest of the world. It all changed when I discovered US Mobile. I love how they got rid of all the unnecessary fluff, expensive ads/sponsorships, retail stores to focus on the things that really matter: the quality of their product and customer service. Their mobile and web apps are fantastic, their innovative pool feature is amazing for families, and the price is super competitive (for the US market). I highly recommend US Mobile to everyone who asks.

Best MVNO
I switched my family to US mobile about 1 year ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for our phone plan. The pricing and services are amazing. You are able to customize anything you want and their unlimited options are extremely competitive as well. WiFi calling works well even when I am out of country. But the best thing about US mobile is the customer support chat. Whenever I had a problem, we would always be able to solve it over chat and it probably takes us an hour max if ever. This is the best prepaid MVNO by far and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Nothing Beats UsM!!!
They offer everything i lacked with other providers when i once was a customer. But to be charged $10 for HD video is beyond outrageous! And $15 for an additional 2GB of data?! My bill was once $96 for just a single line on At&t! Now that i switched not only me but the family, i pay only $65 for all 3 lines with unlimited that includes HD video and all the data i need! Plus i also qualified for a Perk! So im able to pick a freebie service to add on my plan! Im beyond satisfied with this provider and wished i only switched alot sooner! Thank you for all that your providing us and more within the near future of UsM! 💕🫶🏼

Great app and service
I was looking for the cheapest service around and found it in USMobile. Funny enough I also found out they have great and helpful customer service the two times I’ve used them and their app is surprisingly comprehensive. I feel like it’s super intuitive and simple to use. I have been on Verizon, t mobile, AT&T, cricket, and xfinity and this is my favorite app to use. It’s not hard to find anything I could need. As of yet I have come across no reason I wouldn’t wholeheartedly recommend USMobile. At least give it a try if you need something cheaper than one of the big telecom companies.

Fantastic Service for a Fraction of the Big Stops
I’ve been using US Mobile for three years now, and I’ve been fully pleased with the service I’ve received. Their app/website is modern and simple, their customer service dependable, and their cell coverage complete and speedy. And best of all, their price is affordable (and it keeps getting better)!!! I’ve watched the incremental upgrades they’ve made to their pricing tiers and coverage options these past three years, and I have been excited at each step. Going backwards
The app and the service is making me angry each day. The service itself is fine other than the hotspot slowing down to a crawl once you reach the limit however, that’s consistent with every other company my only gripe with the service is the price plan keeps going up and it’s no longer budget. The APP! Makes me want to throw my phone. It always has issue sending one time codes to the email so you can sign in and actually pay your bill. And once it does finally let you it will sign you out again within a few days. It makes no sense to keep having to sign in. Don’t give me the security this or that bull anyone who can break in my phone that has Face ID and passcode has the knowledge to break into my email as well it’s not a security feature it’s a defect in the app that needs to go away.

No international esim app as advertised
New user, so far good service through Verizon. However, there is no esim app for international data. Their website advertises it, but when I chatted with customer service, I was told “it’s in the pipeline.” Their reply when I asked when it will be available, “it will be ready when it’s ready”. Really? Their website advertises its available now. Customer service said you can use international data by notifying them 48 hours in advance and tell them the country you plan to visit. They directed me to their website that lists rates by country and this is the site that advertises their easy to use esim international travel app. Unbelievable. Hope the rest of their service will work as advertised. On the good side, their rates are great, plans are very flexible. There are other good international esim apps for travel.

Worst Service! Ever Don’t Do It!
This company does use Verizon towers however when it rains your Internet will go out. I have to call customer service every other day so they could troubleshoot my phone from their end because the network constantly drops, freezes, and you will get an all networks are busy now please try again later message. The plans are very cheap however you do get what you pay for this is not a premium cell phone company. Just stick to the actual brand of the company and go with Verizon. You will not be pleased with the service at all. Customer Service will blame you if something goes wrong. I wasted my money time and effort with US Mobile please choose Verizon and not their offbrand because you will not be happy. Also there is no international plans and they falsely advertise prices and discounts.

Great Coverage and Service
I use the 5G service and traveling across the continental US and Hawaii I have always had great coverage since moving to US Mobile. Traveling out of the country, Mexico and Europe, getting a data plan is so easy to setup with an eSIM and reloading data was just as easy. US Mobile provides easy to understand instructions for setup and use and if you are unsure, it is easy to reach out to support. I have had to reach out to the support through chat two or three times and each time the support has been very helpful and quick to get my issues resolved.

Pleasantly Surprised
After being a T-Mobile customer for almost a decade I decided to switch. First I tried out Visible (a Verizon owned MVNO) and they were terrible, had issues receiving texts, and after about a week and 15 chat sessions trying to fix it I decided to try US Mobile. My first impressions weren’t great, it took over an hour to activate my eSIM after my number had already ported. But after it finally activated and the service was working I have to say I’m impressed. I’ve had faster speeds on US Mobile than I ever did with T-Mobile. I wish their activation process was improved, but the network experience is great!

Sent broken sim, would not replace
I’ve wasted way too much of my life talking to second language English speakers over very slow chat conversations, and all of them are just trying to get me to restart my phone and reset network settings. I have tried the Sim card they sent me in four different devices. None of them recognize it as a Sim card. All of them saying no Sim. If I use any other carrier Sim cards in my phone or other phones in my house, they all search for service and then say no service. I know for a fact the SIM card is broken, but the chat support people refuse to acknowledge that I won’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service, no number to call, no way to report something broken, completely stuck without any service or phone. Thanks for nothing.

Past year has been great
Wrote a huge review praising the service and it got deleted (my mistake) but heres the TLDR version. For reference, I live in upsate NY in the United States, and it is currently March 2024. I use eSIM and do not have a physical SIM card from US Mobile. US Mobiles unlimited plans is $2 USD cheaper per month than other low cost providers but ONLY if you use the annual starter plan. Otherwise the monthly plan is $29 USD per month. It is $276 USD per year which makes it $23 USD per month. Its services include *unlimited data, talk and text, 10GB of hotspot data, international calls/texts and **1GB of international data. *Unlimited data caps off at 35GB a month before its speed is reduced **International data only available for eSIM users Other than that, I have been using US Mobile for a year, and had no issues with transferring my number or any issues with data speed. I dont use hotspot, or international service so I cant comment on that. Its a fair service provider.

Great customer service
But the app needs some work how do I know if my perks are active in my account? There should be some kind of symbol on the account phone number that says “perk active” or something. If I accidentally remove autopay it will remove the perk and I won’t know until I get charged again. Also when I’m done using international data esims id like to me able to remove them from my account myself instead of having to contact someone on the app to do it for me. It stays there even when it’s down from 30 to 0 days.

Good
I received the free starter kit with the two different SIM cards. Chose the one the works with my iPhone and area coverage. Activation was simple and took about ten minutes before I received a email telling my number had been successfully ported over from Sprint/TMobile. I tested some calls and text those worked fine. The data did take another few minutes before it worked. I then did some speed test and I’m getting between 30 to 33 down and 7 to 10 up on 4G LTE on iPhone 11 Pro Max. Happy with it especially for the low price.

Useful app, Amazing service
Never been so happy with a provider and their app. Have two lines from different carriers on my iPhone, one line on My wife’s iPhone, and home phone service. US Mobile is the only provider I need, satisfies my needs for different carriers on same phone, and groups billing together too! As long as they stay as they are, I’ll stay until I pass away, no need to switch and know I would never find anything like US Mobile. The app is so feature rich, and always works. What more could anyone want?

App is Great, Service is Even Better
Their service is great! When using the Verizon option, you get Verizon’s coverage at half of the price. ***Their customer service is PHENOMENAL! They’re available to chat in the app at all times and everyone is super helpful and friendly. When I needed assistance transferring my number to this service, they would respond within 5 minutes with an answer or update. I have never had customer service as amazing as this. US Mobile, your customer service team is the absolute best!

Cant call or Text
It was great until it wasn’t.. I ended up going with them over mint and vision because I heard the customer service is great. That has not been the case for me. My phone stopped being able to call/text around the time my data got throttled. Every time I go on their website chat, they bring up the data, say that it shouldnt affect the calling/texting, I agree, and then they said they made some adjustments and I should restart my phone. I restart it, it doesn’t work, and then I get a new person on the chat trying the same thing. I emailed them and they told me my data was used and I should buy more, even though I wrote asking them to fix my calling/texting or refund me. Worst phone plan experience so far..

One of the best MVNOs around!
In my experience, US Mobile has been the best mobile carrier I’ve ever interacted with. Their customer support is amazing, I’ve never had a bad experience with them (even when I’ve run into complex technical problems that took a while to resolve). Their price and performance is remarkable, and using the app to manage my account has been seamless. I’m somewhat frustrated by the lack of Apple Watch support but I know that they’re working on it and it’s more the legacy carriers holding them back.

Great app experience
I won’t talk about the US Mobile service itself which I think is the best value in the industry but just say that their app experience is also very competitive. Beats T Mobile’s and Verizon’s for what I see. I really like the recently introduced overview page on the left where I can have a bird's eye view of my lines and their usage. Taking one star off since this became available only after switching my line to eSIM. Also when are we getting home screen widgets on iOS? Please please

Seamless transition, great service, and impeccable app experience
I recently ported out of T-Mobile to US Mobile. The port-in experience was seamless. I immediately had service within the hour on US Mobile and have been having a great time on this plan so far (unlimited starter)! The app and website are what really sold me on US Mobile. Not only is the app very easy to navigate through, with helpful information about my usages, it also is lovingly designed. 11/10 so far!!! ❤️

Very very nice
So far this is honestly hands down one of the best account management apps I’ve seen in a while. It’s got everything the website does and is easy and intuitive and fast. Have not had a single bug. Can customize anything in my account or add users on the fly. Not surprising tho, their website is pretty nice too and this is basically the same design but optimized for mobile. Interesting AT&T can’t build a working app despite charging me literally 4x as much for the exact same services.

So easy to use and cheaper too!
Made the switch for my family last year. It’s been so much easier to administer than any other carrier. Every change you could need to make is either self-serve in your account portal or a quick chat. We traveled Europe and used the ESIM option for a few devices and it worked perfectly. And all of this while saving at least 50% compared to the major carriers. Highly recommended.

Service great app much worse
This app has always been a little iffy, but I used to be able do everything a lot more easily. The UI is very frustrating to navigate and I can't figure out where to add more minutes or data or texts to top up my account. I also wish the rewards page was better--I have no idea how much money I have on each card at any given time and I can only use them online and they don't work with Apple Pay. This app used to be much better and easier to use, in general. I hope they update it soon!

Prices look good but it's a bit shady.
The advertised prices and plans look good, but the trial is fake. You must transfer your current number to USM in order to try their service/coverage, which makes going back impossible. Weird concept to me since all other carriers offer a 14 or 30 day trial without transferring your current number. What if the coverage, speed or anything else is not as expected? Well you're stuck on USM if you want to or not. Might be a good provider, might not be, wouldn't risk trying without a trial. Visible by Verizon is a great alternative with similar pricing and real unlimited plans. They offer a 14 day trial, I'd recommend trying Visible before buying a USM plan.

I’ve tried several of the smaller brand cell providers. These guys have it all figured out. The pricing cannot be beat, customer service is so helpful, and I have yet to have a dropped call, or bad reception. I’m so glad I found US Mobile. AND you can take care of most anything you need right from the app. I have had ZERO complaints with US Mobile. If you don’t have them you’re missing out on an amazing product.

USMobile is one of the best option out there.
For a family plan, it’s one of the best that’s out there. The app works really well and has been updated many times. Customer service is very easy to access as well. I highly recommend USM to anyone looking to save money and not compromise quality! I’ve had every cell phone service you can imagine. And this is by far one of the cheapest without sacrificing any quality or security!

US Mobile my opinion
In my opinion, US Mobile is a great prepaid phone company besides that they took a while to port my number over from T-Mobile. I’ve now been with US Mobile for two months. My phone service has went to SOS at least twice and I ended up calling US Mobile to put 5G Warp speed profile in my profile but other than that my phone data and calling has not dropped and has been working fine. We will see what the future holds.

Very well designed up!
It’s funny to me how many people leave poor ratings on MVNO apps with regards to their service. When the whole point of a review is supposed to be on the app itself. The app was already good when I first joined US Mobile a year ago and it’s only gotten better. They’ve made the UI very user-friendly and intuitive. It’s not hard to find anything. The big three could learn a lot of lessons from the US Mobile app!

Great service, easy to use app
I’ve been utilizing US Mobile’s app and service for well over a year now and can say what makes it is its customer service. The app is also very easy to use and I appreciate how straightforward and simple it is to set up an eSIM, add a line and check on usage. In addition, using Apple Pay for autopay is a big plus for me, look forward to trying out the network eSIM switching tool to test out Deathstar!

So easy to set up
I moved to the US and wanted to get a reliable local phone number quick, while being able to retain my old U.K. number. US mobile made it so easy with the online sim. The prices are are more than competitive and I love that I can customise plans as I need them, e.g. add Data when I am traveling and have no access to WIFI or even pause the service when I know I’ll be out of the country for the summer.

Take control of your mobile plan
I like the low cost options for talk and text and the ability to add data as you need it. The “unlimited” plan is still limited after a data cap and you can’t top up data on that plan if you run out. That is annoying. App is relatively easy to use. Requires semi frequent updates, or you can’t log in. Overall a great experience otherwise

Data “throttling” is data disconnection
It’s my first month as a US Mobile customer, and I will be my last because of one huge problem. The service is great then it works, but after hitting the data throttling cap, my data seems to totally shut off every night. An unlimited data plan should not require a customer having to contact customer service everyday just to use their phone. Good customer service as well from this company, but data shut-off is a dealbreaker, and totally dishonest to me. Customer service rep cited it as a protection from “spamming the network”, which sounds like a euphemism for trying to save money. Quite dishonest. Be aware if you are a heavy data user.

Loyal customer for years
I've been a customer for years, and continue to be extremely pleased with the quality of service and support -- all for an extremely good price. Support for multiple networks, international data, and a very active subreddit for customer service makes US Mobile one of the best carriers out there. As for the app itself, it is solid and does the job. Keep it up folks!
