Some recommendations for this wonderful app
I will like to start by saying how much I love this app!!! It is a must for a dental office!!! I highly recommend it to all my dental friends. I not only can see my schedule from the facility of my cellphone, I can also hear the recordings of the front desk phone calls to review and give feed back to staff members. I can also see how many phone calls front desk is making daily daily. App reminds you Pts birthdays and when you text patients from your cellphone your personal number doesn’t get shared, only the office number. My recommendations: Please make the app able to rotate. I use it not only on my cellphone but in my iPad and it doesn’t rotate with device, it stays vertical and its very annoying. Please also make the phone call recordings able to play on AirPods or any headphone device, so its more private when listening to the recorded conversations of pts. Down the road it would be nice if xrays of Pts and charts can be seen as well. Thank you very much!!!!

Best Decision We Made
We signed up for WEAVE halfway through 2019 after my sister told me that it is a game changer. I was skeptical after having worked with Birdseye and Solution Reach. However, I was impressed at the deal we received as well as the month-to-month contract. We have never looked back. With COVID hitting less than a year after we signed up, WEAVE helped us stay connected with our team and patients even when the office was closed in observance of CDC guidance. WEAVE quickly pivoted adding things like Wellness Forms and Curbside Waiting Room instructions to the library of templates making the transition back to the office much smoother than we anticipated. The User interface is so easy to use and the accessibility is amazing. The whole team loves it. In addition, I’ve been so impressed with all the people at WEAVE. I’ve been invited to give feedback and have had the opportunity to speak with the people who make changes to the software based on that feedback. I’ve seen at least 5 of my recommendations be implemented within a year. That’s crazy! If we could give 10 stars we would.

Dental office
We absolutely LOVE our weave service!! From our office phones to the weave app!! It has made our lives sooooooo much easier!! I honestly don’t know how we survived without it!! It is so easy to access the schedule out of the office! We had a snow storm in our area and had to close the office and the weave app made it so easy! We sent out a mass text to all of our patients on that day and within minutes we had reached over 90% of our patients!! No one had to leave home in the bad weather to go cancel patients, it was absolutely wonderful!! Also through the app we were able to set up a voicemail override letting anyone who called know that we were closed due to weather, So easy and convenient!! Also we have had power outages before in our area and with our office phones and computers being down we were able to hop on our cell phones and access everything through the app to let patients know!! 100% would recommend weave! It is a great company and everyone I have ever dealt with has always been very nice and helpful!!!

Remote access and great features!
Weave has allowed us to have a greater degree of access and control in our practice which, as you can imagine, has been invaluable in the current landscape (pandemics, murder hornets, ice storms, etc.). We enjoyed it so much at our first office that we subscribed for it at our second. They are constantly innovating and offering new products and features. The features they rolled out when the pandemic struck (wellness forms, custom templates, etc.) are a great example. They’re always working to find ways to make our practice run more smoothly. Like any technology, there are sometimes growing pains or minor technical difficulties, but Weave has expanded its customer service department appropriately as they have grown, and the ability to reach a friendly and knowledgeable support technician in a reasonable amount of time remains one of the best things about their services. I would definitely recommend Weave to anyone who wants more remote access and greater functionality in their practice.

Want to like it, but...
Your platform has serious issues with functionality. Customer support is non existent. We have complained for months about the same basic issues and have not had any resolution. We can't even get someone to respond to our requests for help. The complaints are always the same. It takes tens of seconds to transfer and pick up calls it takes tens of seconds to dial out, every other call gets dropped for no reason. And yes we have symmetric 500Mb fiber service from AT&T that has NEVER gone down in the last 10 years, even for a second. The system has great features. Even though it doesn't interface directly with our Practice management system it is still very helpful when it works. However, it is unworkable for a busy practice with multiple lines. The idea is excellent but the execution is very poor. We want to like your system a lot but you are making it very difficult to do. We would are willing to change our view of this 5 but only some of the most basic functions expected from a mission critical application are made to work. So far, our pleas are falling on deaf ears and we are currently actively looking for an alternative solution

Mostly Good with Room for Improvement
This app definitely has its good points but of course still has its glitches and room for improvement. We use it in our optometry practice to communicate with patients and each other. Some things our office loves: Easy texting Automated texting Inter-office chat (much better since the recent update that lists new messages first) Phone trees It is easy to set voicemail overrides whenever needed Listening to voicemail on the computer Multiple lines for incoming calls on the phones Some things that could use improvement: Inter-office chat has some kinks such as not being able to mark a chat notice as read from the notification Incoming texts recently changed and are harder to navigate Glitches such as texts not going out or coming in on time (rare but can be very frustrating) Individual voicemail boxes would be super helpful Wish we could manage our own phone tree!! Chat wait times can vary widely so you never know how long you’re going to wait for help We are definitely not using this app to its full potential and are still learning about some of the things that it can do. It has way more features that we have yet to utilize that I’m sure would enhance our experience. But overall, it’s useful and helpful to our practice. I recommend giving it a try!

Large Optometric Practice Loving Weave!
We started with Weave July 1st 2019, we are a large practice, 6 doctors, 30+ staff and to say, we do underestimated our phone traffic before Weave, would be a simple understatement. The first 4 hours live we had 300 calls! ( you can track your call volume, calls received, calls missed, what employees are actually answering calls) The fact that all calls are recorded has also helped with training of staff to help maintain the quality we want. Weave is constantly upgrading to offer new services and features to keep you in business, during the recent At&t outage, we were still able to communicate via text with patients thru our cell phones even though our internet was down. Weave is the future of Patient care. Main thing you need is to make sure you have a stable internet connection with tremendous upload speed or weave will not be able to work correctly!

Make the screen work for horizontal iPad
Weave has been great for intraoffice communication and for communicating with patients. However, we use iPads with keyboards, so our iPads are horizontally oriented. Please please please make your app versatile enough so the screen will rotate! It’s so frustrating to have to rotate my head to read a message. It’s also oriented just right so the patient could read the intraoffice messages easily from the exam chair. Not good! Since the most recent update, the Notifications number next to my colleagues’ names doesn’t disappear so I have no idea when I get a new one. I have to keep checking the ones with the numbers. Lastly, when I click on another colleague’s name, it takes me to the middle of our message thread, which is quite long, so I have to scroll and scroll to get to the bottom. This app was working better before your update except not having the screen oriented properly.

Getting better every day!
The Weave App is improving there overall platform and communication abilities each and every day. We have been with Weave for just over a year and we are seeing a constant improvements and ways in which they are building to make the platform more successful and in turn our use of the platform more successful. We truly appreciate the innovation that is going into this very necessary tool for communicating with our customer base. Everyone one of our pest control technicians is able to use the Mobile App to communicate with customers via texting, phone calls, and to schedule services. Our office staff finally has the ability to communicate on many different levels that are convenient for the customer and give a personal touch or feel. Keep up the good work Weave.

My Weave experience
There were growing pains with this service to be honest! The salesman started ignoring me after a while with our questions after we signed up and paid for a year in advance. The on boarder started ignoring my messages as well. The customer service # takes forever to get in touch with someone with technical issues. BUT overall, the app is great. Texting, confirmation of appointments and the ability to reach patients while out of the office is great but my personal customer service experience was subpar and Weave is already aware of our issues because we told them we would discontinue their services and go with another provider.

Great tool for my business!
I’ve been a weave user for a while and it has been absolutely amazing! I am able to see my schedule when I’m away from a computer, call patients using the office number and manage appointments and messages. I can also request reviews by sending a pre-populate text to patients and take payments. They have recently upgraded their messaging and it is sooo much more organized. Being able to quickly sift through messages that need action saves so much time and energy. And being able to mark certain types of messages as read makes looking at the messages not such a tedious task. There are so many more great features. The price point is on the higher side, but with the value and features you get, it’s so worth it!

Optometrist office
Weave was very useful and helpful during the pandemic lockdown and on snow days. I was able to mass text my patients and reschedule appointments easily. It reduces no shows with reminder texts 1 week, 2 days and 2 hrs before the patient appointment. Patients can opt out any time. But when people won’t pick up their phones because of too many robo spam calls or they have 10,000 emails they don’t read, texting is the fastest and most efficient option. I’m also able to see my schedule easily and receive and read efaxes. I’m also able to use the app to call patients without giving out my cell phone number—only the office number shows. Calls to the office can also be transferred to my phone.

Communication to the next level
We implemented Weave about one month before Covid shut us down. It was an absolute practice-saver at the time, but has seriously grown our practice and strengthened our ability to communicate with our patients and parents since then. A few of us have the app on our phones, so can immediately respond via text to new patients, patient emergencies or questions during closed hours. We can also screen & defer non-emergency calls or texts until our next business day. Patients can text to pay. There is so much more to this solution than could be mentioned in this review. If you are looking for a communication solution that exceeds expectations of all generations of patients, this has it all!

I love the Weave Mobile app! I use it in and outside of the office. I can check voicemails, text messages and the office schedule from my cellphone at all times. Our office is located in Maryland and with the winter season, sometimes we have to make office closures at the last minute. Weave makes this process so easy with their bulk messaging option. We can message all of our patients within seconds! I dread listening to voicemails and it’s so frustrating having to relisten to voicemails because you didn’t hear something or they said their callback number too fast. The app allows you to rewind the voicemail so you can easily rehear anything you might miss. You can place calls from the mobile app and it will come from the office phone number. I love this if I need to call someone but I need to be able to move around while on the phone. All of our staff have the mobile app so they can keep tabs on any last minute changes in their schedule. I love Weave and the mobile app. They are always improving and creating new things that make my life easier and more productive. You will not be disappointed!

APP is useless, works well at the office
1 star for the app itself. Overall I’m happy with Weave when I can use it from a physical phone or desktop. The app itself often drops calls before I can answer them or drops a call right before it goes to voicemail when I am returning the call. This is with a good wifi connection. Recently the app stopped forwarding calls to my phone. I have tried turning it on many times through the app and from the desktop. Text messages sent from the mobile app also usually do not go through. I’ve emailed support about all of these issues and no fix is ever given, if they get back to me at all. All that has been said is “we have an update coming out. Hopefully that fixes it.” So far no update has fixed anything. If you’re hoping to be able to answer calls for your office remotely, it is not reliable whatsoever.

My Office Really Appreciates this App
I am a part of a very small dental office. We only have three employees, dentist, assistant, office manager. So it’s very helpful to have a reliable app that can let us be accessible to our patient’s when we’re not at the office or on the weekend. Weave is easy to use and very convenient! I was worried about the fact that texting can sometimes come across as informal, but Weave allows us to feel professional while using the app. It is a little expensive, however, you pay for quality and service! The customer service and the ease and quality of Weave is well worth it! This office is definitely going to be a happy customer for a long time!

Weave is the phone system and App your business has been missing!
I manage a Veterinary hospital. We started using Weave in September 2020. It’s very user friendly, and packed with all the must have features for your busy practice. Call and text options with Caller ID, the ability to change your office hours, voicemail greeting, and hold music with the convenience of not having to be stuck at the office to do so. We recently had a week of inclement weather and I was able to call clients, text clients, and update our voicemail daily all from my cell phone, while displaying my clinic phone number. Easy and very effective service!
I run the #1 dentist office in our area. Because of our wonderful service, we are also the busiest office. Weave has streamlined our practice to make it so easy for anyone to work the front desk! Most of my communication with patients is through texting. I love texting someone and getting an instant reply, instead of waiting for a slow service to send the message and get a return reply. The phones work great, and everyone comments how fast the credit card system processes their payment. Did I mention text-to-pay??!! This feature has cut my statements down a third! Highly recommend Weave!

Perfect for on the go
Love that I can check my voicemail, calls and texts from the app or desktop, it doesn’t matter where I am to have a pulse on the business. I especially love the voicemail override app which is essential when we are closed for an emergency, like snow! No more taping a sign to the front door, the app is so convenient and way more professional than a note. Even love that I can change the auto text to match the override. My only suggestion would be to add the auto text edit feature to the app (right now you need a computer for this part). Overall would recommend the weave service and app

Good app
Weave works well most of the time. I haven’t had any problems with the phone app. It’s nice to be able to forward calls to remote staff. Weave itself has let us down on some occasions. It has been known to mess up patient notifications on several occasions. One day it just apparently sent everyone who had glasses on order notification that they were ready for pick up. We found out when a patient who had just ordered his was notified that they were ready. Others came in to pick up only to find out they weren’t in yet. 😖 That was just the most recent notification snafoo. It’s happened other times.

Fantastic Upgrade for our dental office
Having Weave and this App has been a fantastic upgrade to our dental office. The customer service team is amazing no matter who you talk to they can always answer your questions. Our patients have been very receptive to the texting feature especially when they are at work and can’t answer their phone. Also, during a blizzard we could quickly send a group text to let the patients know our snow plan and I could allow incoming calls from the office to push through to my cell phone and work from home. 5 Stars!!!!!

Love Weave Mobile App!!
The Weave mobile app has been a game changer for our practice. Being able to communicate with team members and patients when I am at home or on the go has been a godsend! The Weave App has made our office so much more efficient and up to date on the latest technologies. The new features- Message Tagging has been so helpful to be able to send a message to a specific department and team members. I also love that I can mark messages as Read, Unread and can delete multiple messages. The Weave App handles all my work needs while at home or wherever I go!! Highly recommend!!

Must have for dental offices
I love weave. The only reason I don’t give it five starts is because it does not fully integrate with dolphin cloud so we have to upload a new list of numbers every so often, but that’s ok. I love how easy it is to send a fax or download one. Everything comes in as a PDF. The app is excellent for messages and communication with patients; it lets patients text you a picture of the problem they are having (and it makes the patients consent digitally to receiving pictures. We only use maybe 50% of everything it can do, and we still love weave. Can’t imagine going back to old AT&T.

Awesome communication tool!
Weave has been amazing for our practice! Not only do we never miss a call we have also streamlined our patient communication process! We love weave because we can set it up to immediately text a patient when we miss their phone call and let them know that we are there and will call them back ASAP or they can text back with what they need. Also this app allows us to access our schedule remotely and we use it as our reminder system. This app does it all and is great for any practice looking to improve their communications!!!

Best Pt Communication
Weave has been the biggest time saver in our practice. Patients love the text interaction especially during the day when they can’t talk on their phones at work. It also helps get us google reviews. We use it to alert patients if the office has to close suddenly, ask people to fill in last minute spots, communicate on non-essential things and so much more. We also use the email function to communicate with our entire patient base. We use Weave every minute of every day in our office and I recommend it to all my colleagues.

Great app!
I’ve had weave for about six years now. I live in st Louis, and the weather in winter can be a bit iffy. Weave is fabulous—from my phone, I can send group texts to cancel appointments. We had major flooding one year and couldn’t get into the office, so I used the app to reach out to patients. Also, since a lot of patients are friends, I can reach out to them for whatever reason. I can see what my schedule looks like for the next day, week or even month. There are so many uses for this app and I use it quite often. Would highly recommend!

Love me some weave
Our office uses Weave for texting and all communication with our patients. I love how it integrates with our office software and enables us to keep in constant contact with our patients even when our office is closed. It is easy to use, efficient and someone is always available if you need help with anything. There are so many new features that are being offered for not only communicating with your patience but scheduling appointments and bill payment and so much more. Come a long way!
We have had Weave for a couple of years at this point. At the beginning it was stressful and there were a few kinks to iron out. Over the past year we have noticed a huge difference! This company has come such a long way since we started with them! There will always be problems with technology... but weave has been SO beneficial to our office. Being able to reschedule and contact our patients during the covid shut down was amazing! AND our doctor doesn’t need to give out her personal number. I can’t wait to see the growth over the coming years!

Fix the call logs!
We’ve loved the company and app until the latest mobile updates. Please fix the call log!! Update: they have fixed our issue. I do love the features, flexibility, and technology Weave has provided our office. Particularly during our COVID closure and reopening, it has been invaluable. We’ve had some crash and technical issues that makes me think they roll out updates before fully working out glitches. That’s the only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars. But when it’s working well, it’s a game changer!

Revised review: our support has been terrible
Weave has not fixed a problem in the appointment reminder system so it is inaccurate and patients are coming in at wrong times. Weave is embarrassing is with our patients and causing chaos in our schedule!! This is what I had written previously.: Weave has made our life much easier and they have been responsive to our needs. It is not perfect and we still have some problems. Right now when an appointment is changed, Weave still sends appointment reminders for the cancelled appointment as well as for the new one. I suppose this is more of an integration issue with Cloud9ortho. But be aware that not all integrations with your software are as smooth and powerful as others.

10/10 recommend for dental office!!
We use weave in our dental office and our staff and patients LOVE it. It is so nice to be able to not only text our patients but also see who is calling and being able to send reminders right from the app! We’ve also been using their new paperless system that is integrated with mconsent which makes the new patient process so much easier and quicker especially because of covid; patients can fill out their forms online prior to the appointment and reduces time spent in the waiting room!

Communication Saver
Weave has been the key to our office communicating with our patients. When Covid hit and closures began... Weave was the best tool we had! It is user friendly and we always have access at our fingertips when needed. Weave has thought of everything when it comes to the daily changes the world brings. When the crazy winter hit in Texas we were able to keep our patients updated about the closures. Our patients love the texting option and how convenient it is. I CANNOT recommend Weave enough.

We love this app! The only thing is we wish we could send emails through the app instead of having it sent through another program. We also wish we could have more templates. And we would like to name the templates what we choose. Besides that we use it for communication with our clients daily and they love it. We really love the notifications that come up on our computer screen each time we get a text. We would definitely recommend this app to other companies!

What are you waiting for!
Weave is one of the best and easiest phone systems and text messaging platforms I have used! I don’t know what we would do without it. So convenient. I like the chat feature for inter office communication. Also when you miss a phone call it automatically messages the patient to ask if we can help via text. Most of the time the patient would prefer to text us but didn’t know it was an option. My patients love it! I have used other recall/phone systems and this is the best.

Love the service!
We have been using Weave services for the last 3 months! It has been great implementation to our services in the office, but also outside the office. Our team is able to communicate to patients off hours via text and phone call through the app which has been great to be more available to our patients and in scheduling when we are not normally available to be reached. Our practice is very happy with the easy use of the app to navigate easily! High recommend!

Love love love it!
Like many offices, we started using Weave with the pandemic began there was a learning curve and it was necessary to get our IT person involved to get the appropriate router for optimal use. After a few tweaks, we thoroughly enjoy using Weave it has made communication between our office and our patients much more user-friendly. I highly recommend Weave to any office looking to improve efficiency as well as always having a record of communication with their patients.

App and phone system def not for startup
Why? Initial training very brief - no follow-up, on-going development of app features non-existent, customer service extremely poor. This is new age IT customer support, meaning no phone calls, no follow up from same individual. My clients have gone through periods of not receiving text messages from us - this problem was never resolved, just eventually ignored by Weave. It’s impossible to speak to anyone technical- anyone! I wasted so much time trying to resolve the texting issue,,,,They really don’t care..and I was warned. I really wanted to love this product, but it comes down to - This is not a company that prioritizes strong customer support

Love it!
At first I was hesitant to have this work app on my phone. Who wants to be responsible when they are out of the office? But the app is fantastic. So many features! I almost like it better than my desktop version. There are so many things you can do remotely! Our office forgot to change the voicemail when we were closed and our office manager is tech challenged so I did it remotely from another state thru the app! While I don’t use it often it has saved our office several times.

Great for our office!
We got Weave almost a year ago for our office and it has been a great improvement for us! Such an easy way to text patients back, fax back and forth between offices, and keep track of phone calls. It’s nice to be able to check voicemails away from the office or send messages if needed. Weave makes it easy to set office hours and change the voicemail recording for different holidays and needs which is a nice touch as well. I definitely recommend Weave.

Fundamental features lacking
The App is handy and meets 60% - 70% of what it promises. However, fundamental features are lacking. Case in point, with the Team Chat option within the phone app, you cannot edit a group (add new staff members) or see who is a part of an existing group. You can apparently make changes from the desktop App but from the phone app. The chats screen within Team Chat will also blackout if you try to edit a message before sending it or adding an emoji and you will lose the entire message that you typed. Frustrating when fundamental features don’t work and the problems aren’t addressed after they’re reported. ***Update*** The black screen issues mentioned in my original review has been resolved. Thank you Eric I for following up. I still can’t up the review to 4 or 5 stars due to other bugs. For example, we still can’t view/edit group members on team chat. But again, I appreciate the attention.

Makes confirmation so simple!
Weave is an excellent office tool that we utilize all day long in my office! It makes changing any office information involving the phone systems super simple. Confirming patient appointments is a breeze and so unbelievably helpful during a busy day. They send out auto text reminders/notifications for order ready pickups. Snow days? Send your whole schedule a message notifying them office hours or delays from home on the app! Weave is one of the easiest scheduling office tools we have.

Love Weave
This is a great way to stay super connected to the office. I’m can make and receive calls from my cell as well as text, all while it looks like I’m in the office. Lots of info but room for improvement as well. One feature I would like to see (perhaps it’s already here but I haven’t found it) is the ability to mute calls for a set period of time. If I am logged in on my cell during the day, it sometimes blows up with calls, draining the battery. I know they will address this. They are always innovating.

Great Communication Option
This app has been extremely helpful during the Pandemic. We were able to communicate with patients even when we were out of the office. It’s also helpful because we were able to change our voicemail while we were away. There were times that I need to call patients and I was able to call them through our app and also text. We all really like the app and highly recommend it.

Super Happy
Switching to Weave has been a game changer for our office. The mobile app is user friendly and enables us to check messages and return calls after hours and over the weekend through the main office number. The mobile and desktop apps are also functional in receiving photos to help decide the urgency of an appointment. As with any switch, there was growing pains of course....but Weave has always been super helpful and expedient in their corrective measures.

We use Weave for our optometry clinic and it has saved us more than once! It’s great to be able to access the app if our computers go down or we lose power. It was a lifesaver when we recently moved offices too. We were able to see the missed calls and messages and get back to our patients in a timely manner while we waited for our computers to be installed. Great tool to have!

Perfect for your office!
My dental office has utilized weave for almost 2 years now and we love it! Our patients are so appreciative that they can text us directly and don’t have to pick up the phone to call! The automatic reminders also take a huge workload off of the front desk! Another feature I enjoy is that I can call and text patients from the weave app from home without having to give out my personal cell phone number. I highly recommend the weave app!

Great for the staff!
We have been using Weave for our office for a good while now and having the mobile app available allows up to be on the go while adhering to patient needs. The Weave App makes it easier to communicate with patients and other employees in the office. During covid utilizing this was very helpful too, when most of us found ourselves working from home. I would definitely recommend any offices who use Weave to integrate the Weave App into daily use too.

Life is easier!
Weave improved the way my office functions dramatically. Simply having the extra phone lines boosted our business and our clients love being able to text us now. My staff appreciates the extra time they have available since Weave took over our appointment confirmations too. Not to say everything is perfect, but I’m pleased with the updates being made and communication by the customer service representatives in regards to my office’s requests.

Worth it
We like Weave at our Optometry office. It’s great for texting with patients. It also has neat features like text-to-pay and group chats. It’s also REALLY increased our Google reviews because it makes it easy for patients to leave them. We also like the “mass email” feature to email all our patients at once. Occasionally the features and phone call quality can be a little spotty, but the customer service team is really good about helping out.

Made communicating easier
We have been with weave for some years and has improved every year. I like the new features of bulk texting and being able easily communicate with patients more effectively. Their troubleshooting and IT help was patient when I had technical issues because of my internet & phone lines. Overall great service! The app makes it easy to message , override calls wherever you go , it’s very convenient.
