Since the app updated 2 days ago, I have had nothing but issues. When I updated my app, it logged me out of my account, which is totally fine, except now when I try to log in, it says my login credentials are incorrect. However, my login info works fine for me to login to YL on an internet browser and also work for my virtual office. Whatever was included in the newest update has prevented me from being able to utilize this app at all and I really hope that another update will come out soon so that I can actually log in.
First off, I love the income generator that pops up immediately so thank you for that! HOWEVER, when I receive a Push Notification and I tap on it, it takes me to the app but there is no place to see the notification again. I’ve looked and looked for the list of notifications (like you could view in OilyTools) and cannot find it anywhere. I saw that one of my Brand Partners had ranked but it popped up on my phone so quickly that I couldn’t be sure who it was. When I tapped on the notification on my Lock Screen, it took me to the app, but there was no way to see the notification or past notifications. PLEASE fix this. 🙏🏻
I’ve been with YL for 10 years, and loved when they came up with this app. However, the past month or so, when I open the app, it doesn’t give me an option to log in. It only has a place to “explore products” and review “privacy policy”! I’ve deleted the app multiple times and downloaded it again, but still am having the same problems. I’ve even made sure my iPhone has been currently updated to the new version. Any help would be great. My team members and upline don’t know what to do about it either.
I love this app but since I’ve updated it and deleted and redownloaded it I have t been able to use the app. First it wouldn’t let me sign in and then it updated again and now it says my privacy settings won’t let me sign in but I can’t change them. It’s frustrating because I like the convenience of the app instead of going on my VO all the time.
Since the update nothing has worked. Consistently have problem signing in then, once in it takes forever to refresh. I got it so I can track my sales and commission, however, it fails to calculate commission and will often just register ZERO. Which freaked me out the first time I saw it, now I know it’s just another cliche in the system. The only reason I gave it TWO stars is because it used to be a great app and I’m hopeful it will regain its 5-stars with the next update to fix all the problem.
Love the app! Great upgrades from the original Oily Tools interface! But the face recognition at login is not working. Will not stay logged in and makes you manually login every time you reopen the app, even when face recognition is enabled.
Become a brand partner for additional perks using this app…. But you can’t get in to set it up. I have reviewed my privacy and all my settings, turning off and on and still will not load except for the products page. I am supposed to get 90 days free, does this mean when I am actually able to sign up or starts or what? Disappointed to say the least…. Love the concept though!
This app was already worthless but now the new version won’t even open. Income numbers are constantly populating and then disappearing. Numbers are often not accurate or up-to-date. Doterra’s version far exceeds this. It has full website functionality, shopping, loyalty orders, virtual office, everything. This one leaves a lot to desired.
This was a great app, what happened to it ? I opened up my app today on April 13, 2023. There’s nowhere on there for me to login. All I see is policy which was updated in 2022 and I see a button to look at products which takes me to the website. It has nothing else on the page when I open it up I can’t even login there’s no place to login. This app is no good for nothing now I don’t know what you guys did.
This app rarely works properly. In the beginning, it was great. I loved the breakdown of what you could earn at various levels. But since they changed it, and with each update, it is nothing but problems. It doesn’t update OGV, almost never is never able to run reports, and glitches. Such a shame. It is a great concept!!!
I’ve had this app a few years now and had no issues until the past several months. I cannot enter the app. I get a message saying I cannot sign in due to my privacy settings. I’ve been patiently waiting for a fix, as I’ve seen many others noting the same problem, but there has been no word as of yet. Please fix it! 🙏🏻
This app is awesome! And how amazing that it’s free. Definitely going to be using this daily. Also it is so clean and sharp looking! Kudos to whoever designed it. I would LOVE though if on the home screen it showed the projected ogv along with the current ogv, similar to how it is in the virtual office and rank qualification.
Loved this app but with last update it won’t let me log in saying my privacy settings aren’t working with it but everything is set for it to work. Seems like others are having the same issue. Hope this gets fixed.
The app was working well then all of a sudden it stopped. When bugs started it just took me to the landing page, I waited for update and now it won’t connect due to privacy setting but there is nothing I can find to change that will allow the app to connect. I have given the app all the permissions and still nothing. Help
This was the greatest app! Until recently when it was updated! Now I cannot even sign in! There is LITERALLY no place to sign in! It is of no use to me at all! Not sure what you were trying to do but at least before it was functional. I sent in a message to customer support with no response!
I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app for weeks now and there’s still no where to sign in. I use to love this app because it was quick to check the status of my customers. Now all I see is a button for the privacy policy and no place to sign in. Hopefully they get this updated soon.
I love this app!! It makes finding my business growth & information so much easier and is in an easy to follow layout. I’m definitely recommending this to my team! 🙌🏼
For about a week all I get when I open the app is an image with a link to Explore Products and another link to the Privacy Policy. Please fix the issues!
My YL insights app doesn’t even let me sign in and is useless for me at this point. It continues to say that I need to adjust my privacy settings but I don’t have it on any settings that would hinder the use of this app. It is so frustrating. I haven’t used it for months now because of this issue.
Used to love checking this app monthly. Ever since February, I haven’t been able to get past the splash/login screen. I have reinstalled multiple times with no success. Very disappointed.
Don’t ever get in/out of stock notifications & that’s the main reason I have the app. Have all notifications set on, but the app doesn’t work. 🤬 Oily Tools, when Jake ownded it, ALWAYS worked properly, but as soon as YL bought it & then started this app, nothing ever works…. Ever since Gary died, go figure. 🙄
I love this app... when it works!! For the past couple weeks it won’t even load on my phone. Just crashes. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it multiple times and it just doesn’t work.
I used to be able to use the YL Insights app. However I cannot even after deleting it and downloading it. When I go to open the app it completely disappears. I wrote in for help and never got a response. I would really like to use the app!
Disappointed in this app. I was excited to hear YL was coming out with an app that would help with the business and then once again with technology they fail. Seriously I’m in HR for my full time job and want to know what is up with their development team. So frustrating!!
As soon as you download it! It says due to privacy settings!!! There are no privacy settings. You can’t get past the screen!! Update it!!! All reviews say you need to update it and get nothing is being done about it!!
I use this app all the time and now I can’t even log in after the last update. Have tried contacting but got no response. Do another update and add the login button back!!!
Ever since the new update I am unable to get past the privacy update screen - There is no place for me to bypass it or to log in. I use to use this app daily and now I can’t use it at all. Not happy with this update at all.
Recently my YL Insights app no longer works. The only thing possible to do on it is read the updated policy information or go to the YL website to log in. Removing and reloading the app doesn’t work. This app no longer works. :-/
Lots of bugs and issues. Also inaccurate data between Young Living Virtual office and YL insights. Never correctly reflects what’s going on with me or my team. Need a new app
I just downloaded this app to help with YL and it took me to my app settings over 6 times. I changed the configurations multiple times to no avail! Going to uninstall sadly.
After a recent update I cannot get to a page that says login….Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Then it says “Impersonate Login”…?? That doesn’t feel legit. Help?
