Several times I was blocked out because I failed to show my face, this I find is not fair. Why, was I blocked four time. I was a a jam session and I reach to turn a button on my amp, BLOCKED. So, the other day I went to a premium and the actor was dead sleep snoring. Now, it not fair because I paid to review this actor. I have a problem with this. Folks spend millions of dollars to play on this app and being blocked because I turned away for a few seconds is definitely not fair. Solution: you need to evaluate your processes when you are blocking someone.
Really good app meet a lot of interesting people ! Don’t really notice any flaws so far and I’ve been on the app for 2 years. From the watchers view point of view the app used to be good until they did an update and now there’s so many issues with the app you can’t gift and talk on someone stream at the same time you have to leave and come back to do something so if I start talking first, I can’t gift I have to leave and then come back before I can gift and people that stream always look at you funny because you keep leaving and coming back. Finally noticed the flaw. I recently upgraded the app and now when I go to someone’s stream, I can only talk to them send a messages then if I want a gift, I have to leave and come back every time or if I get first I have to leave and come back to talk again, other than that, no problems

On multiple occasions the app double or even triple charged me and they never did a thing about it and when I started to ask to escalate the matter they just stop communicating with me. This is probably by far the worst business model I have ever seen. it's convenient for them and that's all they care about. I highly recommend you do not download it as a viewer or a streamer. They are far better options out there and it's not hard to find.

I have had a love-hate relationship with this. I have met some pretty cool people but have also ran into some not so great ones. Also it seems the app is messed up. I tried to go into one person’s live stream but it said that I was blocked, even though she said herself that she didn’t block me. The support has been unable to fix my issue and I would need to make more accounts just to talk with her. I am also not too keen about the constant censorship of regular words. Also I have been scammed by those who just try to take your coins and they never appear on stream. The updates have caused problems from the birthday mess up to the glitches in which I cannot be able to enter some rooms.
Alright so I signed up with super live and have been working extremely hard to hit bonuses and goals. I am a spicy streamer so I try to entice guest to go premium with me. Super live is really picky about doing things in the public chat so if my stream gets ended I just message and ask them why. Im super polite and respectful so I get that energy in return. I have not had my money be held hostage but in light of other reviews I request cash out after every live. In case something weird were to happen that ensures that I get all my money! I don’t typically write reviews but this suggestion needs to be in place and would make a lot more sense. If an account is banned or has been removed permanently. Can gifters be reimbursed to re gift other active streamers instead of just loosing money spent to a streamer that got banned. Why should the gifter loose money cause the streamer lost there account and now the gifter has to re buy more gifts. It would make more sense to reimbursed so the gifter can gift a different streamer instead of the streamer and gifter both loosing out. The streamer should only be loosing out if they went against your guidelines. Can yall fix this problem please and thank you. I would give y’all a 5 star rating and better review if this goes into effect.
If u are someone who like to go live and like to influence people and u can make freinds easy then you will love to become a paid host on super live if ur someone who into (onlyfans) then u have a premium setting where females can actually go live and do there thing girls hop in your chance and males as well hope yall enjoy this app as much as I do (Only thing I will say is payment does take a while to go through sometimes and it is frustrating if ur only depending on this app ) but other than that u always do receive payment it’s easy and yeah it’s just awesome
I have been with the app for two years now. Camila, kendell, and a few others I’ve dealt with have made this app distasteful. They are part of the “support team” and only support and defend females who make them money. I’m sure it goes higher than just them. But when I pointed out directly a streamer who has broken the community rules or standards time and time again. She would not receive even a slap on the wrist. I provided prove and got spat in the face. If the evidence was of me. My account deleted, my device id banned, and my name soiled. Rules are rules. Shouldn’t matter if youre a man or female. Break the rules. Get the consequences. But this is not the case here. I have proof. I’ve asked to speak with a manager there and never get an answer back. I want this issue resolved.
It lacks in some a lot of areas compared to other apps, but it also gives freedom to groups and friends. I’ve had more fun on SL than any other app. If you like to network, or find friends.. this is the app to do it. Recently, the newer updates have turned to the focus that makes this app unique and fun. The community aspect of this app gives it a more personal experience.

It’s a constant hustle. I spent a few dollars out of curiosity to gift a female in generosity never intending to go private for online sex. My first profile I followed what the lady from support suggested and they banned me for scamming I showed them screenshots and nothing never got it back spent almost 3 million diamonds This last account I have sent almost 8million coins and I got banned for not showing my face but I was choosing a song on my base computer then I contact support they tell me I have been banned for scams on the app like seriously I haven’t refunded one purchase even when there was clear double and triple charges I need my profiles money or diamonds back
I was on last year and I came back on recently to try again but instead of finding a relationship, I just want to find some carefully people to chat with and now at this time user followed me and she just took a picture from my pictures without me knowing that she did not tell me and said she was using it for art. I was trying to get her to delete that and I didn’t want no part of that.
The app is actually really good!! But it always crashes now and then and I sometimes can’t get in or when I go live it’s a black screen to my viewers please fix all these problems! It’s one of my jobs!!!
I can already tell by the way support communicates with there streamers that they care about us having a great experience streaming. I notice that the app has recent updates that gives us a fresh look at things as time passes by. Would recommend to those that likes to chill and vibe with people.
Someone invited to your app and told me to follow them by typing in their ID, but I had to type in numbers. There are other apps that allow you put a name instead of only having numbers. If that’s annoying enough for me to leave a review, imagine the people who didn’t leave a review and just deleted the app. I think this app has potential and I would definitely use it more and bring others over. I was happy to get this app and try it out. However, after seeing SuperLive condone hate speech and graphic sexual talk I can no longer support it. I reported a user as did many others as requested with NO action taken against them. I am not a Karen or prude but when a user is using the N word, calling people racial slurs, and making comments about LGBTQ community during Pride Week, I draw the line. If you have minor kids using this I suggest you delete or monitor it. Hate Speech is not protected speech.
I feel as though they can pay more than what we really get but its something to do for some change you just really gotta be active and have time for this.

1. Keep close watch of your balance!! It will disappear, even immediately after purchasing. I purchased 1999 and it said all set, but then showed only 579 balance, so I purchased additional 999 and after that it said all set but the new balance is only 379!! Unfortunately this app is made by criminals and thieves who will steal your livestream earnings as soon as you get on. I have been banned 3 times in the last hour for absolutely no reason at all. Video quality is bad. No country search feature. Mostly Middle Eastern people.
