It’s a pretty good little app until it isn’t anymore. When it works it’s good but when It has its stubborn days , there is NOOO WAAAYYY.. your waking this baby up.. just face it your not punching in today or tomorrow., depending on how long it is down. I am going on my second day of not being able to punch in?? Happens all the time but yet this is what my job uses to punch in and out, so here I am not being able to punch in again.. this is really inconvenient when you have a job that doesn’t pay you if they don’t have the proof of the punched in hours, so now your preventing me from getting paid for my hours of work. Plz fix it Again
TYPICAL THAT A STATE PROGRAM USES A MESSED UP APP LIKE THIS
I am a parent of a special needs child, so we need to have our employee log in and out of this app. They logged in and out with no problem, then went to approve the hours and they weren’t even there. Just disappeared. The following week, my employee wasn’t even in the system any longer. Now, trying to call the company for help is a whole other problem. Thinking sending an email would be easy...oh no, they reply with a ticket!!! That I have to then send the same email again with that ticket number in the heading. After 1 day of exchanges, btw none of my issues were addressed at all, I get another ticket email, to start the process all over again. Okay, so let call them...ohhhh no, been on hold for 30 minutes so far, with no end in sight. HOW DOES THIS MAKE OUR LIFE EASIER. HAVING AN ATTENDANT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP PARENTS, AND I CANNOT EVEN GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE OF THROUGH EMAIL!!!!!!!!
My mom and I use this app every other weekend and maybe a random day in between. Every other time we go to use it, we have issues. I have never used or seen something that has given me so many different error codes, it’s ridiculous. Update: We were supposed to start using this app only instead of filling out a time sheet for the company we work with in Nov 2020. Still having error codes and now the app is not sending our clock in/out info to the company. So not only do we still have to use this crappy app, we still have to fill out a time sheet, and send a screen shot in to prove we’ve actually worked. If I could give this app 0 stars I would but you have to put at least 1 to send a review in.
At any given day it won’t take my clock out. Example of a bad vesta day. Clicked in at 8:57 am. Checked my schedule and it showed I had NOT clocked in. So I clicked in again at 10:47. Then it populated the original time I clicked in and showed that I had clicked in and had 2:10 done in my shift. I clicked out and it didn’t take it?!?!?! Today the office is asking what time I clocked out. I know I clocked out because the gps tracking in vesta puts me at anywhere from 22 feet to 36 feet from “members home” when I am standing in the same spot I do most days when I start and when I end.
I like the app, it works good. But with this latest update I’m only able to clock in, in the afternoons, but when I need to clock out in the morning it’s been giving me this error #234 Service Attendant is not authorized to use mobile method. But I have been using mobile method for months now. Could y’all fix this problem please.
The app only recognizes that I’m in the member home when I’m in the farthest room from the entryway, and against the wall that is shared with a different apartment. Additionally, the FMSA is still requiring paper timesheets to be submitted at the end of each pay period to compare to the EVV although the CDS employer chose the option to enter approval of time worked and perform visit maintenance in the EVV system themselves and did not delegate to the FMSA. This provides the FMSA with the potential to refuse payment to the CDS employees for hours worked if the FMSA enters the incorrect times during visit maintenance or fails to approve hours worked. There needs to be some type of oversight and control through Vesta that prevents the FMSA from overstepping and taking control of the EVV management from the CDS employer. Vesta, please address this issue in a timely manner. If one FMSA is overstepping with your EVV system, it can be concluded that others are as well. Thank you for your understanding.
This is such crap no one helps tells you the same thing I was able to clock in on my iPhone then last week I wasn’t gives all kinds of error messages I went and bought another phone thinking that was the problem since the phone was old NOPE NEXT DAY still didn’t work wasted over $500 for a new phone then I went and bought a tablet it lets me click but always states I didn’t clock out from previous day but I did and i even wonder are these reviews read
The app won’t let me clock in anymore , it started about 2-3 weeks ago, it says “System requirements -Vesta mobile is only supported on unmodified versions of IOS - Error #301 -I have been using the same device the entire time I’ve been using this app and all of a sudden it stopped letting me clock in so I have to do it through my computer. Also when I clock out on my computer the vesta mobile app on my phone either won’t clock out or it will clock in for the time I clocked out on my computer . I would like some assistance please.
The app while being convenient continues to have two recurring problems. The first problem is that it keeps glitching and removing my clock in. I clock in and double check to make sure the timer has started. When I go to clock out the timer isn’t there anymore and there is no record of my clock in on the app. The second problem is that it frequently places me 30+ feet from the client house when I’m inside by the front door.
I had to delete and re install in order for the app to stop glitching because before it wouldn’t even stay open for literally more than a second🙄🙄 it works now but now every time I open the app I have to log in my company’s PIN number and my client ID😡 I don’t like this update it’s too time consuming and annoying to fill out that information every single time I open it, I just want to check how much time is left in my shift quickly not take a whole two minutes to log in and see.
Considering that this app is a mandatory app for my position and tied to my paycheck, I wish the bugs could be worked out!!! It is constantly synchronizing every time I login, location is not accurate, does not always record times. Very frustrating, especially since the user (me) can never see exactly what times are logged!!! Just wondering if you are reading your reviews?? This app is causing a lot of people to lose money because it does not work properly.
I work for a HCS agency by the names of Berry family Services and every time I clock in this app says I’m 195ft away from the clients home. Seriously I’m in the clients house inside and it’s telling me I’m far away plus I have the location service on to read where I’m at this app is causing me problems at work that I hope they won’t fired me cause they checking if I’m there at work seriously I need to either sue this app or the work place I work for. Horrible app it’s a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been holding off updating my phone because of all the reviews saying it doesn't work with the newest ios, and I see there was an update for this app last week with the entirely unhelpful "performance improvements" patch notes. Can devs confirm if it has been fixed for iOS 16, as I literally rely on this app for my income???? I've tried contacting their support with no response. Will update review when it's fixed
Every time I clock in or out it tells me I’m 2.6 miles from location, I use client wifi I’m standing in his kitchen and it keeps saying the same 2.6 miles . I restart phone and check my Find my phone app but still location is off. How can I fix this issue ? I’m worried I will get in trouble with agency
So after researching, I know that I am not the only one who is having issues this morning. Been working great until this morning. Called to put my time in manually and that is not working. Everyone keep track of your time so you can call your corporate office Monday to log in your time. Have A Great Weekend😀
I logged in once for my job no problem. My healthcare company wanted to change the credentials and the security pin went from 6 digits to five digits and I haven’t been able to login since multiple times and get the same error error number 309. I tried to delete the app and now I can’t get it back on my Home Screen. This is deserving of less than 2 star’s cumulative.
This is a great app for logging in and out of work. The few times I’ve had any issue, I have emailed or called Vesta, and they have been able to resolve things promptly.
This app seems to have problems a lot. Only been using it for 4 months and this is the second time it won’t allow me to clock in it says “error not correct data format” very frustrating.
This app is god-awful. While I like that I no longer have to physically phone in from my client’s landline or keep paper time sheets , this app is awful at consistently logging my hours. It maybe works 10% of the time despite me providing all the correct login info. My client’s mother has to manually log my hours each time on the website. This app is not ready to replace the other methods of collecting clock-in/clock-out data.
This app is not user friendly. You cannot view your hours worked. There are many glitches when logging in and extremely difficult to clock in and out. It’s almost like they don’t want you to get paid. Very disheartening when I want my caregiver to get what she’s owed for working hard. I would look at companies that do not use this app, it’s that bad.
When I open the app & put in my log in information it gives me an error message saying the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.
Ever since they updated the app, it states I’m 10 to 30 ft away from member home. I’ll clock in, and when I go to clock out i realize it didn’t clock in. They have been times I clock in and out and the following day the hours are still running l, it never clocked me out. Even though I did. This had never happened before the latest update.
Where do I begin? 1. This app will place me away from my client's home even though I'm standing inside the home. 2. I will go to clock in and tells me I didn't clock out from previous day. Because of this I ALWAYS screen shoot my clock outs for verification that I am not screwing up all the time. 3. It won't let me clock in at times. Gives the error that "the data is not in the correct format". I hate this app so much.
Really love this app. I've had no issues and working on the app is faster and simple. Even the tokens are simple to enter. I don't have to bother calling the agency or writing the token on a piece of paper. This app does it all for me.
The place where I work sometimes have cell service but I was told that it also works on satellite but I find that not to be true cause just about every time I work my boss asks me if I worked and what time did I clock in Y’all need to fix this and make it better because I just gave y’all a one star and y’all star ratings is a 2.3 and that’s not good So please we all beg y’all to fix this app
This app NEVER consistently gets my location correct! I can be standing in the living room of clients home and it gives a crazy amount of feet away from where I’m at. I’ve used this app since 2019 and it has had issues on a regular basis! I wish my employer would find an accurate app for timekeeping.
This app is horrible it gives the wrong location distance. For Example you can be inside of the members house clocking in and the app location will say that your 250 feet away from residence and also will show like 5.6 away as well. Please fix this is causing payroll issues
a lousy application worked for a week, and when I updated it there it started to fail I'm worried because they steal an hour from my entry to work, I dial at 9 am and it tells me not until 10 am and it's marking my time negative, for please do something to fix it...
The location is NEVER ACCURATE. I clock in and out at mender home 90%of the time and it says I’m 9 miles from the home.. I always wonder where they have him living at.. My location is always on.. not only on my phone but I’m the app.. so it shows that I’m NEVER EVER at the members home…FIX THIS.. or tell me hire to reset members home…
App crashes all the time, I have to try multiply times in order to be let in to clock in/out! If I switch apps and then go back to Vesta, I have to input my pin again! I have to start trying to log in a about 15 min before because I don’t know how many tries I’ll have to do before being let in! This new update is useless!
I can’t clock in for work and all last week I was not able to do so. This is messing with my money. You guys expect for us PCAs to clock in for work and how it is required here to do so. But you guys can not even tell us when the servers are down. This is horrible!
So many problems. Location is never accurate, sometimes it’s missing completely. Doesn’t clock you in/out often , you have to double check. Long list of things to complain about.
My employee tried logging in to the system the day before she had to start clocking in and out, to ensure she could get in. She was able to login, but the next day, when it was time for her to login to clock in, the application keeps giving error messages about “data format “ is incorrect!?
This app has worked well for the past year, but in the last few weeks it’s been acting up. This app needs a new update. Now this app won’t sync with the application to make sure ones employee clocks in/out. Please check this app for bugs.
I’ve called the office four times this morning because I was unable to clock in the last two days. When it works it’s a good app but days like this when I have verified the Agency ID, Member ID and pin with the office is still not letting me log in!!! Frustrating!
This app is ridiculous it does not work. Out of range and the error 501 and doesn’t let me clock in or out. Just don’t think companies should make us have to use apps that don’t work to clock in/out because then it affects our pay.
I had no problem using this app with iOS 15 since my phone updated to iOS 16 it doesn’t work with the new update for when I have to clock in for work sooo frustrating if I couldn’t give this app stars I wouldn’t
This app is good when it works and I had the same thing happen to me, but what I did to prove I worked..I screenshot every single time I would clock in and out..but have to admit this last time I took the pictures to the company to show them I worked..
Was working fine, then I received call from office saying I haven’t been clocking in or out for two weeks!! Now my company doesn’t want to pay me thanks to this stupid app!
The attendants cannot clock in now. I also have one who has been able to clock in and out all week...but when I go to look at time she is not even listed in pending hours or as an employee. Worst app ever. Takes too much time to clock them in and out and it loses clock ins randomly.
Good luck with this app and system. Not only did I not get paid for two weeks, I’m one day short of this pay period being over with. In other words, one month of work with no pay, and no way to contact the inept idiots that manage this system.

There are too many errors. I keep getting errors that my sign in info is in wrong order & cannot sync. I also get the time disappearing, not allowing a clock in or clock out & failure to recognize member using the very same/correct member id.
