I have looked into most bookmark managers in the AppStore and finally chose this one. The UI is clean and simple. Sure the UI is a bit rigid, and adding a bookmark can take sometime because of the thumbnail generation process, but it does not nag you about paying, and it does not force you to get a subscription. One critical thing I wish the developer can add is to allow export/import of bookmarks as XML or HTML format. There does not seem to be a backup feature, meaning if your phone wipes, all your bookmarks will be gone!
I love that I can open bookmarks in Chrome, but it needs more sorting options. A manual sort would be key for both bookmarks and folders. Also an export option would be great. Finally, I wish it could default to folder view instead of "all bookmarks" or have an option to do so. That said it's a great app. I hope the developer keeps working on it.
Annoying message at every use with paid Bookmarks Pro
The most recent update of Bookmarks Pro (where the user is paying a subscription to not have ads) brings with it an annoying message with _every_ opening of a bookmarked webpage, “Bookmarks wants to open this page in Firefox”, that must be dismissed to continue. Given a number of years of very satisfying use of Bookmarks Pro, I will maintain my use of it until the next update, which will either have this annoying message, with its required action, removed, or I will cancel my subscription and remove this app.
Great App for organizing your bookmarks and links!
I highly recommend paying the one time fee of a few bucks to get rid of all the ads forever. The best feature of this app is the fact that you can store all your bookmarks and links from all your browsers in one place. By creating folders (and subfolders) you organize your bookmarks any way you want. My favorite utility app! Hans
The app is great, it works well. Easy to use. It does the job fine. But support is in Japanese. It would be great if it were in English. Also the App would be even better, that would provide (widget) for the home screen
This is an easy and convenient way to save all those pages that you need. Easy user interface. You can enter your own names for your bookmarks. No need to open your browser. The bookmarks use graphics and not a list you have to scroll through. I highly recommend this app!
This app fills an important missing service. It is a great way to prevent accidental loss from your Reading List, but it needs 2 more features. First, it needs to be able to export all bookmarks to a file listing all the saved links that can be stored and opened on a Mac. Second, it needs a manual sort function within folders. I hope to see these changes so I can add one new star for each.
I really would like for the option to sync over devices, maybe we could create an account when ever sign in on a new device all bookmarks still there. I definitely love this app ❤️🙏🏾❤️❤️
I was hoping it had an iPad version (that’s on me... should have looked) but when I went to support website... all in Japanese. No idea how to contact the dev. If you are going to put out an English version, then offer English support... And yes, you can use iPhone apps on the iPad, but only if you blow them up 2x and then us in portrait mode. I will keep looking...
There is a bug on the tips where it repositions itself off center screen and you can’t close it or get past it. It keeps opening on it’s own so this makes the app unusable. I was going to report the bug via the bug report feature, but that is in an Asian language that I can’t read. Also the privacy policies are in a language I can’t read. Too much negative upon first use. Deleting this and going with something else.
I started using Bookmarks on my iPhone. But when I go to my iPAD, none of the folder titles or contents are synced. The description says that it now works on the iPad, but it’s the syncing capability that is still needed.
I need a way to backup 100s of bookmarks that I have trusted this app to hold. I can not afford to lose this library, so please please please add an export feature to your app!
This is a great app to store all of your favorite bookmarks. I use it all the time! Whenever I want to use my favorite bookmarks (quite often) I just go to Bookmarks and I get instant access!!
Wish there was a way to reposition the thumbnail before bookmarking. Websites naturally have ads at the top and in the way to make this app have any value or use. Love the concept but the ‘visual’ part of bookmarking is lacking. I still have to rely on the page title... then what is the point?

Does not allow you to launch options like private mode
I want some sites in private mode, others in public. I also want some in Chrome and others in Safari. This app only lets you choose a default browser for all bookmarks, so I uninstalled it.
Biggest issue is the lack of import/export and duplicates management - those two features would make this a killer. But it’s a nice little bookmark manager independent of browsers.
After spending a considerable amount of time setting up folders I was mortified to discover this does not work at all on YouTube URLs. The app window just spins forever. At a minimum the description should indicate the app is incompatible with YouTube links.
