Gentlemen, I was at your establishment on Gandy, Blvd., Wednesday of this week, at this time people that are responsible for cutting grass and cleaning your parking lot area was also there, I was in the process of wiping down my vehicle and vacuum cleaning the inside when this person came directly in front of my vehicle and continue to use his leaf blower to clean out the parking lot and at the same time it blew dust all over my hood and the top of my vehicle, which I had turn had to wipe off again, I would seriously suggest that this individual either cuts and blows your parking lot clean after you close or even better yet before you open up in the morning, but not, please not when vehicles are being cleaned.. person spends all that time washing and cleaning their car to have the person come by and blow dust and dirt all over freshly clean vehicle besides that you have a fantastic facility and I will continue to use it. I just hope you can correct this problem in the future sincerely yours Stan Harbin , senior citizen and Air Force vet….
Let me start out by saying I love Woodies Wash Shack. It’s fairly priced for the membership and you get many nice features, but their app seems to be rigged. When I first downloaded it I won twice within a week or two on the wheel spin. I think I got $25 and $5 for a total of $30 in savings! However over the past 3 or so months I have spun the wheel almost every single day and won nothing… Maybe I am just that unlucky, but in my opinion it seems to be rigged. It’s almost comical how I always hit a loss. Not even a simple $5 off. The wheel is set up so it appears you have a 50/50 chance of hitting SOMETHING, but day after day I continue to hit nothing. I do not know if you have ever flipped a coin, but go ahead and do it 30 times and see if you hit heads EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you hit heads 30 times in a row I will admit defeat and agree that I am unlucky. Until then I will continue to state that this app is rigged.
The app is very user-friendly and works well for speeding up service or gathering info on current advertisements done by the company. I only knock one star off for the wheel of prizes which I consider false advertisement. The wheel is represented visually as being divided in 11 equal parts with only 3 sections of no prize or opportunity to re-spin. After over 1 month of spins, I have only hit the 3 lose sections so in my opinion, the true probabilities of each section is falsely advertised. I get that it’s a nice free fun game for people to play but false advertising is false advertising and the wheel should represent the true probabilities of each tile. Other than that, not a bad wash (better ones in my area) but I’ll wait until I have some winnings to invest back into a membership or wash.
App is amazing offers a great way to engage with my woodies membership. However some things I noticed that should be considered are making the bottom navigation bar more condensed, less clustered, maybe by making the games, rewards and message sections into button on the top right side of the home screen. Just too much going on at the bottom of my screen.
Between their websites and the app, your account is not at all seamless. The website tells me my login information is wrong when it is not. The app requires you to migrate the online account rather than using the same login information on the website and app. My girlfriend cancelled her plan to join mine, but I have not been able to migrate her vehicle to the app because it was previously done on a different account. Contact customer support, nothing but crickets. Nice carwash, awful app/website.
In the late morning I tried several times to purchase the 1/2 off 12 month subscription for the Black Friday Weekend Deal by selecting any of the 12 month subscription’s and none of the package choices would go through yesterday. Then after 5 PM the choice of the 1/2 Black Friday Weekend Deal on app was gone no longer available. BFRI50 would not work for any of your packages. Let me know if it’s still available?
Bought 3 to get 1 free wash, then got to Woodie’s and there was no way to redeem the car wash on the app. It was so busy they just let me in. Guy said he wasn’t trained on that. Called customer service. She sent me 2 free car washes as a gift card to make up for it. I can see the balance but app showed no way to redeem. She had no idea how I’m supposed to redeem and hoped the guy at the gate will know. Terrible app, good car wash.
I was not having a good day so went to wash my car. Soon as I pulled in a spot here was Kyle helping out. Great personality and made my day. The little things mean a lot too
It’s absolutely no way an accurate representation of the probability of wins. The app wasn’t necessary when I originally signed up last year and it adds no value as a monthly customer other than tracking me. Would rather go back to the old method.
Got my new rubber mat stuck in your your mat. Washer did not see the sign. They were super nice and got it out for me. Excellent service especially the manager. Thanks.
The app is semi-intuitive. I like the ability to see my plan and I like the game - it would be nice if there was a timer to see when I can spin the wheel again.
I got the app, bought 3 washes and got one free…which should be great until I tried to use them and the app shows I bought them, but provides no way of redeeming them. Staff at Woodie’s could not figure out how to use the app or redeem my washes. Called the phone number staff gave me and had to leave a message. No one called back. Disappointed.
Every time I get a wash a friendly, hard working employee hands me a card and asked me to give them a positive review on the app. For the life of me, I can’t find anywhere in the app that allows me to do that. What am I doing wrong??
Eh they make it impossible to cancel your membership which forces you into paying for another month. The email and txt option to cancel don’t work and when you call they never answer🤷🏻♂️

Good grief. Doesn’t work. Ask for state I put it in and cannot go forward. Please do something and make it first class and not 1/2 a…. Love the car wash but this is a frustrating joke. Trying to change my payment method now I have to go inside. Venting.
The app itself is ok. But ever since they last few updates, I dont ever win anything on the little wheel game on it. I was always winning $5 here or there. Now nothing. Shame.
If you have two cars in the family, only one member can open the app on their phone to use it. If another tries, it is a 30 day, per device, wait. Make no sense.
Doesn’t make sense for why I have to create a new account to use the app. Makes way more sense to have my already existing website account work on the app. Feels like they created an app for the sake of having an app
The customer support on the phone is awful. When you finally get someone to talk to you they give you a strict policy that does not accommodate. Don’t recommend going to Woodies.
Love this place, but noticed on Sundays not To Many associates working. Also a shortage on refills on rags and cleaning products. I am also a pipe line member.
Sitting in the driveway of the wash- and it tells me I must be at the location to use. Very annoying. People at the wash are great - this is just for the app!
